The agent was very helpful with showing me how to work the kiosk. He was also courteous with answering some questions about their services. Even when it is really busy, they immediately acknowledge you when you walk in and try to help as quickly as possible. This is the only FedEx location that I will visit. Make sure you park the fedex labeled spots in the lot. If you park in the middle of the lot, you have to pay and they are always right there watching to ticket you. There are plenty of spaces right on the side. Just make sure it is one of the fedex customer parking spots.

They have plenty of shipping supplies here. They even have a drive through lane which is very nice for just dropping off packages and being on your way. The main gripe about this place is also due to its location. The cramped parking lot it shares with Starbucks. The Starbucks line will wrap around the building, making it hard to get out of parking spots and even blocking the drive-through lane for this store. It's a real pain / hassle and I wish something could be done about it, but I don't think there is anything that can be done, sadly.

I went back to ask about it, and they told me I should call customer service and file a claim myself because, even though I dropped it off there, it was not their responsibility. However, when I called UPS customer service, they told me the store should file the claim on my behalf. So I went back to the store again. Thankfully, the manager was there and was very kind and helpful. He listened to my request and asked one of the employees to take care of the rest. I waited there for almost 20-30 minutes, and the employee told me he had filed the claim and that I should call customer service in two weeks to check the status of the investigation. Yesterday, I called customer service, and they told me that no claim had ever been filed. I find this very irresponsible and frustrating. This whole experience has been disappointing, and I expected much better communication and accountability from this branch.

His vehicles are always clean and he's always on time. John's service is top notch. I had to get out of Alabama on short notice once for a 5 AM flight. They had wireless keyboards , wireless computer mouses, printer paper, etc. I was primarily looking for a second computer monitor to hook up to my laptop, since I'm use to working with the option of 3 monitors at work . I'm SPOILED!!! The sales associate, Tiffany was extremely helpful in checking inventory on computer monitors for myself and one other person. Despite there being limited quantities, I was able to get a decent monitor to use at home for now and in the future. The price was reasonable. The only downside was that the monitor did not come with a HDMI cord like I was originally led to believe.... no biggie but I was a little disappointed. Thankfully , I have access to an HDMI cord. I also bought a wireless keyboard and mouse combo set to keep at home for a good price. I was really impressed with the service I received!
