I have always had quick service here when shipping items. They are located next to Petsmart so there is a lot of parking and it's a convenient location in Fayetteville. Employees are fast and efficient. I have never done printing or any other services but they do offer that along with shipping supplies. read more

SCAMMING CUSTOMERS; ROUTINE PROCEDURE TO ADD DIMENSIONS TO PACKAGE FOR GREATER PROFIT 0/5 stars. Package was mismeasured (greatly oversized, DOUBLE in each dimension so 8x the volume). This was not communicated and I was overcharge $100 to ship the package. When I tried to talk to them they berated me and told it was my fault that they added dimensions/that I didn't know my packages original dimensions, and aparently that it is procedure for them to ALWAYS add 2-3 dimensions. So don't go here as the local owner is SCAMMING everyone by having employees add dimensions and then berating you for TRUSTING the employee to correctly measure and charge. Was also rushed out of the store even though it was 5 minutes before close. read more

Personnel are not properly trained to ship to Europe and could not complete transaction so I was sent to the store on College Avenue. The other store was able to complete the transaction. read more

This store is constantly having issues. I go here a couple times a week and about once a week their "system is down." Huge frustration to drive all the way to town only to waste time, and then have to drive back again and hope their system is working that day. Also, it's a revolving door for new employees. Employees are always nice, but they're consistently different people every few weeks. read more

Brace yourself for what could be a good experience or a really BAD experience....it depends on the associate working and the mood of the day. I ship packages frequently and it's a roll of the dice if the staff chooses to be helpful or NOT. My attempts to be friendly and polite don't make even the slightest difference as the same associate can be rude one day and pleasant the next. Shipping must be done but prepare yourself! read more

Horrible customer service. Poorly trained staff. Paid for mailbox service and had to practically beg for a mailbox key. Took them over a week to provide a key. Contacted management and they asked if I would like a refund - after I said yes they say "oh sorry we can't do that". Then why ask??? Owner is beyond rude and not aware (nor does he care to know) how his store is managed. Don't waste your time at this location! read more

I go back and forth between UPS and FedEx but will forever now be using FedEx. I shipped a few packages recently that went "missing" in the system. Given the nature of the items, I did pay for extra insurance (which they graciously charged me for). Once the packages were late, I checked their tracking only to see the delivery date was no longer available and they had not moved for almost a week. I called customer service (UPS has the worst automated system and least helpful customer service) who informed me they were missing but conveniently was told that UPS isn't offering refunds or honoring insurance claims because of the pandemic. Apparently this location was supposed to tell me this when I shipped, but instead charged me extra for more insurance and failed to tell me there was any covid exemption. My only course of action now is to fill out additional forms for that the UPS can launch an investigation into my missing parcels in the hopes they can found and sent to their final destination. This is a complete scam! read more

This store is staffed with disrespectful kids with no customer service skills who threatened me upon leaving. Where else could you drag multiple heavy packages in, get directed to use the computer (that was in the middle of a windows update of course) to print shipping labels (and pay!) and then once the run around was complete, guess what, THEY WONT TAKE YOUR PACKAGE. That's right. The supposed manager of this establishment literally said and I quote "we arent a UPS", "It says you need a signature from a representative we wont sign" this coming from the guy wearing the logo on his shirt in a building with the logo on it. Could have fooled me. They said I could wait a few hours til 5 and MAYBE the driver would sign for it. Save your time they will make you drive to Springdale to drop off a package if you want someone to take responsibility for it and need it signed for insurance reasons but wont tell you about any of that until you are literally trying to hand the package over after paying to walk out the door. When I got to Springdale they admitted that they have heard a lot of negative things about that store. Save your time and don't give this "franchise" business its a waste of energy! I will be reporting this to corporate, the smug bored kids running the place seemed to think it was ok to be rude with customers because they "aren't UPS employees", as they well shouldn't be if UPS wants our business instead of FedEx or DHL. read more

Pay a premium for a box here vs a PO Box. They are constantly misplacing packages, accidentally sending their received packages back out with the carriers, and no recourse for anything that is lost. This location is frustrating. read more
