I rarely do reviews. I just don't have the time. However, I must share that this UPS store gives the best customer service I have seen of any UPS store. I own a gift basket company so I ship a lot of items and sometimes they are unusual sizes and need extra care when packaging. When I walked in there were at least 5 people ahead of me. I was worried it was going to take forever but in reality I was in and out of there in 15 minutes-tops. This morning I had a basket that was large and oddly shaped. The owner took the time to package my item while I waited to ensure it was done the way I needed. I have been to many locations in the Denver area. This store location is a little bit further from my office and home but I will drive the extra mile to go to this location from now on just because the customer service is outstanding. The owners greeted everyone who came in, some by first name, which told me many of the people were repeat customers. Above and beyond customer service! My first time using this store, they shipped my brand new iPhone overnight (and insisted I get insurance and I'm SO GLAD I did!). When my phone got to the next location a night employee incorrectly marked it as "attempted delivery, refused" - even though it never left the warehouse! - and sent it back. I called UPS Customer Service MANY times and each time they either did not know what was going on or where my package was or tried to tell me that I refused to accept the package, when it didn't even leave the warehouse! The Foxfield Store managers were ON IT! They called UPS, as well, to sort out the situation and when my phone returned to them, immediately sent it out again overnight to me for FREE. While UPS kept giving them the run around and telling them it was their fault or my fault (when it was the night employee's fault!), they kept on UPS to get me a refund! I will be using this store to do all my shipping from now on! read more

I came to this store because it came highly recommended. I had a piece of artwork that was very fragile that I wanted to send to my grandparents across the country. Needless to say, I was very nervous about boxing it up myself and having it break on its journey. I decided to bring it into the store to see what they would recommend for packaging options. I was blown away with the service that I received from Deepa and her husband. They were able to explain to me in confidence what the best way to send my artwork would be. They packed it up very well and it made it to my grandparents safely. The cost was very reasonable considering how well the packaged it. I'm sure I would have spent $50+ more anywhere else. Now I will go out of my way to do all of my shipping with this store. Every once in a while, there is a little bit of a wait, but they move quick and it is worth standing in a small line. This is the most friendly store and always welcomed with a smile. The pricing is so reasonable as they do not overcharge or up-charge like other UPS stores do. The owners care about their customers and their packages. The pride they take in the item(s) being shipped, as if it were their own items, makes it very easy and worry-free. Having a mail box at this location makes my life so easy and I know that any delivery will be handled with care until I pick the package up. I enjoy going into the store for all my mailing, UPS overnights, shredding, labeling, printing, business cards and anything and everything that I may need. The husband and wife team, are AWESOME and make my life less stressful knowing I have them both taking care of my needs. My company and my family uses the UPS store at 16350 E Arapahoe Rd #108, Foxfield, CO 80016 run by Deepa and her husband several times a week. For shipping, mailing , copying, flyers and even a notary. They have a one stop service center for business owners. Deepa's store is open 7 days a week, yes 7 days a week and until 8 pm during the week. I think they sleep there, lol. Once on a Sunday they were closed and she came down and notarized a document for me. Deepa has a warm and charming disposition and always compliments my employees and family whenever we drop by. We've used other stores and the UPS store in Foxfield on Arapahoe road is by far the best! They can mail anything, make color copies, everything and the follow up is amazing! The owners are always very helpful and friendly. I sell used books and have been dropping of prepaid boxes for shipping over the last 4 years. Each time they make sure everything is correct and when I need boxes for shipping they always have a good supply. I have never had any problems with the packages and they have always been delivered on time. I have also mailed Priority packages and again all is perfect! I have gone to other UPS stores and felt like they only want to sell services and drop off packages are frowned on. Not at this store. Deepa the owner treats you like a friend instead of just a customer. She is very efficient and caring. Best customer service always. There have been several times when Deepa's husband has even gone out to my car and helped me carry in my boxes for mailing. This store is absolutely amazing and the people are wonderful. For many years I have been shipping very large and sometimes expensive packages overseas to my daughter. They properly packaged them for me and even with international shipments, everything arrived safe and sound. They go above and beyond to help with boxing, packaging, best shipping method and do an wonderful job with everything. One of the packages was an oversized painting that they carefully packed with adequate padding so that it was shipped without receiving any damage. Additionally, i have had them package and ship numerous items to various locations throughout the US. I will gladly drive the extra miles from my work or home just to use this store. I cannot express enough appreciation for the amazing team that runs UPS Store #6413 in Foxfield! The team, made up of several terrific individuals, runs the store very efficiently and with an obvious dedication to taking outstanding care of their customers. They all get along very well with each other and they clearly enjoy what they do. They know their customers by name and welcome each and every one with enthusiasm. I wouldn't take my business anywhere else - I love doing business with these two. This Foxfield UPS Store location receives my highest recommendation! I originally found this UPS store because they have the best hours of any of the UPS locations. What I have come to find is that they also offer the best and most friendly service. Deepa is always willing to give me shipping estimates since I send my packages after receiving payment. Once her husband even cut down the top of a box to lower the height of a package to save on shipping cost. Although a package has never been lost that she has sent, Deepa has promised that she would personally vigorously investigate any delivery issues. I have been using this store for 2 years now and even though I tell everyone about this location, I have never placed a review on Yelp. This store is very attentive and caring to the needs of my packages, faxing, copying, making labels, etc. It is like being at a full fledged office. The husband and wife that run the store are so friendly and take care of each and every customer who walks in the down with the utmost professionalism. If what you are shipping is important, fragile, unwieldy or heavy, or you just need to make sure it gets from point A to point B safely and on time, this is the ONLY shop to entrust. Packaging your treasures impeccably, triple checking addresses, insurance needs and timing - they go over and above! I've shipped crystal, Native American artifacts, 50 pound antique typewriters, framed pictures, vintage clothing, as well as the usual documents. All received white glove service! The couple works side by side managing all aspects of packing, shipping, printing, and business support. They are so dedicated to serving their customers, they are open 7 days a week. I ship packages everyday and have tried other UPS stores, FedEx, and even USPS locations, but I won't go anywhere else besides the UPS Store run by Deepa and Deepa. I went to this location last year to ship a very heavy digital piano cross-country, and was really genuinely amazed by their customer service. Deepa, the owner, is really friendly and helpful, and her husband did a fantastic packing job - he had to custom-build the shipping boxes and double-boxed the keyboard to protect it. Their quotes were accurate and so low I honestly felt bad - I offered to pay more but they insisted that was unnecessary. The piano arrived in perfect condition at my local UPS store. I would go out of my way to use this location's services again in the future and highly recommend them. Best UPS experience ever. read more

I only use The UPS Store Foxfield because of the Owners. I am always treated with prompt, professional service. I am in their store a couple times a week and no matter what my need is they accommodate me. It's so nice going in their because they genuinely do care about me and my business needs. They have gone above and beyond to help my not-so-tech savvy self! I used to use other stores but have been treated so well by them I would not go anywhere else. I just read a yelp comment and I have to say not true.... they are absolutely the most trustworthy owners/people I know. I have seen people come in the store with the Amazon box(es) for returns and a receipt is given. I believe people in this world just want to blame someone for anything.
