There's nothing wrong with getting off early, 7:30 even, just display so and stick to what you put out on your website.. We wasted our time going there and, right before a long weekend and lost momentum on a very time sensitive issue - a nearly $10K mix up in taxes... Had they stated online that they close any earlier, be it 7:30 to 7:45, we would have gone to another location and got things done. Overall it was an excellent experience- really impressive performance really. I've previous top- notch experience with C&F so my expectations were already high. Yet to say they super exceeded my expectations this time would still be an understatement. The pickup crew was professional which instilled confidence. Communication on shipment status was good. Their advice on how to prepare, ship, and insure was valuable.......overall, just as you'd expect from a quality organization. There was a delivery issue- not C&F's fault- yet they stepped up to take care of it. Wow! This was a big deal as it demonstrated how committed C&F was to customer satisfaction. Incredible really. Even Dave L. called afterwards to check on my satisfaction. Wow! As for value....... The quoted price was accurate, and they waaay over delivered IMO. Just outside the main service area is a self-mailing area that has P.O. boxes, materials, and a self-mailing kiosk.   That's not different from most post offices but I found this place to be spacious. You won't feel like you are rubbing elbows with someone if you're filling out postage forms. They had ample amount of priority mailing materials including labels, envelopes, and boxes. So it was well stocked.   The main area is much smaller and separated from the larger area with double swinging doors. I can imagine this area would not accommodate a long line. Luckily, we didn't have that problem. There were 2 lines open, 1 person just receiving packages, and 1 person actually assisting those in line. So 4 employees total. I don't know if this is how they normally do business but I hope it is. This was so helpful and made the line move very fast. I think all post offices should operate like this. I will be returning for my mailing needs.

I went to drop it off and realized that, for some reason, i didnt get a return QR code that would allow the staff print a label. I was told that id have to email it to them (easy enough) and then the other shoe dropped - "it will cost $2.95 to print it off" The shocked look on my face must have said to the guy "wait what?" and he repeated the cost. I walked out. So i know its a franchise and i know they probably dont make anything off shipping my return back for all of their hard work (print the label, put the item in a plastic bag that amazon probably supplies them and print and slap the label on and put it in a bin. Doing the math... $2.95 for 3 minutes of work comes out to $59/hr but geeeze. If youre gonna have an agreement and be an end point for Amazon dont take it out on your customer. If i drove home (2miles, printed the label) and drove back for a total of 4 miles, at 20/miles per gallon would only be about a buck 25 at $5/gallon. So here's a customer service adage for ya... have a good experience tell 10 folks.. have a bad experience tell everyone. It could and should have been handled better
