TL;DR: If you want a thorough home inspection, these are the guys you want We had the pleasure of working with Eric and Tony. They made the whole home inspection process go so smoothly. First off, they were early to the appointment, which, to me, is always a plus! They started by observing the outside. And noting every little thing they could see. Things that normal people wouldn't even notice or realize was incorrect. Then we proceeded to the inside of the home. At the beginning Eric and Tony did certain things on different levels of the home, so that the process was more efficient. We got the Premium inspection, which included the infrared readings to see if there were any leaks in the pipes within the walls. They went through each level thoroughly and checked every faucet for leaks, water temp, home temp, kitchen appliances, lighting, electrical wiring, HVAC, furnace, water heater, flooring, caulking/grout needs, attic space, washer and dryer, and windows. (I'm probably missing a bunch but you get it). They took picture associated with all their findings. The whole process took about 3 hours. Throughout the whole process, they would explain what they were looking at, why it was wrong/unsafe, and their recommendation on how to fix and/or notifying us to have a budget for any updates we would need to do. Eric sent me an electronic written comprehensive report with all the findings and pictures right next to them, and recommendations. They were so incredibly friendly and informative! You can really tell that they take pride in their work. They made the 3 hours go by very quickly! I would use Eric and Tony again in a heartbeat! read more

Tony Huggins performed my home inspection and he did an impeccable job. Tony arrived early and began surveying the outside of the home. He then came inside, informed me of any major issues on the outside and updated me on how he would proceed on the interior of the home. Tony started upstairs and efficiently and meticulously moved through the home. He checked every window, faucet, outlet, appliance, smoke detector, etc... He used a sensor to check for any potential leaks behind walls and also used a 360 camera to take images of each space. Tony took pictures of each "problem" and communicated if it was a major/life threatening issue, or a lesser problem. He also communicated how it could be repaired and also, the damage it could cause if left untreated. Along the way, Tony made sure to ask if I had any questions and was more than happy to answer them. The whole inspection took about 3.5 hours. The next day, I received the inspection report, the floor plan, and the 360 Interactive Virtual Tour. Tony was clearly knowledgeable; he was friendly and funny but made it clear he was serious about the job he was there to do.
