Gave me options and even helped me with another issue I didn't even come into the store for. This FedEx Store is located right off of Federal in Pompano Beach, within Broward County. The parking is a bit tight, so I would recommend going early. But these two individuals helped me beyond what was expected and now I know FedEx can actually create custom boxes for you, they can help you in store or on your own online. Which is super cool to know with all the small businesses that are up and coming as well as my own. They don't just create the boxes but can ship it directly to your home as well. I haven't seen any ads for this but thankfully Candace and Dylan were kind enough to educate me on a new service they provide. I've been here since 2018 only late 1 time due to covid, I asked for a reversal of the late fee and…read morethey refused. Most companies give you a one time courticy but not these guys. I just let it go. However, the next two negative experiences have motivated me to take my business elsewhere. I'm an honest person who doesn't stand for being ripped off. I went to my storage with my key, the guy saw me struggling on the camera and came with WD to spray the lock but I accidentally bent the key. He tried to say it was the wrong key and tried to get me to have them cut the lock and buy a new one. I went home got my second key an exact replica of the one he said was t their key and opened it no problem. I Wasn't happy with the attempt to rip me off but I let that go. Now after updating my credit card info last month they say I was no longer on auto pay and charged me a late fee this month saying I canceled autopay which I did not. Total lie. I'm leaving this month and saving money so thank you and your corporate greed as it has motivated me to move to a more convenient spot and save $. Yay! It will more than make up for the rip off of which they will not get a second chance. At least not from me. I was doing an Amazon return, which I have done a gazillion times. The woman stated that I had to purchase a box to return my item when the Amazon return clearly stated UPS will pack and ship and label your items at no cost. The item is in the manufacturers box but not a "shipping" box and she refused to pack it even though the label stated they need to pack it. I'm off to the much friendlier store on Hillsboro. UPDATE: went to the store on Hillsboro and the amazing Aamir (review for his store to follow). Not only very kindly, without attitude and without being condescending and try to "educate" me - gave me a polyphmane bag and reprinted the label and let me know that because they had already scanned the package at this store, that I would have to come back to this store to drop it off. At this point, my less than courteous store opener that I dealt with previously had left the store - according to the person that received my package. Won't be coming back here. Wasted morning.

To add, UPS has a history of using visa program hires. When this store first opened, they ran a promotion asking that customers give them 5 stars on google reviews. This is why this store is so highly rated on google reviews. While the customer service now is acceptable, when the store first opened it was not. Although I don't like the fact that the USPS uses my tax payer money to operate, the idea of DEI or visa program hires at this UPS store makes me reluctant to spend my money there.

He assisted me with my packaging and helped resolve a very simple issue that could have been resolved at the first store I had been to on SW 10th. The difference was that Aamir was service centric, kind, and solution based while the other employee at the other store was condescending, spoke to me as if I were one of her children on front of other customers when I was doing a self serve per her request and was just overall unhelpful. This is my second time at this UPS and it his will be my go to on a go forward. They are kind, respectful, welcoming, and really willing to help. Great service, great price and great people. They have everything that you could need from a UPS store and more and I highly recommend. How you treat people matters and that's why I'm changing to this store going forward.
