It went fine until the very end of the process when it refused my payment method. I tried again with a different method - same result. Annoyed and frustrated, I drove to the local UPS Store to ask for help. Initially I was told they couldn't do what I needed, but the manager then went the extra mile and patiently walked me through the process - which failed at the same point as when I tried at home!
