I was a box owner at this location about 8-9 yrs ago. I closed my box and took my business elsewhere due to a disagreement with the manager. I called today inquiring about some printing I needed done. The person I spoke with (forgot his name) on the phone said no problem just email over what you want us to print out. I emailed over the documents and get a response back "We can't print this for you". I called the store to enquire....low and behold Brian answers the phone. He reminds me of our incident 8-9 yrs ago and says "we're not doing business with you". I say oh ok no problem. I didn't even remember our disagreement until he reminded me of it (Then I remembered he yelled at me and asked me to leave the store). After the call I thought, wow this guy is holding on to a petty disagreement 8-9 yrs later? Seriously? Based on the other reviews here regarding Brian, it seems he has some serious anger management issues. I ended up calling the Berlin turnpike location and getting what I needed done there. The staff at the Berlin turnpike location is customer service oriented and friendly. Go there instead of the Cromwell location. read more

We just moved from Rocky Hill, CT to Pismo Beach, CA. We needed to ship a lot of stuff. Some we packed in boxes, other things like a vacuum cleaner, TV, slow cooker, Keurig came in their own boxes. BRIAN was an excellent packer. He was able to consolidate many smaller boxes to save us money. I can only highly recommend this establishment for your shipping needs. read more

Many thanks to Mark and Brian for their superb job of packing and delivering six very delicate and fragile antique model airplanes from Cromwell, CT store to arrive safely in Miami 3 days later. The models were over 50 years old and constructed by my Dad of thin balsa wood and Japanese rice papers. The six planes varied from 18-24" wingspan and corresponding fuselage bodies. Each plane may weigh 1 ounce or so. They are irreplaceable and nearly impossible to repair. The packaging was comprised of insulated wings with bubble wrap and styrofoam gently but firmly placed. Then multiple boxes were fitted inside two large exterior boxes for maximum protection. Beautiful job and delivered on time to Miami. Thank you UPS Cromwell!' read more
