Instead, Meesha (quite sure I'm misspelling her name) answered the phone quickly and was so pleasant and genuinely wanted to help. She went above and beyond. She managed to prevent what could have turned into a lengthy return and re-deliver cycle. Kudos to the excellent service from this location and especially to such a conscientious employee.

This was not communicated and I was overcharge $100 to ship the package. When I tried to talk to them they berated me and told it was my fault that they added dimensions/that I didn't know my packages original dimensions, and aparently that it is procedure for them to ALWAYS add 2-3 dimensions. So don't go here as the local owner is SCAMMING everyone by having employees add dimensions and then berating you for TRUSTING the employee to correctly measure and charge. Was also rushed out of the store even though it was 5 minutes before close.

Now I have 2 heat sensitive items not only in a truck all day but going through the hottest day in Arkansas summer, terrible service I wouldn't recommend them to anyone as they even informed me they would reattempt the delivery to which I was waiting at home for and then 5 minutes off the phone with them they changed that to the next day again personally sounds like laziness and lack of customer care.

Did you know that UPS store is not affiliate with the real UPS in anyway? they are a private franchise.. BEWARE! WORST Place of Business ever! Associate outright stole an expensive family heirloom from me. They Made no effort to find my item, replace it, or compensate me in anyway. They were rude and denied I ever gave it to them to ship. HORRIBLE! One of the worst businesses I have had the unfortunate pleasure to deal with! If you value your stuff and you want to keep it. Don't go here!!!.
