Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. My husband and I have been here at least 4-5 times and have been quickly and efficiently helped each time. Please don't waste your time. Rude and unhelpful. I went into to return a package to Amazon. First he wanted to charge me 3.25 to use a computer to print the label. Then he wanted to charge me $5 for a piece of tape. He proceeded to tell me hes so unhelpful because Amazon pays him nothing. Then he tried to shame me by insinuating i was being tight with my money because by what i was wearing and what i was driving was expensive so I could afford to pay all these extra things. I have never been so insulted and treated like that as a customer at any store in my life. read more

The gentleman who runs this store has gone out of his way to help me each time I've come here. Once I had a Rent the Runway return that had to be on the truck that day or else I was going to incur a very large late fee. He walked out to the UPS guy loading the truck to let him know there was one more box that needed to be on his truck before he left. He could have very easily said I didn't make it before the cut off but chose to help me instead. Another time he had a gentleman who had no idea where his package was going, what was inside the box, etc. As the gentleman was on the phone trying to find that info out he suspended the transaction and quickly issued me a receipt for my drop off so I didn't have to wait. I have been coming here for years to do my drops offs. They have had some really Pleasant workers but after todays interaction I can't say I'll be back. Not sure what the girl's names were but I walk in and she just says how can o help you in the most unpleasant tone of voice imaginable. I'm pretty sure the female owner was there too and just allowed the girl to sit there hunched over and and not even bother to give a genuine welcome. read more

** Review is for fax service ****** Fax is not self serve so the guy at the counter has to fax it for me. From what i saw the fax is old and takes 20 pages max. The price to fax with UPS is $1.00 per page, the price to fax with Kinko's is $1.99 per page. I thought ups was a better choice because its cheaper, I should have gone to Kinko's. It Took the guy at the counter 25 minutes to fax 44 pages. To top it off I notice him looking at the info on the page. When i confronted him about it, I told him my fax has private information and he should not be trying to read details. He tried to convince me that he just knew what i was trying to fax because he caught a glimpse of my pages. That was enough for me i got my fax and left. NEVER going back again. read more

This place has terrible customer service. My wife went inside to pick up a package. They were unloading a ups truck into the place. My wife was told they didn't have time to find the package. This is a franchise location so the corporate customer service can not do anything to correct the issues this place has. read more

This ulgy store has uglier service, I am a sales person and needed to print my invoice on the road and found this store in Fullerton, went into the store and asked if they have self-service printing so that I don't have to pay additional cost which will cost me more than $3 for one copy and the clerk said: If you need self service, you don't have to come here then! I was dumb founded and quietly said, fedex office has the service for $0.19 per copy. Clerk looked at the computer screen without apologizing for ruining my day.... Wow, terrible service terrible person......UPS headquarter should know this terrible store and get rid of it. I had a livescan appointment down the street but could not get it because the plaza was shut down due to a gas leak so I ended up here where you don't need an appointment to do a livescan. Well, I'm glad I was taken on a detour because the people here are very nice and they work very hard to take care of all of their customers. I always come here to return my Amazon rental and the men that work here are super nice!! They're always welcoming you into the store and if you need a package for mailing out your book, they give you the cheapest alternative possible. They always have a smile on their faces, and customer service is number one for them. There was only one person ahead of me when there was one cashier working, and another man from the back came out to help me. The service is super quick too. I'm usually in and out of the store within 2 minutes, if not less. read more

These guys always go the extra mile for me. I actually ship furniture through them (not and easy task) they wrap it like it was their own and price everything very fair. You all took a situation that could have been a total disaster and made it VERY easy. My boss was traveling through Fullerton and needed some extremely important documents notarized but could not make any detours due to time constraints. I called ahead to this location and asked if I could email them a long list of documents, have them printed out and waiting upon her arrival, notarized after she signed them, emailed to someone and then have the hard copies overnighted. They simply said yes. All of these things were done quickly and correctly (the first time) without any complications. Thank you Joe!!!!!!! You completely saved the day. The staff here is always so friendly!!! I'm a small business owner and test out lots of products from Amazon while I build my arsenal of durable supplies, which tends to lead to a need to make plenty of returns. It's sometimes embarrassing to have to go back often, but every single staff member is so helpful and kind! I don't feel like they wonder what I'm the world I'm thinking or doing, haha. And I thought well I'm here. Then when he was charging me it was $3 more. And he said that he had to add the envelope. I stated that when he gave me the previous total that it was in his breakdown of cost. Very rude, money hungry, cheap as heck. Couldn't look up the prepaid label. Made me go and come back 2 times till I got the physical label. Then wanted to charge me 1 dollar for a strip of tape. Came in to scan one single letter size document and upload into USB. They charged almost $5.00! This place is making up their own prices and ripping people off as they go. Gives UPS a bad name. Go to Fedex/Kinkos instead; there they charge 77 cents. If I could give them a negative star I would. read more

Packages have been stolen off my front porch, so I've had to resort to shipping to alternate locations. This store is right around the corner and an obvious choice. However.....it took me almost 10 minutes to pick up my first package....couldn't find it. No worries....stuff happens. Went to pick up another package today. The clerk sat at a table writing in a ledger. After about a minute, he asked if I needed help. Said "yes. Picking up a package". He said ok and then continued to sit there and write in his ledger for over 10 minutes with no regard. After the 10 minutes was up I asked if he was open tomorrow. (Sunday) He said "No...not on Sunday". and kept writing in his ledger. I said I'll return on Monday. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen an I will never do business there again. Worst customer service I have ever received at a UPS store. The employee, Joe, was VERY rude, short, and unwilling to help. How Joe thinks that raising his voice at a customer is acceptable is absolutely beyond me. They have a contract with AT&T to return equipment, but unfortunately, Joe was unwilling to send another piece of equipment I found after the main equipment was sent. He said AT&T would not care if I returned the Wireless Gateway. I will make sure that AT&T is aware of his advice. I hope others receive better service than I did - I would suggest going to another store. This store does not deserve business. AT&T should vet the UPS stores before contracting with them. I will never use this particular UPS franchise store again. read more

This place is small but has everything you need from making copies, faxing stuff, sending letters & gifts, and even have a notary if you need to notarize something. I came here to fax some documents asap and the workers were nice & helped me fax the stuff as quickly as possible. I guess only bad thing is it's pricey! I told him that the other ups places put a single tape to secure it without charge. Then he rudely said , why dont you go for it ? It was his demeanor that really irked me. The service here is good, but not as great as others have said. I've been here twice and have been nicely greeted both times. However, I'm only giving 4 stars because the last time I went, I tried to tell the man that I received a package that wasn't addressed to me and would like him to return it to the sender, but he wouldn't do it and insisted that I handle it myself. Eventually, after asking him multiple times why he could not just send the package back, he took the package. He made the whole situation very difficult. To be fair, it might have been a language barrier issue. Overall, the two men who work here are nice, just don't tell them to do anything but ship your packages. read more

Went to this store to return two packages. One package didn't have a strong box, so I asked the old skinny clerk to put this package in a stronger box. He charged me almost $5 for a 4"x6"x8" and told me I'm all set. He gave a receipt for the box I purchased, but not for the delivery. This was the trick. I am not doing this kind of stuff often and I forgot my glasses at home, so I couldn't check the receipt either. He put my package with the box I just bought, on top of it and unfolded (of course) on a shelf in the back. He supposed to give me two more receipts. One receipt for the box I already packed by myself, and one for the second box, that he put in the back. Instead I got just one. Both boxes supposed to go to Sears store with a return label preprinted. What happened? Only one package arrived to Sears. The one I packed. I asked UPS who confirmed they never picked up my second package from that store( I had a tracking # for it). Went back to this guy in UPS store and he said that I didn't give him the second box because I don't have a second receipt. Like I don't know what I am doing. I can't sue them, because I don't have a proof of their decisiveness. The second package was some replacement parts for an old refrigerator. Value was less than $40. So value is not the big issue here. The big issue is their service and trust. Like others said: ugly store, ugly clerk and ugly service. read more
