I was looking for a place to make an Amazon return, and this location was an option. When I walked in, Ms. Samadra (I may have misspelled her name) was smiling and warmly welcomed me. She was very caring, and I could tell she truly loves her job. I mentioned that I didn't know UPS accepted Amazon returns, and she was happy to inform me that they do. The service was excellent, and I really appreciate when employees are friendly and genuinely care about their work. Their location is some what convenient. However parking isn't unless you get lucky with side street parking. Most people park illegally behind the store near the dumpsters. My first visit the guy probably in his 30s heavy set with dark cileed hair, wasn't too friendly. My next visits were better, hence 4 stars. I come here mostly to return my Amazon, Shein and Temu stuff. Why waste on printing supplies when they do it for you for free?! Just make sure your package is nicely packaged and sealed or they won't accept it. Make sure they give you a slip receipt. Their supplies are expensive when you can get the same for less at Staples. As others mentioned they are overpriced and I will only come here to handle online returns. read more

I can't believe all the negative reviews. The lady is always nice to me and smiles. The guy is pretty much quiet and expressionless, but that's OK with me as long as he does the job. It's a tiny store and stays pretty busy, so I don't expect them to be the happiest people in the world being stuck there all day. If you want your experience to go fast and cheap you should use the internet and learn so your package is ready to ship when you get there. Honestly, I wish I could rate the customers because many times low intelligence people get in line with no idea what they're doing and expect a free lesson in shipping when they get to the counter, holding up the line for everyone else looking to get their business done. Also, I think many people have gotten used to free shipping on everything and get mad when they actually learn how expensive it is to ship something. Jay was so helpful! I was returning a 20 lb package to Amazon and he make the process seamless and even stuck the label on for me (which I usually haphazardly do myself). The store is around the corner from Costal Flats and next to the Blo bar. Inside, it is well-organized and the staff is very friendly. I was also able to get an estimate on how much it would cost to ship another package I was thinking of mailing. There must be a thing about owning a UPS store. The thing: You can have a nice space with nice equipment ,but your staff as to be surly or disinterested or, ideally, BOTH. This place isn't busy, it's clean, it's expensive and the counter staff is disinterested. It's everything a UPS Store should be, expect reasonable, professional and friendly. read more

This is the best UPS store in the local area! Very clean, organized, and efficiently run by an awesome group of people. It's a small store space, but the boxes and products are laid out in a way where it doesn't feel claustrophobic. The associates are very detail driven and work hard to ensure that your packages get to their destinations safely, whether they're pre-labeled returns or things you're sending out on your own. read more

Last week they had no space for shredding papers. Today again they claim their bins are full. So far in my 4 visits to this store it has not been a good one. I do not recommend going to this store as it appears their business practice is impractical and not responsive to customers needs. read more

Never had a problem until today. The lady (owner) has always been very nice and attentive. I went to return a package today and the gentleman behind the counter insisted that I sent my item by two day air. I am paying to return an item so I am in no hurry. I wanted ground transportation which is muuuuuuch cheaper...!! I used to ship items everyday as I used to have an Amazon store. He was trying to overcharge me and I didn't appreciate it!! I will take my business elsewhere and to those that want to use this store beware of this guy!! If you can always use ground transportation is the cheapest. He wouldn't even give me the quote for that...he was giving me the two day air price and wouldn't give me the rate for ground transportation... Beware!!! read more

Wish I could give zero stars. UPS messed up on delivery and manager took no responsibility and would not pay refund even though UPS assured a refund was due, it just needed to come from the UPS Store. Recommend going to one of the other UPS stores in the area. read more

Tried to drop off my Amazon package here (which was in a box) & she made me buy another box to put it in. Just to put it into perspective- I had just dropped off the same *exact* item in the same *exact* box at kohl's and they accepted it. Woman was not helpful and couldn't give less about the fact she was ripping people off. Told me maybe kohl's was new to the process (false). And she did this to the woman before me as well as another customer in line. My advise; Just avoid this place. Use the UPS pickup or do your best to drop at Kohl's. read more

Full of Joy. I had accidentally damaged my Dre beats so i had to take them back to the apple store to get repaired. The package came to my apartment building but needed to be signed for them to deliver it properly. I have a business to run so I'm not home really to much during the day. With all that said i contacted UPS to get it delivered to my local UPS store. This store is a 2 minuets drive from my apartment. I have been coming here for several years and really liked it. Today was a really different experience. I had to come back because they had notarized a document for me in the wrong place so I needed it done over. They charged me again, which was a little disappointing, and then when I checked out there was a second charge, which turned out to be for the pen I picked up to sign with. She didn't tell me I was buying a pen, she just charged me for it. My best friend was being waited on too. She was shipping two blankets to her daughter. They charged her $8 for the box... a little rich... and then $5.62 to .... tape it shut. Again, they didn't itemize those charges to her, they just told her it was going to be thirty-something to ship and then when she looked at her receipt she saw $5.62 for "packing." We didn't compare notes until we had already left. I was furious about the $5.62 for a strip of tape, but my friend was in a hurry so we didn't go back and fight it. VERY DISAPPOINTED - have not been treated like this before. read more

The manager a young lady was unhelpful and rather unfriendly when asked questions about a package shipment.

As others have stated this store is grossly overpriced. My friend wanted to ship a medium sized painting that was roughly 2.5 lbs and was about 16x12" (canvas). She didn't request any special shipping just the ground shipping as it was being shipped to her home in Florida. The teller gave her a price of $56 to which she declined. The teller then suggests that she use the original box vice purchasing a box from UPS. Would you believe that the price then dropped to $36, which indicates that the box alone is $20? This is in my experience a huge markup for a simple box and basic shipping. Please try your local USPS if you want to get a reasonable price! read more
