I had to take a minute to share my wonderful experience. People are always so quick to complain but rarely take time to give praise. My experience at this store was second to none - all thanks to Diana. I was visiting from Ft. Lauderdale and needed to ship a birthday gift home. It was an awkward size item but Diana went above and beyond to help me find a solution. She was patient, professional and incredibly kind. I hope the owner of this store knows what an asset she is. Seriously, customer service these days is awful at most places with employees doing the bare minimum to fulfill their job duties. It is very obvious that Diana takes pride in her position and does what is needed to make sure all of her customers are satisfied. My package arrived yesterday in perfect condition. I've been coming here for the last few years to return Amazon orders. There has never been any issues until today. She said I needed a box for the return when Amazon clearly states no packaging or label is needed. There's a newer young woman working the front desk. I didn't catch her name but she has shoulder length reddish black hair with a full face of makeup and lacks customer service skills. What she lacks in customer service she exceeds in attitude. The staff is not friendly at all. Never helpful. Never know what to do. They don't have UPS supplies. This is the third time I've been to this location because it is closest to work. However, I will not make it a point not to return to this location. People are rude and they act like they are doing me a favor when I am the customer and all I asked for was a box. This store drives me nuts. It's the closest one to me (thank god a new one is going in closer) but every time I go there they can't help me with something. What's the point of a ups store if they can't even send out a package. I went today to return a package to the person who sent it, same box, address even on the box and she refused saying they don't do that and gave me a number which just sent me in a circle because we all know how those automated phone calls go.. so I decided to call another location and they said it was perfectly fine and that they shouldn't have turned me away and that they gave me the corporate number which gives me 0 info. The young girl who appeared to be working alone that day did not even acknowlege my presence. A smile, eye contact, a greeting, even as she was wandering about in slow motion, would have been nice. As for the customer who was in there before my arrival, IF..... they had been demanding and not just socializing.... I would have understood. It was her body language that gave her attitude away. Add to that, I was needing UPS service. This is "The UPS Store", right? So when I told her I needed to overnight ship some papers and charge my transaction to a UPS business account, she said they couldn't do that. OK? Then, why the name The UPS Store? Is this a false front for any other small business store that will happily name drop, take your money, but not provide complete services? She told me I would have to pay with cash or check for overnight service. So, how much is that? I can't tell you. You have to fill out the paperwork first. Why would I want to fill out all the paperwork if I may decide not to do this? I just need a ball park figure. Can't do it. You can take the paperwork with you. So, I filled out the paperwork. That will be $75. Yeah, right. I then had to follow up with a series of specific questions to find out alternatives, as she clearly had no intention of sharing that information voluntarily. For $10 they could ground ship, and it would arrive 7 days later. Wow. The US postal service can match that. And cheaper. Bottom line? I left the store, money still in pocket, paperwork in hand, with disgust for this business and its unwilling employee. read more

Let me tell you about my experience with this particular store. It seemed ok from the start, but to get anything accomplished, don't expect any help from these two ladies,, it was like trying to pull teeth. After one clerk got me on their computer, and as my credit card is getting charged, it wasn't doing as they first explained to me was to happen. I try and try to ask for assistance, their computer says my fee was at $10. So I logged out and left. Come to find out, that evening they charged me $20. Worst store I've ever been to. Never been ignored so much before in my life. And to think one was a manager. I could of gotten more help from the homeless guy outside. Alls I wanted was one document printed. 1 sheet. Most expensive print job ever. And never even printed. read more

I am hispanic/Indian so I understand Spanish, the stories these girls were talking about were completely inappropriate and they couldn't stop cursing in Spanish and English. my background check took about 1 hour after they were helping the rest of the customers and talking back and forth about their days. I believe the girls name was Diana or Diane, that was helping. I inform UPS to put audio in their cameras just because they are informing each other to clock out later for one another. I don't think they thought I knew Spanish but even their English was completely inappropriate with all the F bomb they would use. read more

Don't do it! This store is horrible. The owner Robert Thai is so slow! He doesn't communicate what is going go or what he is doing. He just stares at you and then wonders around the store. Dropping off packages with pre paid lables and properly packaged should be an in and out service, but it never is at this location. Worst experience ever! I visited UPS Store for notary service. I was assisted by Diana Reyes. The document I needed notarized needed my thumb print as well. The thumb pad Diana provided was out of ink and the thumb impression made on the document was barely visible. I asked Diana if this can be repeated but she refused to perform again and said that it would cost me another $15.00 to notarized a new document. I was very disappointed with the rude service I received. As a customer I expect to receive what I am paying for - which was a notarized document with my thumb print that is visible. The impression was not visible due to the ink pad not having sufficient ink. Why does the customer have to be re-charged for an error that happened due to the the vendor not able to perform. I would definitely re-think again before visiting the store again. read more

Never thought a UPS store would be "fun", but Diana and Maria made all the difference! Came here today to have 1 page document notarized, which cost $15, a very reasonable price, and Diana was professional, efficient, and up-beat about helping me the entire time. Maria went out of her way to bring me tape and anything else I needed so that I could mail the document I came to get notarized. All five stars are for Diana. She had five customers at one time for five completely different things and somehow managed to help all of us at once. She was doing finger prints, returns, phone call, passport application and computer help all simultaneously and didn't skip a beat. Being in customer service and retail I was extremely impressed. Unfortunately this location is only staffed by one individual (not particularly nice) who also does finger print and notary services so every time I have come here I have waited an hour or more while they complete those services even if there isn't really a line. There were 3 workers as I entered the store. They all greeted me with a smile & offered me assistance. I walked in & out within 5 minutes. I had to mail a 24hr envelope, and the girl behind the counter couldn't of made it any easier. Took my envelope , & then gives me a receipt with my tracking #. My cousin passed away and I had an emergency print of a two-sided eulogy four color piece that needed to be printed for the celebration of life. I went to Staples they were unable to do it and too expensive. The FedEx store was rude. I came over to UPS and they saved the day for the eulogy and the event that we have on Saturday. The pricing was great the staff was amazing, the store was clean and the product came out great, very pleased I would recommend them to anyone read more
