I had a mailbox here as my business address for almost 7 years. I made a habit of not going there very often as my business mail is rare, and parking for this place is an absolute nightmare. Today I was frustrated to learn that they had closed out my mailbox without any direct notice to me, and returned all packages and mail to sender. It would have been nice to get a phone call, but I suppose 7 years of business just isn't worth the bother? Employees are nice enough, but in the end, don't come here for customer service. read more

An awful experience. Owners didn't do professional packing work, almost cost me an Ebay sale, decided to change the agreed-to method of shipping without telling me, never sent the email confirmation as promised and wouldn't help make things better when the buyer complained about their shoddy work. Difficult to trust these folks. There are a number of Pack and Ship stores close by and I'd recommend taking your business there. These are bad peeps. read more

A solid 4 stars except for some headaches recently due to the store forgetting to put invoices I printed in the plastic sleeve, going to the UK. Usually they have cookies out and candies, so that's a nice touch. Not that I need cookies and candy. But still nice. The staff are friendly which is very important as well. I'd printed off my shipping label and invoices and just needed a plastic sleeve to put it in. I'd wanted to do it myself but the girl working there said it's all taken care of, so I figured she knew how to do it. And I gave her instructions on how there needed to be invoices because it's going to the UK. Fast forward a week and I'm getting calls from UPS saying they're going to ship back my package and cannot deliver or will consider it abandoned. The Larimer store lost my package after it was delivered by usps. Then the idiot clerk "Ren", replied, "there's nothing I can do." Wll there's plenty she could have done, like take a missing package report or look around for the package or take my number so if they found it they could return it. Asked for a manager, they said he'd be in the next day, I returned the next day only to see the idiot clerk again and no manager. When I tried to complain in email for to upsstore.com the website does not work properly and of course the customer service line isn't available Sunday. Screw this store and its stupid epployees, terrible service. Be warned this place sucks!! read more

When I asked the clerk at the UPS Store prior to my purchase whether I could return a shipping box, in perfect condition, the day of sale, with a receipt - I was told (curtly) "No refunds. Exchanges only ... and only if we deem it to be in perfect condition." During the entire transaction, my questions received snippy responses and I was treated as if I was just an annoyance. There are other places to shop for shipping supplies that don't treat you like you have interrupted their day. read more

The package I was receiving was not monetarily valuable, but incredibly valuable to me so being able to get it truly made my entire day! They made me pay $4 to use their computer for an access code I already had on my phone or could've easily pulled up on my phone. The girl helping me messed up, wouldn't admit to it, and then was super rude when I expressed my frustration. Absolutely horrible customer service. I will walk 10 miles to the next nearest UPS to never use this one again. read more

This is for the jerk who wouldn't accept my box at 3:56 pm because "you close at 4". I hope someday if you are lucky enough to have a wife and kids you get the same treatment you gave me today while they sit in the car waiting. I drove through downtown in a mad rush to get to that UPS and got there with 4 minutes to spare and you wouldn't help me. I then had to go to another one 4 miles away before rushing to the airport for a very unexpected trip. UPS delivered a package to a location in Denver instead of Dallas, and when I asked the UPS person at this store to help resolve the issue and ship the package (which I had previously already paid shipping costs) to the correct address, he refused. He was very rude and unprofessional, and essentially said that because this UPS store was a franchise that this wasn't his problem and he couldn't help me unless I agreed to pay for shipping costs AGAIN. He gave me a 1-800 number and said good luck. Very disappointing, and I will bring my business elsewhere in the future. read more

I don't know who these bozos are that are leaving negative reviews on this place but this store and the people that work there are awesome. I have been coming to this location for over a year now and I have literally never had a negative experience. The staff is welcoming and delightful to interact with. The three people I see on a regular basis are : Sara, Scott and Andrew. They are always so friendly and go above and beyond what an average UPS worker would do. Had a very pleasant experience here today. Had an "admin" day of paperwork and needed to find a Notary Public to sign some docs. The woman who helped me was bright and bubbly and made the process so easy. I bought some cards, mailed some letters and got a lot more accomplished there than I went in for which was great. They even had dog treats for my pooch who was in tow. They get an extra star just for that! Also, the place was very clean and organized despite all the boxes that were ready for pick up. After a horrible experience at FedEx a couple blocks away, we stopped in to The UPS Store. The task at hand was quite simple, I needed to print a two page PDF file from Google Drive. After a half hour of tinkering, sending, transferring, and such we were informed the machine didn't work properly. We were given a solution by the clerk, to no avail. Spending over half an hour on a task this simple is beyond frustrating. There was zero customer service happening in an empty store. As I mentioned to my old lady, this should take 45 seconds. As we were walking down the mall, we noticed The UPS Store. Upon arrival we were greeted and asked how we could be helped. I explained to the manager what I needed. He took me to his personal office, let me print my document using his computer, and that was that. It took 45 seconds. Great friendly staff. read more

I rent a mailbox here, about 5 months now, and love these guys! Always friendly smiling faces when I walk in and it didn't take them long to memorize me and my box number. They're always helpful with my issues and requests. They have good attitudes towards their customers, and I'm sure they get yelled at a lot. I'm always so pleasantly surprised at how they deal with the stress of that store. Update: I've since left this ups store because I moved, but I gotta say they've left a lasting impression. It was nice seeing the same friendly faces week after week while getting my mail. They always addressed me by my first name and treated me really well. I always use UPS for my shipping needs as they are always consistently good. THIS store is the best serviceI have ever had. I live out of the country and had to be in Denver for a trade show. I shipped my business items and personal items to the store. I was greeted like an old friend when I arrived - all my packages were in order and handed over to me in a minute. After the trade show, I shipped my materials back to my stateside co-workers. One of my personal items did not arrive before I left - I dropped a quick note to the store and no muss, no fuss my order was taken care of. I went into the store on Christmas Eve. I had just been to the post office and the lady was so rude and unhelpful that I walked out, after having waited in line for an hour. I was on my way to another work appointment downtown and thought before I completely gave up I would try this store. I walked in and the two friendliest gentleman were working behind the counter. Seeing how flustered I was they immediately jumped into action to get my packages sent and a tracking code in my hands in minutes. With the great location of the store and the amazing staff I will be sure to bring all my packages here from now on. Value - Stopped in to ship a package quickly. Was able to be in and out in under 10 minutes. Appreciated the customer service that was afforded to me. Would recommend others to utilize this location. Performance - Staff, Piper, was polite, kind and provided me with a compliment. Piper was able to talk while she worked on labeling the package and provided genuine listening skills while also taking care of the work at hand. My package was ready to go quickly and I felt as though I was being taken care of in a quality manner. Features and Ease of Use - I enjoy that there is street parking out front. Downtown location is nice since I work and live nearby. I utilized the shipping service so I am not sure what other things this location helps with in the UPS world. Criticism - none. Just tried to send 3 boxes of returns but the clerk said he couldn't issue a receipt. He told me I could take a photo of the bar codes but that made me leery as it wouldn't prove that I dropped them off. I asked him to scan the boxes then let me photograph the image on the computer screen but he refused to allow me to do so. I promptly piled up my boxes and left. Went to the UPS store right around the corner on 20th and told them what happened. They were puzzled as to why the clerk at Larimer refused to provide a receipt by photo. Glad I trusted my gut. Definitely will not be returning to that location for anything shipping related. read more

I have been using this UPS location for the last six years. I must say that the staff here is always willing to go above and beyond what is expected and is always friendly. This location is walking distance from my work. The other day I was walking a package over to this UPS location and ran in to the manager on my way over. He asked if I was on my way over there and then proceeded to offer to take my package and ship it for me. My package was ready to go so I let him go ahead and take care of it. My husband and I just went into this UPS to ship my textbook back and I have been here multiple times. The lady who helped me she was in a blue shirt, she tells me for the shipment is 16$ I did want the media rate and she looked at me in most disrespectful way possible then gave me the rate acting disrespect as well.
