So I had to send my dogs bed back and needed a big box to ship it out in. This store does it all. When we walked in there was a big line but it went really fast. The guy helping us his name was Jeff and he was very helpful to get this huge dog bed shipped out. Very good customer service I would definitely use this place again. We paid for a box and asked if I needed to pack it up. He was like oh no I'll take care of everything. So if your needing a box to ship stuff out this is the place to go. read more

This store will not ship a firearm. UPS ships firearms. They have to be shipped from time to time, for warranty service or whatever. Beretta sent me a UPS shipping label. They work with UPS. UPS ships firearms every day. This location claims that no UPS facility can ship firearms. They are idiots. Find someplace else to do your shipping. read more

I shipped a package on Saturday and was charged an additional $1.99 for a "Shipping service Fee." When I asked what that charge was for I was told it was a flat tax rate because the computer system doesn't ring it up correctly and it didn't matter if I shipped something that was $20 or $500 the rate would still be a flat $1.99. That's not how tax works, and shipping services are non-taxable anyway. The owner is just trying make an extra buck off of customers who don't know better. This was my first time using UPS as a delivery service in years. I went to this store in Fayetteville to send something I forgot hand back to my mother in Little Rock. I was told the package would arrive on the 4th of Jan. I used my tracking number and it said 9 pm on the 4th. It was never delivered. I called this store to get more information, and was told they didn't know and I had to call the Springdale facility. I called received an automated voice saying an issue occurred, but still got no information on my package location. I spoke to a representative and was told it showed the delivery date was supposed to be yesterday the 4th, no mention of an issue. Now I have to wait for a link to file a claim and figure out where the package went. I should've just gone to the Post Office. read more

I made an appointment online for this location for a notary at 9am. I showed up at 9am only to be told that the notary is scheduled to come in at 10am... uh... what? Why would their online service allow me to make an appointment at 9am? And why would their online service send me a REMINDER about my appointment at 9am? This is frustrating. I love coming into the store and getting a genuine greeting and a smile. Always willing to help and go above and beyond to make sure that I am satisfied with my visit. If you are in need of mailing services, a mailbox, shredding, copying or any other service the UPS Store offers I highly recommend using the store off of College Ave in Fayetteville. I like the security of knowing my mail and packages are safe at the UPS Store. I am notified when a package is delivered and if I do not pick it up right away, it is safe and sound until I get there to retrieve it. Outstanding customer service. I would not recommend this UPS store. I purchased antique cement flower baskets and they were so poorly packaged that they arrived broken. They were put in the flimsiest box that was so thin it had a hole on the top where my baskets had pushed thru the cheap cardboard. They wouldn't refund my shipping costs which were over $300. read more

Screwed up a very important package address TWICE!!!! I hate this place and will never got back or use UPS again. First it was 1031, then 10313, and in actuality it was 10031!!! Omg the frowning girl needs to learn her numbers and confirmation procedures before shipping anything. strong smell of urine in the store, I mentioned it and got no response, as someone else mentioned the gal that helped me was a blank slate. I also found out they don't honor online prices as I weighed measured and priced before arriving and they are always higher priced. Prices also seem to increase from day to day with no rhyme or reason in the same week. read more
