Wow!... Just returned home from a visit to this store. I was returning a chair to Amazon, and needed to return it. I was helped by the Manager of the store Samantha Roque, who could not have been more polite, professional, and helpful. She fitted two odd shaped boxes together and helped me with the QR code return to Amazon. Thank you again Samantha! This store isn't even the closest UPS store located nearest me. I don't usually leave reviews, but this is an exception. I had two of your employees help me out and they where very noligable and patient with me , witch made me comfortable and feel comfortable. I just wanted to tell the store that Ruby and Samantha are exceptionally wonderful not just with me but with everyone that came in to the store while I was there . I needed to pack an extremely fragile item for a family member and ship the item to another state. The item was previously broken in transit so I was extremely nervous to ship this item however when I arrived to ups, the manager, Samantha took initiative and taught her staff how to repack the item. Samantha and her team added fragile stickers to the box and my family's Christmas gift arrived in tact! I couldn't be more thankful for the time and the effort to pack an item! My "go to" UPS Store for shipping, making copies, etc. This store is a little out of the way (there are other UPS Stores closer) for me, but I am a big customer service advocate and Samantha and her crew are 10/10 with respect to customer service. :) The staff at other stores I've been to give me the impression that they are being inconvenienced by my business. :( read more

incidence happened today 6/3/26 at 3:40 pm the worker asked me for a bag to put the merchandise in , when i told her i don't have any , she insisted to charge me ( $ 1.50) to ship back my amazon order which is about ( 6.40 oz) , when i knew the rules (no box ,no bag) I tried to discuss it with the staff member, she refused to listen , was rude and treated me bad and called me crazy , I did reported to the manager read more

I stopped by this UPS store with a friend visiting from Ecuador so he could send a big package. Since he doesn't speak any English, it was a struggle trying to figure out the details of the shipping, but the two awesome ladies there, Leila and Ruby were so patient, kind and helpful :)!!!! We all used a translation app and worked together and made it happen. By the end we were all laughing and making jokes, it was a good time and great customer service. i just came into this store to make copies and they charge .60 per paper while my local ups store charges .25 per paper . 46 pages cost me $28 while my local ups store would have charged $11.50. i called the owner just to let her know how much she over charges . and she says "she's the owner of the hawaiian garden location, not my local store. and they can choose the price they want to set it at." i responded and said i know you can choose the prices that's why im letting you know how much over priced your prices are . before i can finish my sentence she cut me off and said "im not the owner of that store, if you want to continue to go to that store you can..." and i just hung up on her. the point im trying to make is i know you your the owner of this store but setting your prices and almost triple the amount in a low poverty area, while the store i go to is in a better neighborhood where you think prices would be higher . and then having bad customer service on top of that . you can take criticism without being rude . let customers finish their sentence and don't cut me off with your sarcastic responses . customer service is extremely important . if your going to have extremely high prices the least you can do is have a better attitude and be kind. SAMANTHA THE OWNER here is very rude . i suggest traveling the extra 5 mins to the lincoln and valley view location where you can get better customer service and cheaper prices . read more

This is the fastest, easiest to park right in front, no lines, and actually helpful UPS Store We have been to. If you want to save time and get support from a helpful staff, this a friendly and safe space. The Manager Samantha came right over to immediately help me and was nice enough to not make me feel less than brilliant with a complex return. Instead of yelling at me for not bringing enough boxes, they sold me a more affordable sleeves and saved me money. Just try this store and feel the difference. Went in to get passport pictures for my daughter's thinking it'd be a better idea than going through the Postal Service. Maybe they would be more personable and show you the picture but no, they took a picture of my daughter twice they gave me a small discount the first time and charged me 50% the second time because I didn't like the way that it looked they picked out the worst picture , instead of allowing me to agree to the photo before they printed it . According to them no one else does it and the fact that they charged me twice was so unfair anywhere you go if you don't like something they don't charge you for it or at least they try to work with you to your liking and I'm not a mean person and would never leave a review like this, but I do not want this to happen to anyone else. It cost $15 at the Postal Service and $17 there and they say that passport pictures have to be in a specific lighting and background, and they kept doing it in a dark place that had a cabinet lock in the background so the picture that did look good they couldn't use because the lock was showing, and they couldn't crop it . Definitely not a good experience or customer service had I know this would happen I'd never had them done there. Please go elsewhere or do it yourself at home. Smh. read more

I came to this store to send something to my son in Las Vegas. Being a single mother and grandmother who cares for her special needs grandson, money is tight, but if you are a mother of adult child, you may understand what I mean when I say that it sparks something in you when your kids ask you to do something for them when they haven't needed you in a very long time for such things. It brings on a feeling of being an important part of making something happen for them. I live for this stuff! So the owner, herself, helped me at the counter to get these items sent to my son. She sold me over $40.00 worth of packaging (which was over the top, but I get that I was paying for the convenience...I was saving the day for my son and expediting the shipment!) The shipment, it's self was over $60.00 for ground transportation to Las Vegas. Again, over the top, but I am paying for a job well done and chose UPS because I believed they would do a better job than the Post Office. So here I am, over $100 to ship a box to my son and happy to spend the money knowing it will be there in the next couple of days. So I track the shipment. It shows that it is in Vegas within 24 hours! GREAT! Then my updates show that the package was undeliverable because it had an invalid name. WHAT??? I named my son, so I know the name wasn't wrong. So they ship it back to me. I mean, it was already right there and they are shipping it back? So now I have picked up the package from the UPS store and have to go spend more money to send it through the US mail. I got no refund, no apology, nothing. I'm out over $100 for the whole thing and I believe she could have put it in a smaller box and charged me a lot less. Upon calling the 800 number they gave me when I asked for a refund, the 800 number told me the store should have given me a refund. Everyone is passing the buck and nobody wants to take responsibility for this. In the future, I will get a $2.00 box from Walmart, maybe $10.00 worth of packing material, and take it to the post office to ship for around $20.00. I was seriously scammed and not happy about it! I would not recommend this store at all! read more
