**Review update** Well, unfortunately my fandom has been taken down a notch (a Yelp Star really) but only because this UPS store no longer takes my QVC pre paid USPS/UPS mail innovation returns. No reasons provided just that as of mid-May, this service has stopped. So unfortunately Customers with said label will have to high tail it to the closest USPS center on Smoky Hill. Which is much further than a hop and skip away (hop, skip, run, jump and repeat). Other services still offered but probably wise to call ahead, just to be on the safe side. read more

Super fast, friendly, speedy service. I had to drop-off a package for a medical test that was free of any hassles. This store is open M-Sat. 8-6:30pm, M-F, 9-6pm Sat., closed on Sundays. Ok I have been to many ups stores and this one is the BEST one yet. You walk in and the owner I believe his name is Shane is so helpful and not greedy and by that I mean he doesn't nickel and dime you for everything such as printing a label you email to him and tape to name a few. Unfortunately every time I go either my printer ran out of ink or I have no tape so Shane is there to the rescue. To me this is a huge deal because by doing just that he got my business and he made me happy. I have been to other stores here and it's not the same service thus meaning they lost my business over a little bit of money that doesn't even really profit them. This store is the best so far! Go here if you shop a lot on amazon and have to return a lot like me;). You will thank me later!! read more

I have my packages delivered to the UPS store so that I don't experience package theft. I was very excited when I went in today to pick up my new watch from Apple. I noticed the flap on the end of the box was open, but didn't think anything of it; never had a problem before. I got my package opened at home only to find an empty watch box. I called Apple right away and they were very helpful I also went back to the UPS store. They did nothing other than saying sorry and they received the package that way. They did not offer me a customer service form or complaint form. It wasn't till I asked directly that I could get the customer service number. So disappointing that after trying to protect myself from package thieves the employees at UPS help themselves. I won't be using UPS in the future. read more

Brilliant. Just brilliant. If I could do a one word review that sums up my time spent in this store, that's it 100%. But then I wouldn't be doing them any justice. After 3 failed attempts with FedEx, on the phone and at the Quincy/Buckley store, I was just about ready to give up. But I needed to go to the supermarket anyway and UPS was right there so I thought I would give them a chance and see if they could help me. I had left a jacket in a hotel in Utah and needed it shipped back to me, I just needed a shipping label printed and emailed to the hotel. Sounds easy right? It really was at this store with the two gentlemen who served me. One was a kid in training and I'm so happy that he'll get good training at this store. Within minutes I had a shipping label. I estimated the weight and package size with their help and it was done! And it was less than $15. Not hard at all, but it was for FedEx. read more

Shane Summer, the store owner and his staff took the time to inspect the art, securely package it and work with the art broker to assure the package was properly insured and delivered to the buyer. UPS left a note on my door to notify me they would deliver my refrigerated item the next day. At the end of the next day I still didn't receive my package. On a whim I called the UPS store on Quincy. Jamaisha answered the phone and informed me the package was actually delivered there. Worried about the contents being left unrefrigerated I asked her if I could run up and get it with only 5 minutes until they closed. She gladly said she would wait for me. I've been here about 10 times now and each time, I'm utterly impressed! Like all the other comments, I'm seriously surprised myself that I'd be leaving for a review for a ups store but their customer service, generosity is unsurpassed by none! The other store on Buckley and Quincy used to charge me to tape my boxes, or I'd have to buy their tape, and they even charged me a dollar to print my shipping label from email. This is a new UPS Store, having opened in the last few months. It is clean and bright, and the service is excellent. I use UPS stores regularly, and this one is closer to me than the other store I previously used. I shipped some boxes earlier this month, and one of them was inexplicably returned. Shane (who I believe is the owner) called me today when it was returned and explained the situation. We discussed options and he ultimately re-sent the package for me (the recipient is awaiting the package, and it should not have been returned to sender). Excellent customer service when I shipped the boxes and excellent customer service when the package ended up being returned. If you need to use a UPS Store for any reason, I highly recommend this location. read more
