Great location. I've been to this one several times. Service is always great. Sometimes the line does get long and it takes awhile. Staff do a great job of trying to help customers quickly. If there was a way to provide 0 stars I would. I just wanted to ship some items to a military base for my nephews birthday and was helped by the rudest guy. Every time I've come in here he acts so bothered to help anyone get their packages sent. Today was no different went I walked in I was apparently disturbing his lunch break and it was extremely inconvenient for me to walk in. He didn't acknowledge me and when I told him I wanted to send it to a base his eyes rolled and he got even more bothered and told me it would be over 1000. I asked twice to make sure that price was correct. He said it was and I asked for a copy of the receipt. Once I took all of my items back to my car and looked at the receipt everything was for expedited shipping, which I did not request. When I went back in and asked him why he's putting it as expedited he was busy eating food again and bothered I came in. He told me it was not and then laughed at me for being upset. Y'all really need to work on customer service at this location. I was worried I'd be the only one complaining but clearly I am not. read more

I LOVE this UPS location. Service is pretty fast and I NEVER have trouble dropping off my packages here. The employees always greet you and try their best to get you in and out as quickly as possible with great customer service! They offer a ton of cool services such as cheap printing, sending emails to print, making name tags, or buying shipping materials. Plus they're open on weekends which has saved me so many times! Zero Custmer service from the awful owner. I walked in and the owner was talking on the phone she didn't even look at me and I gave her a code to scan for return shipping and and she was very rude. She told me that it's not working with hand gestures without even looking at me. I told her to try again and she ended up shipping it to my house instead of the right place. I called and asked why that happened and she was still very rude on the phone. She told me, "I cannot control anything" what kind of owner can't control her own business!! You should of checked the information first before you print the wrong label and put it on my package!!!That's ridiculous. Save your time and energy and go to a different location because you will end up receiving the shipment you want to ship out, back to your house. read more

Been using this UPS Store for our P.O. Box for almost 3 years now. Nikki, Bianca, and Julien are always very attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly every time I see them. I have gotten several documents printed here as well - we don't own a printer since we hardly ever need one. All I have to do is send the document to their store email and they print it out for me, easy peasy. I also got my passport photo renewed here. Bianca was kind enough to let me retake the photo when I felt the first shot didn't look quite right! Haha. I visit this UPS store location quite often, and even when the team is swamped or dealing with a customer who is not having the best day, I always notice that they do their best to help them. I want to bring them a big gift basket full of goodies just because they've always been so cool with us. We have never had any issues with our mail, receiving packages, returning packages, or the like. Real shame because there used to be a sweet woman who worked here who was extremely helpful and kind and made going here worth while. But I went by today to ship a package out and was helped by the rudest kid I've ever had to deal with at any ups, fedex or post office. He constantly was frustrated and annoyed with my questions, what I needed and could barely be bothered to explain my charges and gave me the biggest audible sigh of frustration when asked to cut down a box as he rolled his eyes. I even had to ask him if cutting down the box would save on cost and when he didn't know I had to ask his supervisor who confirmed. It saved me $15 but had I not asked he wouldn't have cared and shipped it as is. Absolutely awful customer service, do not go here. read more

Best UPS store around. I go between this one and one out in La Mirada! The gals at this store are super cool! They always help package my stuff the best way possible . They have this cool box cutter that literally cuts boxes down to size lol I've never seen anything like it ! Also they ladies are super friendly and it's nice to have conversations with people !! read more

NEVER AGAIN!!!! I was only in here for 2 min because I had to drop off a package. I ask the man at the counter if he could put tape on the the edges his respond was "I'll do it this time but next do it your self". Part of owning/running a business is to provide customer service if you cannot do that then you need to find another source of income. After reading other review I can expect a rude remark. If you are not going to keep up to UPS standers then you should make other customers aware of what kind of Service you provide "poor Service" Get your self customer service training so you can learn how to run a business! read more

What an awesome experience! I snuck in here on my lunch break with 4 outgoing boxes (1 return, 3 going to different addresses on the east coast un-taped.) I'm sorry I didn't catch the name of the clerk but he was an absolute all star. Very courteous and extremely fast. While he was helping my un-prepared self, he danced around helping other customers with their returns and printing center(and this is two days after Christmas so there were plenty) while keeping up with my orders. The price was great too - all 3 boxes i was shipping was less than half of what FedEx quoted me for just my largest package alone. I don't normally log into yelp to review a UPS store, but this was really a great experience and they definitely have my return business. read more

Great place to drop off UPS packages! The staff is very efficient and I rarely have had to wait more than a few minutes. They have a lot of mailing-type products available to purchase if you need a box, tape, labels, etc. I have to agree with a previous reviewer that the parking can be a bit rough, but I've been going there for quite a few years now and one of the "UPS Only" parking spaces right in front of the store has always been available. read more

I thought I was the only one who had the same experience as many have had here. It is a UPS store so really I only deal with them when I have to return books or something related. But unfortunately the customer service is really cut short often and you do get charged a VERY unreasonable price for a strand of tape. If you turn around I believe they charge like $4.00 for the entire roll but charge you 25% for two strands. Instead of replying to Yelpers with unnecessary remarks and comments, they should try and make a few minor adjustments. it's the little things. read more

Three years ago I left an honest and truthful review about these people charging me for an Amazon return. The owner was rude, discourteous and frankly a thief. Amazon doesn't charge for returns nor do they need a box. The ONLY reason I came back is because UPS delivered to this location--I had no choice. This time the staff were rude, unhelpful, and declined a simple request--which would have cost nothing. I see that the rating has gone down, which is hardly surprising. Avoid this place and go to the UPS store a few miles away in the Amerige shopping center. There you will be treated with respect and courtesy. You can tell by their rating which puts this place to shame, if the owner had a sense of shame. read more

The best UPS Store I have ever been to... would definitely recommend that you use this UPS store. The store is clean, they offer many services including passport pictures, and live scan for finger printing. It was a one stop shopping experience for us. Joe helped us and he was very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. He did our passport pictures and helped us get our renewal application sent. I also needed my live scan done and he got it all done efficiently. They just know what they are doing and it made this tedious process seamless. Thank you Joe you saved us a lot of time. He told me "we need to see what's the package" and i told him it's a dress and he waved his hand in my face telling me he doesn't want to know what's in my package. like?? what?? in response to the owners response: you are not understanding. no, i am not offended that he asked what's inside. he claimed that he did not ask me what's inside when he clearly did and proceeded to yell at me that he doesn't want to know what's inside as he waved his hands in my face. then after i apologized for the miscommunication, he continued to be rude when i tried to show him my barcode to scan for the return. you learn for yourself and then you should teach your employees manners. you don't wave your hands in a customers face and tell them that you don't care what's inside after you just asked me what's inside my package. I and my husband went to get a authorization on a notary. The lady at the counter an Asian was not welcoming at all . I feel she did it because I was an Indian . FYI I am not an Indian. While she was assisting us , white lady walked to the other counter. The person that counter wanted her to stay for the lady whom we were assisting. Asian lady kept us a side without releasing us attended to that white lady . Kept us so long while the virus is on in the office.
