This has go to be the worse location. . I had an incident where the package was never delivered and never left the store. According to UPS Customer service, they never scanned it for pick up which means it never left the store. This store gave me the runaround & they didn't have valid answers. Please do not drop your packages off at this location. It's a hit or miss. You cannot have such a well-known name and respected name like UPS and have some franchise store owner not follow up or follow through on missing packages I will never ever go there again. Some of the employees are incredibly rude . They could care less . Just horrible !! read more

If you ever think about working at this establishment DONT! The owner is an old bitter man that makes it his life mission to make your life MISERABLE! I've worked here almost 2 years and it's been at the top of my list the WORST PLACES IVE WORKED! From constantly being falsely accused of things other employees have done to being over worked and under paid! The only time I ever felt appreciated was after threatening to leave! Not to mention being disrespected by the customers after trying to do everything in my power to have every one leave satisfied! I've been embarrassed and humiliated only to be given a dollar raise! I was trying to ship a box that was 100+ pounds and at least 6ft tall. The UPS store literally 1 min from my house refused to take it as well as 5 others that I called. Mr. Jones was extremely great. I called him and took me in the second I told him what it was. Unfortunately I had to drive 20 min just to go to someone who wasn't lazy but I am thankful he was there. I was there a cpl weeks ago and dealt with the rudest obnoxious man in a very long time. The man ended up being the owner. He yelled and spoke down to the employee helping me in front of me and 2 or 3 other people in there. I held my tongue for about a min and then said . Could you please talk to your employee with a little more respect and not to mention you're making me uncomfortable because I'm the customer who he's helping. He accidentally set the copy machine to the wrong size or whatever and then I still had to pay for it. I was like whatever Can he just finish helping me. Ofcourse noone else said anything about what taking place except the Karen whose face didn't leave her phone the whole time chimed in by saying. Come on everyone can't we all just get along .looking at me and I Said the f##k if I going to see anyone get spoke to like that. I probably shouldn't of cursed but by this point I was boiling from this snide comments the OWNER kept spewing to me . I just wanted my copies and to get out the he## out of there. I had a ton of things to return and a few other misc. Things to take care of .needless to say I finally got my copies and left. I never write bad reviews because even if I get upset at service, I understand everyone has a bad day. But this is entirely different! I went in to send 1 document overnight. It was $62. The person who seemed in charge - Donald Jones- because he was literally micromanaging the two workers WHILE they were trying to take care of forms and work on computer- Donald Jones, kept barking at me to get behind the blue line. I understand...Pandemic...but I had to hand the girl, Robin, the paper, then grab the envelope, then use my credit card. It was impossible to stand behind the blue line so far away from the desk when I had to do all of those things. So I made a joke to Robin that I understand I have to stand behind the blue line but it's impossible for me to reach that far so I'm gonna have to approach the desk when I pay. Donald Jones took this as a threat against his self perceived air of authority and decided to come at me. He started with his passive aggressive sarcasm and threatened to kick me out of the store. I ignored him the first time. I then asked Robin that since I have a business account with a UPS store near my work in Miami Beach, Don't I get some sort of small discount? I seem to remember that I usually do when sending things out. I said that maybe it's different because I'm at a different store could that be why? She seemed confused. At that moment Donald Jones decided to insert himself and micromanage yet again. However he decided to do it with with a passive aggressive tone saying to me "if you have a corporate card then I'll give you a discount but don't come in here looking for coupons."! Now I ask you, reader of this review, wouldn't you at that moment have been just as angry as I was? He had no reason to talk to me in that manner, with that tone, at that point, at all. And yes, I got angry. He never answered my question, she never answered my question, and to make things even worse I had to hand her my phone two times which she held in her hands with no gloves on. I had gloves and a mask on myself! Because I was flustered I couldn't get my next statement out to where it made sense enough for him to understand my question. So I tried to a third time. At that point he became, in his own mind, the master of the universe and decided he was going to point a finger at me and talk to me like I was a six-year-old child caught in the hallway without a hall pass. That is when I cussed at him. I wish I could take it back, cussing at someone takes your power away, but that's how it ended up. He then kicked me out of the store again and told me never to come back. I left there and sat in my car and called UPS store corporate. I've made two complaints via voicemail. I have used his name in the complaints and have yet to receive a phone call back. I will also go online as they suggest on the voicemail and write out a complaint. I don't think that I deserve to be treated that way when I had valid questions and a valid account, which at the time I was calling a membership, and he was using that in the moment to passive aggressively make fun of me in public. If you were in my position and he was talking to you the way he was talking to me, you would have felt embarrassed and angry as well. Instead of trying to manage to understand what my question was, instead of looking over the words that I was using incorrectly like "membership", he chose to talk to me like I was less than human. I also want to talk about the fact that I asked Robin if I could write down the address for her somewhere, or perhaps fill out a label myself. She said oh no, I'll do it for you. Then because he kept coming up and interrupting her, she ended up sending the wrong return address for the document that I was sending. The return address was my business address, but this was a personal document and I never got the point across to her that I needed a different return address. He was rushing everybody so much that things were done incorrectly. This happens to be a document that is regarding the death of my mother and thousands of dollars! It was imperative that it have the right address filled out in the right way. But instead Robin, without any gloves at all, told me to hand her my phone which caused me to step over the blue line and begin this whole madness that occurred in this particular UPS store. Do not go to this location. Try 17th where they are typically efficient and attentive. This is what I get for trying to save myself a few miles of a drive. read more
