I still have not received a bill or a past due notice or any type of correspondence. Now I have a huge issue I need to resolve with my mail. All this could have been avoided if they would have contacted me or put a bill in my mailbox. I would have paid it. They couldn't even discuss it with me when I tried talking to them. We had a very special event planned and that day and realized that the menu's we had printed were not correct. I went in on Sunday around 11 am. Sam was at the counter and there was one customer ahead of me with several boxes to be shipped. When it was my turn, I asked if he could print 40 copies on card stock while we waited. He told me that he could not do it right at that moment. I said fine I'd be happy to pay a rush fee and what's the soonest it could be done. He responded I can have it ready by 3 pm. It was 11 am so that was going to be 4 hours later. I figured I would run other errands I had and pick it back up on the way to the event at 3 pm. At 3pm I called the Fed ex office to make sure it was ready as I was on my way there to pick my order up. Sam answered the phone and told me that it was not ready, he hadn't started it. I asked him why he told me it would be ready at 3 pm if it wouldn't be. He said I know what I told you be it's not ready and I have plenty of other customers than just you. He then said your order won't be done till 6 pm and hung up on me. I called back later to ask his name and he hung up on me once again. I would have taken my order elsewhere if I would have known he wasn't going to complete my order as promised. Unfortunately I will never do business at this Fed ex office again. I can not trust that they will complete a task that the promised to complete. Shame on you Sam, for your horrible customer service and rude attitude.
