They stole my tablet. I dropped off an iPad to be shipped. They took my money and information and then never shipped the iPad. I had to get stuff notarized (never fun, ugh) and mailed off, so I decided to check out this UPS store located near Vons. The guy with the earrings does the notary stuff, and he's very quick and professional. Since I didn't know anything about it, he seemed very knowledgeable and double checks his work to make sure things go right. If you decide to pay for a tracking number, it gets printed directly on your receipt. Make sure you don't lose that receipt! I found out this location also duplicates keys, and they have plenty of designs to choose from. read more

I needed to send financial information to my CPA overnight, this package had very sensitive information. The clerk assured me the package would arrive the next day so I left with confidence. Unfortunately a week later my CPA called me for the package that had not arrived. My husband went to the DHS store and informed them of the missing package, the situation was left in their hands. A second week went by and we both returned to the DHS store, they had not even filed a claim for the package with our sensitive financial information, we were upset and disappointed. They had a care free attitude and assured us they would file a claim. Well Nick, manager, gave excuse after excuse and did not take ownership of the situation. After we left Nick called back to say they are giving us a refund (have not seen it yet). Well the package made it our CPA after 3 weeks so needless to say we are will never use DHS UPS Store again! A shame that we tried to support our local business and they have a "who cares" attitude on such sensitive matters. By the way we had to pay penalties since we missed our deadline for the financial information. Good luck to you in trusting them with your business. 1st I was overlooked while standing in line holding two big boxes, so I had to wait while he messed around with the pretty lady that came in after me, then told me i had to email them the label [i have done before no biggy] then he tells me there is a charge, I have never been charged for printing a shipping label at UPS, this time they wanted to charge me 3 dollars to open the email [handling fee] and .25 cents to print the label, when I said something to the guy he said "You got lucky then", I have been shipping packages out of this UPS store for over a year now, needless to say I will not return to your store again, I'll drive to PS read more

this is the worst ups store ever. i tried to return items for amazon, and they informed me i would have to purchase a box. i informed them i have never had to do that at any other ups store and asked for my items back. they then told since they already scanned my return label, i couldn't have them back nor could they reverse the transaction, thus forcing me to pay them for boxing up these items. what a great way to make money... give your customers no choice but to pay you. i am disgusted. do yourselves a favor and your wallet a favor...go somewhere else that does not force you to hand over your hard earned money!!!!! read more
