    I've used this location to drop off Amazon returns and other things all year long and it has always been a fast, good experience.

    I had a very negative experience with this notary service. I was asked to pay in cash, and after…read morearriving I was informed that additional fees would apply because witnesses were not present. I was told I would need to pay extra per witness signature, which was not disclosed upfront. When I questioned these charges, I was told that I would need to "take the risk" since the witness was not present. This explanation felt unreasonable and not aligned with standard notary practices. The pricing structure and requirements were not clearly communicated in advance, and additional charges were introduced during the appointment. Overall, the experience felt misleading and unprofessional due to unclear fees and inconsistent explanations. It gave the impression that the service was not operating with transparent practices and was primarily focused on extracting additional fees rather than providing straightforward notary services. I would strongly advise others to confirm all requirements and pricing in writing before using this service. I feel this place practice is fraud and I will stay away from doing business with this place.

I visited the store to return six Amazon items. At the counter, I was handed three receipts covering only four items. When I calmly pointed out that two items were missing from the receipts, the associate became visibly frustrated rather than helpful. After taking time to match the items one by one, it became clear that one of the receipts I was initially given did not belong to me, and my correct receipt had been left on his side of the counter. Instead of acknowledging the mistake professionally, the associate tore up the incorrect receipt, handed me the one that should have been provided earlier, and then abruptly told me "not to come back to the store ever again." I was shocked--not only by the error, but by the tone, body language, and hostility shown during the interaction. I responded that there would indeed be no reason for me to return. What made this encounter especially troubling was the way I was treated throughout the exchange. Based on my appearance and accent, I could not help but feel that I was met with impatience, disrespect, and verbal aggression that I strongly believe would not have been directed at a customer perceived as white, Black, or more "American-looking." The experience felt racially charged and dismissive, and it left me shaken. Mistakes happen. What matters is how they are handled. In this case, the mistake was compounded by unprofessional conduct, a lack of accountability, and behavior that made a customer feel unwelcome and disrespected. I hope management takes this feedback seriously. No customer should leave a retail establishment feeling humiliated or targeted simply for asking for accurate receipts for a legitimate transaction. I am confident that this store has interior security cameras. If there is any question about the accuracy of what I have described above, the events of today can be verified clearly through the video footage. The interaction, tone, body language, and sequence of events should all be evident on camera. Given this experience, I have lost trust in this location and in the brand as a whole. I will no longer be using UPS services moving forward.     I have a lot of wine and cigars shipped so I typically choose either a FedEx location or UPS…read morelocation to have it directly sent to. 90% of the time I have the ability to chose FedEx (the one in Fairfax on Fairfax Blvd is fantastic!), but sometimes I'm left with no other option than UPS. This is not a knock on UPS overall - I haven't had issues with them, honestly. But this store is one of the reasons I will always choose FedEx over UPS all day / every day. Good: - location (close to my house) - Saturday hours Bad: - service: 50% of the time I have someone good, 50% I do not. Today I got to listen to a manager tell another customer they are wrong and how they have 'so many people give good feedback about their store' while I waited in line to pick up my package. - will charge to have a package delivered to their store. I've paid as much as $10 per box to sit in their store for less than 2 hours. I get it if it's left there, taking up space, for 2-3 days - but I was at the store 2 hours after it posted as 'delivered' and was still charged $10 per box (mind you I had already paid $120 to have it shipped from the store). There's nothing else that I can offer regarding this location - not sure what else is expected from a shipping store (they have supplies and copiers - like all stops). But this is the first one I've been to that charges to receive packages. If you're reading this - just opt for the FedEx in Fairfax - they are so much nicer and they don't charge to receive your packages.
