We wasted our time going there and, right before a long weekend and lost momentum on a very time sensitive issue - a nearly $10K mix up in taxes... Had they stated online that they close any earlier, be it 7:30 to 7:45, we would have gone to another location and got things done. After a couple minutes it was obvious the counter employees had no sense of urgency to be productive and keep the line moving. Then after five minutes a female Asian employee at far end of counter near the entrance doors waved the customer group at the end of the line to come to her for service. And enough said! This is a horrible post office for expecting reasonable customer service. Poor customer service is tolerated and practiced!
