Absolutely terrible experience. I came in to print a simple document and it took forever. The staff moved at a painfully slow pace, there was no sense of urgency, and I ended up waiting much longer than necessary. What should have been a quick stop turned into a frustrating waste of time. NOT RECOMMENDED! I've went in on several occasions attempting to obtain Notary. I've been told the Notarys's schedule on each occasion. Their Notary is never in when I've been told he/she would be. They don't answer the phone, the various staff members are very unprofessional, unfriendly and behave as if they don't want to be there. I've only had 1 good experience out of the three times I've tried this business. Don't ever use this UPS store for anything ever!!!!!! So I shipped a package to California to my sister with medication she needed really bad. I pick up for her and mail it because she moved to California. I used this store and now my package just says on the updates: merchandise missing package discarded. That's it I taped that box up so good the only way to get into that box was to cut it open! So I called the store and they said sorry nothing we can do we file a claim for $100 the meds in the box cost over $800. They won't look into it or do anything to help me recover my contents of the package! I got NO help from them what so ever about what I can do they just basically opened my box and stole the contents from the package and just say sorry here is a claim number it will take 14 days to process then another two weeks to get a check in the mail. I always go to the store and there's an employee that always helps me. He does it quick and happily, and I've never had a problem with him. But, today I went in there to do some Amazon returns and ship a box out. A new employee helped me, she did what she had to. The problem was the manager or whatever position Alexis was in when it was time for me to confirm that the address was correct because I was sending the package to a different state. Alexis told me to just confirm I responded with no I'm going to make sure it (the address) is correct then they decide to roll their eyes at me. This store shouldn't hire people with such rude attitudes. You are in a customer service position if you don't like it get out of the job or fix your attitude, Alexis. read more

If I could I would give them a zero. I shipped an item to New York it arrived broken. I bought additional insurance. They waited so long to request information , that the information had been thrown away by the party I shipped it to. They gave me many excuses why it took so long to respond. I made a complaint to the BBB. They did not respond. I was not asking for the full insurance, only the amount I had to send to the buyer to repair what I sent. read more

AWESOME!!!! I use the UPS store located at 505 E Windmill Lane, LV, NV 89123 for all of my shipping, postage, Amazon returns and notary services. Every time I enter this branch of UPS, I am greeted by a very kind and sweet young lady whose name is Gisselle. I have used other UPS locations and have been treated very poorly by the management for unknown reasons. Specifically, I wrote a negative review [on Google] relating to the UPS on Blue Diamond Rd. because I was treated so badly! And, it was the Manager that gave me inferior service and treated me disrespectfully at that location on Blue Diamond Rd. He disseminated a very negative a hostile energy to me. After that negative experience, I began to use the UPS store where Gisselle works. She has such a GREAT positive energy and makes my UPS experience a "beyond the best" experience EVERY time! The UPS on Blue Diamond Rd could really learn a lot from Gisselle. She is a professional and a has wonderful positive energy with a great smile. They had a good run until a few months ago. I've had my mail delivered here for over 6 years, and everything was fine until they got rid of the good employees and brought in teenage boys. Now my mail is never on time, they always have to search for my packages, and it is the most unprofessional environment I've dealt with. When my box is up in 6 months, I will not be renewing it. Not to mention, they doubled the price of the box (either that or the teenage boy just threw a number at me). Over $300 for 1 year, when I used to pay right around $200. USPS here I come. read more

Going in about 2 days before Christmas, I planned ahead to go in super early. Had to drop off my defective iPhone that was replaced by T-Mobile. There was only 1 other patron ahead of me, and the rep was beside him in front of the check-out counter. Thought that was quite personable. What I found extremely impressive was that she didn't seem like she was a native Spanish speaker because she was mixing English within her interaction, but she was doing her best to help the patron out. Now that is someone I would call intelligent with more than good customer service skills.
