After making me wait, they tacked on a ridiculous $2 service fee without telling me beforehand. Charging a hidden service fee for a standard print job without disclosure is completely unprofessional. You can go next door to CVS for a .29 cent cost for a print which is way more affordable with price display. No hidden fees. read more

Worst treatment by any shipping store ever, and I'm a regular user of shipping services. I went to this UPS store because it's the only one in Gulf Breeze, FL. I had an Amazon label on my phone and they insisted on making me pay to print a label. They charged me $2.39 to print a one page label to send back a $20 item to Amazon. I've never been so poorly treated ever and would highly recommend UPS pull this franchise from this owner. And, no, we don't find amazon returns "confusing", nor was this post related to "feelings". Very familiar with dealing with amazon returns, and this review is a result of poor business decisions leading to poor customer service. Don't appreciate the condescending response any more than the lousy customer service. read more

Waiting for a very long time because 5 people were being serviced at 4 pm by one customer service person. The other customer service person appeared to be laminating something very slowly. She kept looking at more and more customers come in while she continued not to give customer service. The gentleman at the counter was pleasant and helpful but could not keep up with the rush. read more

Needed to print a school PDF and after sending it the correct email waited 30 minutes. In between assisting other customers and watching Facebook video shorts, Jim, would open an old tab to check the email but couldn't find it. The email wasn't being refreshed so there was a component of user error. When asked about how this problem could be resolved, he replied "I just don't know".... read more

I don't review places but felt compelled after multiple encounters with these *lovely* people. The first time I ever came to drop off a Amazon return package, the woman at the counter was so incredibly rude towards me, completely unwarranted rudeness and huffed and puffed at me about not having a box for my Amazon return when it clearly states no box required- just the original plastic packaging. She was slamming my package all around and seemed like she was throwing a tantrum. I was seriously baffled walking back to my car after my encounter and it nagged me the entire way home..I just figured we all have bad days though. However, after several more drop offs over time, it's THE SAME BEHAVIOR EVERY SINGLE TIME. Even from the gentleman!!!! WHY ARE THEY SO FREAKING MEAN HERE?! Basic human decency and customer service is non existent. I honestly dread having to do returns here but this location is so convenient to me :( can yall just be nice?! read more

Terrible rip off. Bad value for simple print service. They charged nearly $3.00 to print one page using the QVC code at the store. I needed one page printed which I sent to the queue, nothing out of the ordinary. My local UPS charges 16 cents to 25 cents to do the same thing any day, all day. This place wants to rip you off. read more

My favorite UPS Store (and Ive been to many)! The Owner, Jim, is always a delight to work with and has provided me with amazing service for the last year I have had my mailbox there. I highly recommend them. I have never had an issue with a package being delivered to them, and never had an issue with a package they shipped for me (even my snow tires). Its been a pleasure taking my business here, and I am sad I am moving away. read more

I was assured, several times, by the UPS staff, that my package would be delivered the following morning, by 9:00am, after paying $97.21. My package was not delivered at all the next day. When I tracked my package I was told to call by store from which I secured service. The owner, Jim, said he would call me back after reaching out to his "dedicated UPS representative" and researching my non-delivery. He did not call back. When I called again later that day, he had not done anything. He asked for a few minutes to call his "dedicated representative" and he would call back. He called back and said my time sensitive package was still at a loading dock, and had been left by the deliveryman and could not be delivered until the end of the following day due to a UPS operational error. UPS is refunding my $97.21, and I was told by Jim that although he and staff wore the UPS patch on their selves, they were a separate corporation. Jim owns the store, however, the error was not his. This "operational error" has cost me over $700.00.......Use FedX for quality service. read more

We went in to this location to use the computer, print out 22 pages, scan them in, and save to a thumb drive. The gentleman and lady working there were pleasant to us, and we had no issues at all. The cost was reasonable ($2.00 plus $.17 per page). We had no issues at all and really appreciated the convenience. Based on other reviews, we were skeptical so I even watched how they interacted with other customers...I thought they were very pleasant. I will be back for sure as I need them. read more

I would highly recommend this store to anyone. The new owners are great! They are very polite, courteous, helpful, and accommodating. The ownership changed about 6 months ago, and it has been absolutely wonderful for the store and its customers. Prior to the change I didn't want to use this store because of the former owners. If you are like me, and considered not using this location, give them another try, you will not be disappointed! The last two times I've been here the customer service has been awful. The lady just stands behind the counter with her arms crossed and stares at you. During my most recent visit, I went to print something off my phone because my printer at home isn't working. I checked the National UPS site for the cost of the paper for my location, and it said 49 cents. I showed it to the lady, and she laughed in my face and said, "glad to know what they're advertising." I had to ask THREE TIMES after that how to get the paper from my phone to a printer. Bluetooth? Wireless? Can I send it to you? How? She finally answered after another person prompted her to answer me, and said, "We charge $2 to use the computer and 17 cents per copy." How the actual hell are you going to charge me $2 to access my email for one second? Absolutely not. The total came out to $2.27. Insane. I only went through with it because I needed it immediately, but you can guarantee no one in my family will ever go there again. Even my mom has had horrible experiences with this place. The map is incorrect for this location. This UPS store is located in. Gulf Breeze Proper in the WalMart shopping center. I am not one to review businesses, but this place is terrible. The owner is very rude and has terrible customer service skills. More like customer NO Service. She deserves to be boycotted. If I treated my customers the way she does I would be homeless.
