We sent a package and told him we wanted it sent UPS and the cheapest way, aka ground. However, the kid decided to do it the cheapest way via metered mail.. which I'm reading is USPS. I didn't understand when he said it would take 2 to 5 days for it to get there. Because UPS in Florida is usually always delivered within a day(especially when only going across the state) even though it says it could take two days or so. I even said that is weird bc UPS is usually always only a day or two at most. He just stood there looking at us. I didn't realize he changed the delivery company on us that we requested (didn't even acknowledge that he changed it what we asked for either) until I went to track the package and see that 3 days later it's still not there. So now it makes sense that it's taking three days to go from Fort Myers to Miami, which is still a joke. Mail used to go across the country in three days. I had already been to the post office and sent the letter via certified mail. I went to the UPS store specifically to send it via UPS as a backup/second form of delivery. So now I have the exact package being delivered on the exact day via USPS and I just wasted money. Not happy! read more

Call to confirm hours with the store. I got a customer service rep that told me they close at 6 PM. I even checked their website as well and also on yelp it says that they close at six. I arrived at 5:45. They were completely closed down with the sign up. Definitely won't be back. Thanks for wasting my time read more

Go to the store this afternoon to mail 2, 3 ounce packages. I figured around 4-5 bucks apiece for usps mail. It was 5.00 each and when I went to pay, the rude lady told me it was 16.00 total because they now charge a 3.00 fee for each package . These were little bubble envelopes. She told me in a snotty way I can go to the post office if I wanted to spend less, so I did. Been going there for 2 years and never got an upcharge and I'm there at least 3 times a week. COMPLETE RIP-OFF !!!! Trying to make a buck off us working folk. read more

Especially if you are a "snowbid," or if you do not wish to take mail and package deliveries at home, you will LOVE this UPS store. We have an elderly family member who would be stressed with Amazon and other deliveries, knocking or doorbell ringing, so this is perfect for us. The staff is great and during the process of a harried day, Tina's smile and efficiency brightens up everything. I can not imagine entrusting our deliveries to anyone else. read more

Every member of staff at this location was knowledgeable, friendly and accommodated the multiple carloads of paintings, china, documents and household goods that I brought to them for shipping to three different States. Some items I boxed for shipping, but on some trips I literally dumped it on their counter for weighing, and they did a truly fantastic job of getting the items packed and shipped. Three visits were at the end of a day, and although they couldn't pack and ship then and there, they handled my items on the next business day and everything arrived to its destination intact. I highly recommend the Daniels Parkway UPS store. read more

I'd give them 6 stars. Every time I go in I'm treated like a valued customer. But recently I dropped off an envelope with important documents for my bank. When I heard from the bank that the tracking suggested the envelope was still at the branch 3 days after drop off, I called the store. Lynn (I hope I spelled that right) took my concern seriously, and after searching everywhere explained that the envelope may have accidentally gone with be post office items rather than the UPS truck. She promised to keep monitoring my tracking number and she sure did, since she just called me back to tell me the envelope was delivered to the bank yesterday. Although something had gone wrong, the way she handled the situation showed that these are good people who genuinely care about their customers and not make excuses. read more

I travel all over the country and use The UPS Store to ship items back to Amazon if needed. Because I don't have a printer in my RV I'm at the mercy of these guys to print my label. I've never had a problem with anyone ever doing this until today. I usually just log into Amazon and send the label to them for printing, not at this store. They nickel and dime you to death. Not only did they refuse to print my label but they directed me to a computer that charges your credit card $19.98 to log on to my Amazon account. The charge is held until you're finished then it deducts a fee per minute from the $19.98. Therefore costing me $2.28 for something any other UPS Store would do for free and in a quarter of the time I wasted. Beware of this store and their tricky ways to scam you out of every penny they can get on something that should be free. I'm certain Amazon pays them a fee to help their customers without any extra burden. I plan on contacting Amazon tomorrow and complain about this store. read more

This place is great- they are located by Ninos in the publix plaza on the corner of 6 mile cypress and Daniels. The staff is very friendly and the manager is the best. They know what they are doing and are very dependable. I have a home business and they have met all my needs. I have been using them for all my business needs from scanning to mailing for the last 8 years and they have never let me down. Their prices are much better than the Pack & Ship on the other end of six miles cypress not to mention a much friendlier environment. read more

Had an excellent experience at this UPS store. I had an unusually big shipment over 90 pounds and very odd size I was concerned how they were going to wrap or ship this item. I was even more concerned since I was flying out of the area in a few hours. The staff was very helpful and sat down with me to go over shipping options, afterwards they said they would call back with exact shipping and package price. A few hours later they called back and we agreed on pricing and shipping details. 3 days later my big shipment arrived immaculately back with no damage what so ever. Since was very nervous shipping such a big item this UPS store went out of their way to make sure the job was fine right. They are a great team of professionals and I would highly recommend them for any packaging or shipping needs even the really big ones. read more
