They took advantage of the elderly, convinced it needed to be repacked for $50 and charged him in total over $300!!!! The worse place ever !!! on Thursday 5/22/2025 the employee name Nick with employee number 340573. He stole my package. I called UPS directly and they mentioned to me that I had to go and talk with the people on the store. I went and they told me to report the package as lost, and that I would get back $100 dollars. what was inside the package cost me $468 dollars. the employee never asked me if I wanted to have an insurance on my Package either. Please go to fedex or another place where they can help you better. I went to this store today (4/28/2025) to have my IDme verified using the fingerprint machine and the young lady working immediately assisted me in coping my documents sent to the Veterans Administration. She was so friendly and knew how to insure my Ids was properly entered. This is the second UPS store I had to use for this action and they were 100% better than others. Racist and Bad Attention. I went with my parents to leave a heavy box in Colombia through the company in Texas of medical supplies where I am a Sales Manager. When I entered and said hello when I saw that my parents spoke Spanish, he made a bad face and did not want to attend to me, when entering the boxes I opened the door and told me that I could not leave it open because the air came out, that he could not attend me if he did not have the phone number, I had a Customer Service letter authorizing my shipment with our corporate letter. She was rude and left me alone at the reception until another colleague of hers arrived and said that if it's corporate really pay by credit card or debit and good luck with her, without knowing that I spoke English. I visited the UPS store today on Summerlin January 10, 2023 super rude lax customer service. I will definitely find another location to deal with. While I was finding my codes from Amazon to make my returns. I very politely let other people in line to go ahead of me. The girl behind the counter was so rude and pretty much told me to leave until I had all my codes on one simple page. I think she should find another job that does not deal with customer service. Poor Customer Service! Would like to complain to Corporate Office. Was overcharged for cardboard box and was not treated as a customer should be treated. I have used them for 5 years but this is the last time I will ever use their service. First, was told they do not ship cologne or perfume, ( which is ridiculous because Amazon ships all the time). After dealing with that then they left my Christmas items stacked up on box and was told they will box later. I asked them how will I ensure that my items are not lost if they fall off box and put in someone else's box. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Unfortunately this is the closest location to my house. This doesn't even deserve the 1 star, please go to the next location if you wanted to be treated right. I sent two packages with my elderly father. I called the store to confirm 10 minutes after my Dad left the package. The lady that answered was condescending, rude, and blatantly hung up in my face. I asked her to confirm if she scanned my package per Amazon was able to drop off without a box with only a QR code. She yelled stating she has been there since 10am and has over 700 package. WTF? You cant confirm a receipt of an item from 15 minutes ago. She hates her job and the people that need to utilize their services. I had to report it this time because I've had enough. Previously I called to get information on Notary services she told me that they cannot stay past 4pm for me, I came into the store at 6pm and was able to Notarize everything without issue. If I would give this store a zero star I would. You have a notary working at this store that has no idea what she is doing. I come in the store every two weeks. And every single time I see her she asks irrelevant questions about my paperwork. I own a cleaning service and for me to pick up my check I have to have a paper notarized that I will accept funds. Your notary says "How do I know these papers are for you" because I sign my legal name on them?! And you write my identification down on the paper. She then refused to sign my paper and claimed I was talking down to her just because I stayed the obvious. I am the one signing, you have my identification. She apparently has no idea what she's doing. And I just wasted my time waiting in line because there is the same two workers in there taking their sweet time. This notary needs to lose her license. I have never met a notary that is completely clueless like that before and I see a notary every 2 weeks I have been for 6 years. Absolutely ridiculous. And then to refuse me services when I'm a paying customer. It is not my fault you don't understand how a notarized paper works! I look forward to talking to a manager. read more

Inconsistent business practices, paid $.25 for 3 pieces of paper about a month ago, printed off 3 pages again today and tried to charge me $9 because they had barcodes on them. $3 per page for black and white? Thats ridiculous. Had some items I needed printed. It took me less than 3 minutes to log in and print. I was charged for 30 minutes and paid $2.50 to use their computer for 3 minutes. Not a lot to break the bank, but the sign said it was $2.00 and $0.30 after.. So where did $2.50 come from? My receipt says 30 minutes as my time. Sounds dishonest.
