Absolutely horrible experience- enough so I left the store and didn't pay the $1 per package they charge to tape a box and another $1 per label. I have never experienced this at any other UPS store. On top of that, the man working behind the counter was very rude and told me "let's make it even more difficult" when I had a few different types of packages to send..... absolutely horrible. read more

Very rude owner. I've been there couple of times and each time was a disappointment. Never a friendly smile. If you ask a question she doesn't like she just walks away without answering. And do bring your packages taped. She charges a dollar for even an inch of tape for Amazon packages. read more

I brought in a package to ship and was told they were going to charge me a $1.00 to put a piece of tape on the box to close. Seriously that is the most ridiculous charge ever when you are already being paid for the shipping. I am reporting this to amazon as the company that pays UPS for return In response to your comments I was told by amazon that I could have both items returned in the same box and was assured three times on the phone that it would be accepted. Your UPS office told me that I could not. Hence why the package was no sealed. Again you can be more accommodating to your customers. You cannot seriously think that someone should have to return back home to add one piece of tape to a package. You also could have easily assisted me in adding the tape to my package without charging me additional monies. You are taking advantage of a customer because you already have the account with amazon. This is poor customer service and I will never return to your store. I am driving a mile out of my way to another store that is more accommodating. Your follow up speaks volumes to you poor customer service at that location. read more

Updating review. Thank you for responding UPS management. I simply wanted to mail some things out, not overnight. I understand things happen, but even before the power surge we waited and waited and I never heard anyone say anything to me. If your hours are until a certain time, I should be able to drop off and mail or overnight up until at least 10 minutes before closing and not have to come in 45 minutes prior to that time. Don't use this UPS Store...period. I brought in a huge family glass bowl that cannot be replaced to this store to be shipped in April. I have been using this store for years and thought they would do a good job. Wrong decision! Heather and Lee, who work at the store, said they would wrap it well and put it in a sturdy box as it weighed over 20 pounds. The box size was approx. 18 and 1/2 inches wide and 19 and 1/2 inches tall. The package was lost! After talking to Heather, Lee and the owner, Sherryl Schmitz,, they told me that they don't scan any of the packages before they leave the store because they have so many. REALLY?? So, there was no way to track the package from the store to the destination. Any and all UPS Stores I have used always have a tracking number on the package, and I can see it tracked at every stop on it's way to it's destination. This package had a tracking number...but no one scanned the number on the label like they were supposed to do. They have cameras at the store, but they kept putting me off for over two weeks while the pictures would still be avaiable, but waited until after the pictures were no longer available to view to tell me that my package was lost forever. They said the label must have fallen off. Well, if you have ever mailed a package from any other UPS Store, everyone knows that the label is on so strong that you are hard pressed to be able to remove it. Again, there was no record of the box leaving the store or receiving it at the main station. I don't see how a box that big and heavy could be "lost". I will never use this UPS Store again. read more

Have used this store exclusively ever since it opened some 20 years ago and have now shipped over 10,000 shipments at this location. Am in there 4 or 5 days a week and have probably dealt with a couple dozen different employees over the years. Have some been more to my liking than others? Of course, what would you expect? Especially when things get hectic and customers get impatient. But I've only had ONE problem over all that time and it was resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. If you love doing business at the post office you probably won't like doing business here because it's RUN like a business. And I, for one, appreciate that! read more
