Parking was easy but limited. The line of customers was to the door with two waiting outside including me. After ten minutes we finally made it to the sacred interior and waited another ten minutes to drop and scan my one Amazon package. Two employees were working quickly to thin the herd. The store had all the normal UPS packing items with a slew of private mailboxes to the rear. Made it to the front of the line and the lady scanned my package and provided me a receipt. Noticed several suitcases with UPS tracking stickers next to the front door easy for anyone to steal. Not sure if this was a common practice. read more

The two employees were overwhelmed by the amount of people waiting to drop off packages. I really did not have much to do for the next few hours so was not that frustrated to wait for 20 minutes but can't say that for everyone. The two ladies kept a smile on their faces and were helpful when it was my turn to scan my package. Not sure if it is this busy everyday but this UPS Store is a gold mine. read more

Easy Amazon and Zappos return drop off location! The process to do the label-less returns here is really convenient. All I do is bring in my packages and show them the little return QR code on my phone and they take care of the label. One time I couldn't remember which box belonged to which return QR code and had to open it up at the counter. They were patient with me. I've gone in during my lunch break and the process is really quick. I'm in and out within 5 minutes. Going in after work took a little longer, as a bunch of people were there to collect packages, do returns, etc. and when I left, there were about 6 people behind me. It's a plus that they're open half days on Sundays and I can swing by before/after a Publix run. read more

The times I've been here, the customer service has been very good. The last two young ladies I encountered on a Sunday were super sweet and worked quickly. Any UPS customer, having to wait for service at this lication, will quickly become aware that you are a valued customer. The staff are usually trying to service more than one customer at a time, based on the staff's evaluation of you when you walk in the door -- to eliminate a line. If you appear to be dropping off an Amazon return, which only needs scanning, they will tru to call you from the line, scan your item, and send you on your way. I needed to ship something in the area on a Sunday morning. Yelp gave me about 3 options, but the other 2 hadn't opened yet, or weren't opening on a Sunday, so I headed here. Great impression right off the bat, very clean feeling and the employees didn't seem lost and confused as they sometimes do at shipping places. This used to be one of the best places in Fort Lauderdale to have a mailbox, however since Debbie retired, the service is downright pathetic. I used to have a mailbox there, along with a friend and colleague of mine. After purchasing a house I no longer needed a mailbox and left. I had assumed my friend still had his mailbox there, and so when my husband very suddenly passed away recently, I wanted to mail him some of my late husbands belongings that were sentimental (and fragile). I mailed it to this UPS store, and contacted my friend that it was on the way. He then informed me that he no longer had a box there. I called to sort out the issue within a day or so of sending the box. It took several calls and several (unanswered) emails to get to someone. I told them the issue, said I would pay for shipping, and asked them to return it to me. They said they would get my information and get back to me because they were busy. A week goes by. Same process is repeated. Eventually they say that they have returned it. I am relieved and hang up. Time passes and still no box. More calls and emails. They claim the box was returned and yet can't give me a shipping address. We go through this for weeks. Finally, someone tells me that they have not shipped the box, that it's still there, but they can't do anything about it because they don't have that authority and to call back. I call back, and whoever answered this time tells me that the box has shipped weeks ago. I correct her, and tell her no - it was never shipped because YOUR EMPLOYEE told me it was still there. She recanted and when I asked why she said it had shipped when she actually didn't know, she had no answer. A month has passed. They are now holding the box hostage until the intended recipient pays them a mailbox fee. I am livid. The contents are priceless to me. They finally agree to release the box to me only if the intended recipient calls and tells them they can, even though my name is On the return label. He is finally able to call (he works on yachts so you know how that goes) and they ship it back (me paying for shipping of course). I get the box, relieved. And that's when I hear it. Broken glass. They were packed well enough that there shouldn't be broken glass. And yet here it is. It took close to two months to get the box back. NUMEROUS phone calls and emails, mostly unanswered. Debbie would not have allowed this. I wasn't going to say anything about my experience, but seeing the memories of my late husband laying broken in that box broke me. They need to learn the importance of customer service. Such a disappointing experience. read more

I bought an item online and they del it to the wrong address and person I talked to customer service and I told them ok well the driver dropped it to the wrong person and they just repeated themselves like they thought I was lying I offered to show them i.d that it was me and I really want my package because it cost me $297. They left it with "we are sorry the driver will double back around after his shift to make sure , but he saw someone pick it up". Unreal ups should have a verification with i.d if the person is home and if not at least get the address correct ! I didn't spell it wrong or anything and now I'm down $297 and I had to wait for the package all for nothing. Not happy at all. read more

Fanny, the clerk, was able to successfully help me ship my luggage and box of belongings cross country as well as address the needs of everyone else. She always keeps it calm, cool, and collected. Great service!! Always consistent. Quite often, I am dropping off prepaid packages but I had the need to rent a mailbox when I spent the summer in California. The setup was easy, the rates were very good (nothing complicated like our USPS). What I didn't expect is that they added so much more to the service! I gave them some criteria for junk mail and flyers over the phone - they were able to only send me the real correspondence via mail while I was out of town. Here is the reason for that review and the one star. If you come in with a label on your iPhone or other device they will not print it for you. The excuse was: "once we had a virus"!!!ahahah... You must rent a computer for $2.99 login into your email account (from a public computer) get that label, print it and pay them for that!!!! Tips: Go by Fedex they will print it for you for free. Also note that this location does USPS but none of the cool cheap Flat rate boxes. So instead of paying $4.99 you will pay per pounds and nothing under $10. The store in N. Andrews has a great staff, all ages accepted not just high-schoolers with little work ethic. They work at a fast pace and have good attitudes. Even if it gets busy and only one of them is working, the work load is handled with care and great customer service. read more

Their prices are crazy. They charge for each page of a notary. They wanted $70 to notarize a single building permit that had several pages.
