The staff at the counters are good people, however they tend to be understaffed. My main issue are the drivers dispatched from this facility. They do everything in their power to not deliver packages and just mark them as "delivery attempted", without even getting out of their trucks. I've had multiple packages sent back to the senders, because the drivers are lazy and refuse to do their job. They also don't follow instructions left on UPS My Choice. You have to pay $7 and pick up your packages from this hub, because of the uselessness of the drivers. read more

I had a good experience here. I had a chair to be shipped. Tiara at the customer center was very helpful in getting my chair packed (which wasn't easy) and shipped for me. She even called another employee that was on his way in to ask questions and assist me. When he arrived, it went very smoothly, and the chair made it to its final destination just fine. read more

So understaffed. Usually one lady. Even with 3 people behind the counter expect at least a 30 min wait to be served. If your not okay with waiting a ridiculous amount of time standing in line, use another method to ship. They are courteous but they have no intention to provide quick service and very much lack originational skills. read more

There is absolutely no parking if you go certain times of the day. All of the UPS trucks are parked out front blocking customer parking. When I tried to park on the side, the lady inside threw a fit and demanded that I move. Move to where again all the trucks were taking up the space. This is a business a business needs to provide parking for customers. I understand the trucks have to do the first job for customer parking comes first and without the customers you don't have a business to run. read more

Stay away. Do not trust them to pack anything. They do a horrible job. They packed a valuable urn in a box with virtually no packing material and it broke. I paid for the insurance, sent them pictures like they asked, and they sat on it for three months and never made a claim. Now they tell me that the claim was denied, yet I've never received anything From them or UPS. When I told the owner I was going to file a claim in small claims court, he wrote me back, "Don't Hold Your Breath." I wonder if he took the money for the insurance and pocketed it? I'm now stuck with a broken family heirloom and a nasty mean UPS store owner. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. read more

OK it's time for my official review, I have been coming here since 1990. I'm going to make this very clear, yes the staff at those registers are rude, yes they don't care other than to get your box & get it through. Now let's correct all the negativity, one your boxes will be opened at random because they're not consistent that's the problem you're all complaining about, associates that want to do it their way when they all should be doing it the same way by the rules. The problem with this location is entitlement, because as you're speaking to them and I was listening it's the way they answer you that makes you feel lower than you should ever feel in a business transaction, they don't explain things they just tell you they're going to do it, it delays the line it angers the consumer so all of you are correct and given them one star all of you are correct in all of your disappointment and the way you're being treated, location is simply understaffed at the registers for this level of requirement by the company it falls on the company to do better. Very bad service and very bad people working at this location, we was waiting for a package deliver to our house and they never show up, we check online and they already suppose to stop by our home and don't leave any label on the door, nothing. After that we call and ask if we can pick it up at the warehouse location and they say yes if you come after 7:30 pm and wait about 20 mins, we wait almost one hour and a half !! Terrible service. After speaking to 4 different people regarding my package which was supposed to be a 2 day delivery, my package was delivered 5 days later. The day after the unsecessful delivery blaming incorrect address (mind you, was correct), the package just sat for 2 days in the facility without a further attempt to deliver. After my last expensive package was stolen, insured, and wouldn't be reimbursed due packaging - which the the UPS store did itself!!!... I had another UPS delivery- by the sender's choice. First it came a day earlier when I wasn't home. Then I waited home all day on the day it was to be delivered - 11 hours waiting- no package. Then I asked for it to be left at a UPS center so I could just pick it up myself since I needed it before leaving for vacation. The driver left a sticker and checked off that he would do that. But where it said the address where I was supposed to pick it up well that was blank. So I called only to be told that my package was not eligible for pick up until after the third attempt, that I couldn't sign to have it sent somewhere else, that I couldn't pick it up myself, and that my only option was to take an entire Nother day off work to wait for it and hope it showed up. Since I had to go to work I asked where it would go after the final attempt and the UPS employee told me it would go to the UPS center. Apparently that center is secure but all the other ones on the first three days aren't secure. How does that make sense? So I asked for the address and she gave me the wrong address and I asked for a phone number and she said she couldn't give out that information. How can you not give out a phone number of a place where people have to pick up packages? UPS is run very poorly and I will always use FedEx for the rest of my life after these last two experiences. read more
