The manager at this store has no interpersonal skills. I've been in this store 3 times and 2 out of the 3 times I've had questions. Both times I was met with demeaning and rude comments. And her tone of voice is very condescending. She doesn't seem connected to the fact that her business relies on customers supporting her store. This last time I took my package over to FedEx. This review is to give a huge compliment and thank you to Nikki. I was just at the Riverdale Coon Rapids UPS store for 55 minutes with an Amazon return that consisted of seven items. While Amazon's return process said I could put all seven items on the same return and that I didn't need to package the items, this was not the case, as UPS understandably needs multiple labels, and Amazon only provided one QR code. While spending 26 minutes on the phone with Amazon Customer Service and having to go through the return process for each item individually, Nikki, who was in an arm sling no less, very pleasantly helped other customers, while periodically scanning my items as I returned them online. Please give Nikki a raise and paid time off, as she was amazing while helping me through a very frustrating and disappointing Amazon experience. read more

I always come here to return Amazon packages after work. There's always a middle aged woman and man. The female is always so rude and every time I get her, she has the worst and most condescending attitude. The male is always really nice. I'm sure they get annoying customers, but my goodness, I hate coming here just because of her terrible attitude. read more

UPS Charges Almost $1/ page to scan a document to email. To have it scanned to email and saved to a thumb drive.... Double that. Crazy. When I complained about the pricing the Manager Andy stated he didn't set the price. Of course not but as manager you need to take feedback from customers and ensure they are heard. The manager handed me back my 31 page scan request and told me the owner would be back at 2pm if I'd like to talk to them. This went on... It was such a frustrating conversation... I wasn't able to provide feedback to a "Manager" without him being rude and dismissive of my concerns. Prices are what they are... but you just lost a customer now... no longer because of price but because of how I was treated when I expressed dissatisfaction. read more

The worst UPS store. Workers are not helpful. Don't want to do the job they advertise.

AWFUL customer service. The bald middle aged man that "helped" me could not have been more disinterested. I was hauling in three large boxes and a large envelope, and he literally watched me do all of it without offering to help at all. I also needed some assistance because I was returning boxes and had to open them to put the return label inside...he charged me to put tape on them....really? So not helpful whatsoever, and cost more than I anticipated even with prepaid labels for everything. It is certainly not the money that I was worried about, but when customer service is HORRENDOUS, it just makes things worse. Honestly this location would be better off with robots doing all the work. They would know what they are doing AND they would probably even be friendlier and more helpful than the current staff. SO DISAPPOINTED, not returning. read more

The UPS Store service of custom packing and shipping over sized items is a sadistic joke! My wife and I have been using internet auctions to sell off most of our antiques before moving. We've started with large antiques, big enough that the buyer needs to arrange his or her own shipping. In our auctions, we list several companies they can hire for custom packing and shipping, including The UPS Store. In the past month, 3 buyers have asked us to drop off items (like giant light-up advertising signs, console stereos, and antique TVs) at this particular UPS Store. Two of the three items that were custom packed by these "professionals" arrived smashed and completely destroyed. You'd think they'd be better at it because they have a custom packed antique TV on their sales floor, advertising this service. Well, they aren't that good at it. Or else there are a bunch of gorillas working at the warehouses (like the old Samsonite commercials). Or both. I always try to get the buyer to spend 100 bucks more to hire a professional crating and shipping company instead of UPS. But a few have gone the cheaper route and used The UPS Store. It's still expensive, around 300 dollars for something really big. But what does it matter if it arrives destroyed? If you're dead set on using The UPS Store for custom packing of an over-sized item, I have a better idea for you. Save your 300 bucks and just run it over with your car. You'll have the same results but at least you'll save the money for shipping. As a side note, I'd like to mention that their claims process is particularly difficult and seems designed to be deliberately obstructionist to discourage claims. Unfortunately, I'm now in the unpleasant position to help these buyers win their claims by providing photos and writing statements. In addition, I'd like to say that there's a really weird vibe every time I've gone there to drop something off. The employees are all smiling and quiet, like they're in on some private joke and I'm NOT in on it. And they're waiting for me to leave. I know what the private joke IS now. They're waiting for me to leave so they can get back to jumping up and down on the boxes!!! Sorry this is so long but I want to be completely accurate. I have used this store to send everything from a large bookcase to a museum in Texas to books to an out-of-town friend. The staff have uniformly been helpful and personable, no matter how busy they are. I highly recommend this store and the staff. read more

I am quite surprised at how absolutely crabby I am right now. I just got home from dropping three packages at this store, two of which were not prepaid. The woman working there was snappish and rude and then told me to have a nice day. I told her I was having a nice day until I went to their store. She needs to be taught about customer service with a smile. That brings back customers. read more

$12.80 for a book of 20 forever usa stamps($.64 each). Currently $9.40 anywhere else. They don't mention it. I didn't notice until I looked at my receipt. I called back to see if I was charged correctly and they confirmed that they do mark the price up. I've continued to use them. Other than the stamps, my service has been excellent. read more

Awesome service from Andy- Sent out a package a month ago to Direct TV and they of course said they never received it, and I of course threw out my copy of the the receipt. I call Andy with minimal information on when I sent the package out and he was able to locate the info I needed- saved me $240! Great service! read more

The man who was working the this afternoon was very rude, and a moron. I dropped off an Amazon return, prepackaged and labeled, and he asked if I wanted a receipt. I told him "maybe not, how much do you know about Amazon returns?" He got really defensive and said "I've never returned anything to Amazon". I said, " you work here, where Amazon returns are dropped off, so you must know details about how the process works, right?" This time, he snapped at me, again saying he'd never made an Amazon return. I said I wanted to know if the return label I'd printed from Amazon had tracking information on it, so I could track it from home. He pointed at the label and snapped "that's the tracking number there". Then he printed a receipt and tossed towards me, and it fell on the counter. If I could fire this jackass, I would. I went to the FedEx store in Coon Rapids first because I figured since I was already there doing some faxing I mine as well ship my package there. My package was going out of the country and I have shipped with ups before so fedex tells me my total price for this shipment and it's almost $200.00 I'm like whoa I'm going somewhere else. I go to the ups store and I shipped it for $47.00. Boom, better service. read more

Very disappointed. I should have read the reviews (1st mistake). My lesson has been learned. I took my crossbow to ship (I had never shipped it before). I was really counting on them to take care of me (2nd mistake). My cross bow was in a protected hard case and not knowing they said I needed a box. Ok. $390 later my crossbow shipped. (to Ohio) On return the company called me and ask for a credit card. Oh no! another $390? Nope $86! WHAT! I sent an email to Coon Rapids UPS and received a quick response. A $27 check to be mailed to me. That told me I got lipstick put on me! Then I get another email and the jest of it is it's my fault! Which I totally agree, it is my fault....... for trusting them You got me for $220 but I will make sure everyone knows what happened! It's call reviews and social media! Never been a problem. I pack and ship my packages and use it for a drop off. Always easy in and out and they always make sure I kept a copy if the tracking numbers. Easy to make copies when I need them. read more

Very unfriendly. Went in with a shipping label and asked for a UPS express mail box. They don't have UPS boxes there even though they are a UPS store. They were very eager to SELL me a box but UPS has them free at other locations. I went over to the Champlin location and they had a free box and helped me get my package sent. I will NEVER go back to the Coon Rapids location again. Champlin employees were great!!! read more
