No bubble wrap, no shipping peanut only some brown paper In a box. Great place. I dreaded the options from Amazon that limited me to returning items at a UPS Store or pay a fee to print a label (that was just nuts.) I dreaded the notion of dealing with SoFL UPS stores where I have not had the best of experiences. Then, I stumbled upon this great little place. The people are awesome, attentive and communicate. I actually felt like a customer than a transaction. As I waited, I saw the way they treat their other customers and it was nothing short of positive. Don't waste your time for notary at this Lighthouse point location. We waited for 40 minutes for the notary (store manager), while he was on a personal call in the back. The nice guys in front kept going to the back to tell him we were waiting and they'd return saying he would come soon. We eventually gave up and went to a different location, and were helped instantly there. The store manager could have had the courtesy to tell us he didn't have time for us but he instead d*cked us around. I get the idea that he treats the underlings like his minions to do all the work while he sits in the back. Hopefully this is not a common occurrence, but it was a waste of our time so we will never go back to this location. I had assumed that this larger location with more staff would be more reliable. UPS store is a good choice if you are in need of a special size box to prepare a shipment. They have all sizes and shapes in stock. Trust me, I have wasted too much time & effort looking for odd size boxes in the past at other office supply stores and I always end up at the UPS store for that special size box. The service is good at this store and the prices are reasonable. read more

Worst customer service from the owner. I have been a loyal customer since 2019. I was sick with cocos and did not make my renewal deadline but 13 days. He would not release My Mail which contains time sensitive documents or waive a late fee. There is no loyalty here and the worst customer service. I have never had an issue in the years I have been a LOYAL CUSTOMER. They claim they pride themselves on Customer service It is all about the money. I would give them a 1 if I could. I used them to ship 8 international boxes, using UPS supplies to ensure "solid construction." 7 of the boxes arrived piecemeal over the next month rather than in the 5-7 business days they promised and one is still missing. (All the boxes were beat to hell with significant damage.). Just to get this far I spent hours on the phone daily trying to clear up one UPS screw up after another, all starting with how this store entered the information incorrectly. To make it better, no one answers the phone at the store - EVER - and when you leave a message, no one returns a call. You have to call UPS directly. They are happy to take your money but if they screw up and your packages are lost/damaged, you are on your own. Run like hell to any other shipper if you care about your packages arriving at their destination on time and in one piece. read more

Worst UPS I have visited. The manager Derrick is the most unprofessional, rude and unfriendly person. He called me ridiculous in a very challenging attitude. On top of that I have notice he has the same kind of attitude with more customers. His job was not properly done. I paid big money for some color prints but what he did was copying in color so of course the quality was very poor, I came to UPS again asking him to re-do his job but guess what, he wanted to charge me again. What a dishonest person. He welcomed me to complain online saying that he doesn't care about it. Well... Don't come here, and definitely avoid this place! I came into this location today to return an item I bought online with a prepaid return label. I then learned from the associate that I would have to pay $2.25 to complete the transaction, so I asked if speaking to the manager would help to which he responded, "my manager is just going to kindly tell you to piss off." I was shocked at his language but I still wanted wanted to confirm this price with the manager, however the manager I saw on duty seemed more interested in flirting with someone else in the store. I waited patiently, while they laughed and giggled (that was so awkward). When he was all done flirting, the manager Derek Laster confirmed the associate's price, and seemed unwilling to assist even though it was a prepaid label, and even went as far to say to take my business elsewhere.
