    This location does not provide services paid for. I shipped 2 cell phones back in NOVEMBER. I FULLY INSURED them. UPS lost the package. I filed a claim. It's been 6 months. In that time I have called the store, emailed the store, called corporate, had a text conversation with the manager Alex (he's not even at the company anymore. There's a new manager now), filled out their online contact is form, gone into the store.... I have provided every single piece of information asked of me. I have been told for MONTHS that it would only be another week and I'd get my check. I was told that corporate made you file a police report...I have been given the run around for HALF A YEAR. I paid for $1,300 insurance for TWO cell phones that YOU LOST. I want the money owed me for the service I paid for. I am contacting the Better Business Bureau and filing a complaint tomorrow if I don't get my money today. I am DONE being lied to. I've gone to small claims court before and won. I will do it again. I suggest someone PERHAPS THE OWNER pay me immediately. I bet it's a real pain for you to have a customer who keeps records. Look at that first picture. What do YOU see??! INSURANCE FOR $1,300 FOR CELLPHONES.

    I went to the Mill Creek post office, after hours, to use the kiosk machine but their label maker…read morewas broken so I decided to stop by Pony Mailbox & Business Center. When I walked in, the person at the counter measured/weighted my package but quoted me over $10 more than USPS for the same ground shipping. When I said "wow, why so much?", he replied back with "It would be the same at the post office" which is not the case because I just returned from the post office. And they also won't tell you that USPS' flat rate shipping boxes are cheaper than what they quoted me. I told him, I'll just take it back to the post office during normal business hours. When I returned home and I told my wife about this experience, she said warned me about this place as they tried charge her $1 to print a label for prepaid postage. I understand small businesses need to make some profit in order to stay in business but marking up 30% to 40% more than post office is probably not a good business strategy knowing USPS is one block away and UPS is just across the lot inside Staples. As much as I would like to support small businesses, I won't be coming back here again. Lesson learned.

    I had an incredibly frustrating experience at the Staples Evergreen location in Everett…read more UPS notified me that an important package was being held at this store for pickup. When I arrived, I showed the tracking information confirming it had been delivered there. The manager briefly looked for the package and immediately told me it wasn't there. I explained that it may have been misplaced or mixed in with other packages, but she repeatedly insisted it wasn't at the store and made no apparent effort to investigate further. Since I urgently needed the package, I drove to the UPS facility and was fortunate enough to speak with the driver who had delivered it. He even showed me confirmation that the package had been dropped off at this Staples location earlier that day. I returned to the store with this information, but the manager still insisted the package wasn't there. Eventually, after being told I could look myself, I checked the Amazon drop-off area and found my package there. Not only had it been misplaced, but the package was already opened. What bothered me most wasn't the mistake itself--people make mistakes. It was the complete lack of effort to help, the dismissive attitude, and the refusal to acknowledge that the package might have been misplaced despite clear evidence that it had been delivered. Even after the package was found, there was no apology or accountability. Instead, I was told to leave the store. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. I hope Staples management takes customer concerns more seriously in the future.
