The staff is very helpful and professional. I was trying to return a beach chair to Amazon and didn't have all the the paperwork I needed for the return. The woman helping me explained what I was missing. I went home and then returned with what was needed. On my return the wait line was long but the staff person recognized me and allowed me to just drop off the paperwork needed and I was on my way. Very thankful for the kind act and professionalism shown. I had another very positive experience about a month ago. I had some china dishes packed by the store and sent to a relative in WI. If I could give this UPS drop off store a negative star I would. The woman there actually just HUNG UP on me. I dropped a package off 9 days ago, and have a RECEIPT. When I track the package, it says "label created." I called to ask where my package is and she had no idea. I said I handed you my package and I have a receipt, so where is it? She told me I could come there and go in the back and look for it. What? Horrible attitude, awful customer service and the worse part is, they could CARE LESS! DO NOT USE. A package sent to me as a gift required a signature. Without knowing what was in the package, the store refused to release the package to me. I paid UPS an additional fee to route the package to this location, only to have to drive to a UPS center across town at 7 PM, due to this locations refusal to release the package that was in their possession. read more

I just walked into the UPS store and I was not even greeted with the hello how are you instead I was greeted with the owner says that they cannot take my package because I don't have on a face mask because I'm wearing a face shield they said that they could not take my package. This is absolutely horrible customer service you couldn't even say hello how are you before going to the fact that I had on a face mask that absolutely covers the sides of my face and under my chin. Very disappointed to arrive at 6 PM tonight after being delayed by traffic and have the door literally locked in my face as I walked up to with a heavy computer box on my arms. I had a large package to ship and researched costs on line first. The UPS website quoted me $65 (amounts rounded off). This location told me it would be $144. I questioned the accuracy stating what I had read on-line. The reply was they are a "retail location" and do add a "markup." That's not a mark-up; that's robbery. I left there with my package and went to the UPS Customer Center where my package actually shipped for $54. read more

Cindy is always very friendly here. You can walk in with something you need to ship with no packaging and walk out with a tracking number and the piece of mind that they have wrap protected, and properly packaged whatever you are shipping. You can also rent post office boxes or make copies here. Been using them for years. Never had a bad experience. read more

Poor customer service. Make their own rules because they say they are a "retail store" so they don't have to have same polices as other UPS stores. Was told I can only pay cash because I could just cancel a CC payment. Strange place, go to USPS or drive the 30-45 mins to another UPS store. read more

I bought a package off amazon and they would not deliver b/c I have dogs. Our regular ups man knows what to do with the package. The new drive said we had to sign for the package. Since we would not at home during the next time of delivery, I went to MY CHOICE on the UPS website and chose to send my package to an access point to pick up my package. I searched the nearest place and this store came up. I choose this store b/c I wouldn't have to pay the additional 5 to change address delivery. So this store is a pickup and drop off store according to ups. I scheduled it to go to this store. So a couple days past and I called this store to see if they have my package. They told me they don't receive packages. I told them I had already schedule it and that they are on the ups site as an authorized access location. They didn't give not two fucks honestly. So my package arrived there twice and they turned it away twice after I had told them what was going on. I had to call ups and get it straighten out. They actually called this store and the lady said the owner don't want us receiving packages. Im very frustrated that there is lack of compassion towards people in this store after I had called and they knew about the package coming. This is not a way to gain business. I will never go to this store. Ill drive 40 miles to another place before I do. That says a lot. read more
