One to get my photo ID and the one for fingerprinting. There was a little problem with my birth date but the gentleman who helped me gave me the phone number to call and I had it taken care of in two minutes and everything proceeded smoothly. He took my picture and quickly selected the best one. The fingerprints were probably the fastest I have ever had them done. I have had people really struggle to get them right but he did it effortlessly. Even with 2 appointments and a small problem that was not his fault I was still out and on my way in about 10 minutes. In addition to ID's and fingerprinting they also offer a wide variety of services. You can purchase boxes. They are a print shop. They will help list your eBay items and ship them. You can fax, have a key made or rent a mailbox. You can have a document notarized. You can have a shipment packed. You can have a photo copied and printed. Last but not least you can shop their novelty, gift, and office items. I was in a rush today because I needed to get this appointment done before heading into work. The gentleman who helped me had such a pleasant attitude and an efficient manner that he turned a chore into an actually pleasant experience. I would definitely use this store for my business and office needs.

I lost the title to my car and needed to get a new one. Found a form online, filled it out, got it notarized (mission) and brought it here to get it processed. The two young ladies in the office broke it to me they'd only need my ID - and none of the paperwork. Of course lol. They typed me into the system, immediately knew which car I had, and got the process started. They had the title for me in 3 days! They offered to send it to my house, or have me pick it up. Since it took a few extra days to have it mailed to the house, and I live so close I opted to pick it up. I got a call when it arrived, and all was well in the world again. I'll likely come back when it's time to get a new tag.

Luggage rescued by Joe at The Mail Center of Ft. Lauderdale…read more During a recent trip, I left a carry on bag at a Ft. Lauderdale hotel. The staff at the hotel were very unaccommodating and wouldn't consider shipping the bag to my home (of course, I was willing to pay for the shipping and their time and trouble). When I contacted Joe at The Mail Center, he graciously agreed to go to the hotel, pick up the bag and ship it back to me and it was received in two days. In this era of what seems to be an atmosphere of ever decreasing customer service, Joe went above and beyond. Thank you, Joe!
