I dropped off two UPS Amazon returns on a Saturday afternoon, and 6 days later it showed they hadn't been even picked up. I go to the store to ask about it, and the woman behind the counter says, "we just accept the package, you need to contact Amazon." When I tell her it doesn't show it wasn't even picked up, she said, you still need to contact them. It wouldn't be sitting around here that long." I'd avoid this place like the plague. Stopped by this location on a Saturday afternoon thought it would be crazy busy, but was is just one person ahead of me still, I didn't wait long. Another associate came to the counter and immediately helped me. I was doing several returns, and a few people started to line up behind me. However, here came another employee within a matter of seconds to help, all three employees I witnessed that day were all professionally dressed had a smile on their face smile and were extremely helpful to the customers. Everyone got in and out quickly what a great Saturday I love this place every time I come in here I am always treated wonderfully, and they have made my sending packages extremely easy and I'm always comforted knowing that they will be delivered with no problem thank you UPS store for all the great employees you hired. Super quick service! I didn't even know that this store was here. I was looking for a UPS store near my parents house and I just Yelped it to find the one closest. It was pretty easy to find - Google Maps took me right to the location. It is located in a shopping complex with lot of other shops and hence shares a private parking lot, therefore there is ample amount of parking space available. It is a pretty big store and everything is nicely organized around it. It is also kept very clean. I went there to return my textbook - I was walking to a find a box but the lady at the counter said that she can take care of it. I showed her the already paid receipt I had printed out, gave it to her and she said that she will box it for me and take care of the rest. In less than 5 minutes I was in and out of the place - no waiting in the line, straight to the point talk and fast service. read more

I went in to ship out a laptop. I sell on Mercari and with electronics I will usually go with paying for their package and ship option they offer through UPS. I have done this many times. I went in and explained to the associate that this was a corporate account. I don't know how the system works on his end but when he scanned the label he said it was $12 for the box. I told him I had already paid for it but he kept insisting that I had only paid for shipping. I tried to show him my phone so he could see what the code said but he didn't look at it. I was in a hurry so I told him I would pay for the box. Since I've done it at this store before I think it was just that employee (12087). I was disappointed though because I had already paid $30 through Mercari and I had to pay another $12. read more

I wish I could Put zero stars here. Today My boyfriend went to the UPS store to drop off some packages to be shipped out and returned. I was disturbed to hear The woman's tone when she informed my boyfriend of the new policy. He began questioning her about whether he would be required to pay the difference due to them opening his box. (we have never had this problem before) she then begins to cut him off mid sentence yelling telling him that he wont be charged. Her tone was not assuring nor was my boyfriend comfortable being talked to like a child. She happens to be the store manager and I just want others to know the type of business being ran. I've recently have had to print and fax quite a bit of documents and I previously utilized the competitor carrier service up the street; however the customer service was lacking a great deal in comparison to this UPS Store. Often we as customers are not sure as to what would be the best option as it relates to efficiency,timelines and price in faxing, printing or scanning; however I appreciated Rachael being very patient with me in explaining the questions that I had. In addition this particular store was very clean and organized and presented a very calm office environment (It was around 10/11:00 a.m.). If I could give zero stars I would. I went into this location to drop off a package and was informed that I would not be helped without a mask on. I informed the worker I had a medical exemption (which I do) and she stated "she didn't care and it's a private business so they can do what they want." Wouldn't say another word to me after. I went there today with a return for two small packages with bar codes. Some super big young girl was clueless and so rude to me. She couldn't scan my package. So instead of just typing in the tracking number she said she couldn't take the packages. She tried to sell me a $28.00 box. Lunacy! I went to Norco on River Rd. and was done in 5min. Worst possible customer service. The manager knew I had 8 packages, took the first 4, I went to my truck literally 2 minutes, and she locked me out as 6:30pm passed. Mary is always extremely rude and unprofessional. She has absolutely no customer service skills. She hands me an extremely sticky pen and so I asked her if I could clean it with something or if she had a different pen (given the covid situation) and she gets upset and has the audacity to throw another pen at me. I did not say anything and went on to do the notary transaction and so after providing my thumbprint I politely asked her if I could clean my hands with the hand sanitizer that was on the counter however she looked at me and said here's a paper you can wipe your hands with this. Honestly, these g-damn pirates charged me $3.24 to print a SINGLE SHEET of printer paper ($3 use of their computer, $0.24 for the copy). Absolutely highway robbery, and the cheap equipment was broken, so printing ONE SHEET of paper took the employees 20 minutes of my time. I should charge them. Rude and horrible service by the owner! I regularly went in there to buy stamps ( lots of them, I spent $300 last week). I usually go in after work and buy my stamps. Well I happen to be off midweek and needed to ship a package. The box tops were open and I needed a piece of tape about a foot long for both boxes. She said that is a $1 each! I at first agreed then, gave her the $2 and took my business elsewhere. I spent quite a bit of money there and will never do so again. Unfortunately for her she didn't recognize me as the business person that is in there regularly and chose to be cheap and treat the tattooed guy that walked in there like crap (both people are me if you have not caught that). I make well over six figures a year and run 2 large rental properties in the area. I will tell everyone I meet of the horrible discriminating service I received. read more
