The USPS is not visible from Pines Blvd and is at the far back of the plaza with limited close parking. The interior was spacious and busy but waited only 5-10 minutes. This specific package was important to ship out today. The postal service officer scanned my package and circled the tracking number on my receipt. She asked me to apply her performance rating on the digital screen with a choice of three faces - frown, dull and smiley. I told her to please smile and after she did I tapped a green smile face and left. It was simple but if possible, I prefer local UPS Store drop off locations.

Other customers began arriving as well. 10 AM rolled around, 10:05, 10:10.... finally at 10:15 AM i left. Store was still closed with no one inside. Additionally, last year I had a very concerning experience after shipping a package from this UPS Store. The day I mailed my item, I brought it in using my own box and asked if they had bubble wrap or any packing materials to better secure it. The associate told me they did not have any shipping supplies available, but he looked around the store and found some paper we could use to fill the empty space inside the box. The package was securely packed IN THE STORE and the associate printed and applied the shipping label while I was standing there. This was a BOSE product that we were sending back for repairs. Unfortunately, somewhere between the store and its destination, the original shipping label appears to have been removed or tampered with and attached to a completely different box. We received an email from BOSE months later with pictures of a completely different box and a "snow machine." This was NOT what we mailed out of this UPS location. I contacted UPS and an investigation was opened but no one ever reached out for remedy or an explanation. Based on their recommendation, I also reached out to the store management which never returned my multiple calls or messages left at the store. While I don't know exactly where the mix-up occurred, this was an incredibly stressful experience involving a valuable shipment where the item was clearly stolen. This experience left me feeling extremely uneasy with this location. While its the most convenient for me, I no longer trust them with valuables and do NOT recommend packing anything at the store where the employee can "see" what's being sent back.

I'm thinking about getting a mailbox here because it's secure and in a convenient location. The price is lower than most places too. The only downfall would be the parking during peak hours. I'm stopped in here many times over the years and the staff always take good care of me every time. They treat packages with special care and everything I've sent has arrived in great condition.

I asked was there anything else I needed to do after they took it, the people working replied "no". I then received notifications from AT&T that they had not received the device for weeks after that. I returned to the store on 6/30 to speak to someone in person and they said well if you brought it here then it will make it there because they have to wait a couple of weeks before sending it out. I have her the number of the barcode of the device. She went to the back to check if it was there and said that it wasn't. I asked her if there was any way to track where the device was, she replied no. I asked her how do they notify AT&T to let them know it has been returned to the store, she did not respond. Instead she asked me if I kept my receipt. I have now been charged $150, thanks to these people not doing their job and In the process blamed me for not having a receipt.

I moved quickly into my car for safety but she followed me and she banged on my glass screaming at me "what is wrong with you white people" They Karenized me gaslighting the situation when they were being aggressive. When I ducked into their store to ask them to please get their delivery people off of me they told me I had to leave that it was "too loud" instead one of them went outside to chat with the Amazon worker and smiled as he left the store to talk to her I felt threatened so instead I called 911 as the Amazon worker was outside the shop not letting me leave. I will never set foot in this place again. They work with bullies and thugs. Meanwhile I was late to work and the cops did nothing either. Never set foot in this bizarre palace again - and I escalated the situation to Amazon, because this shop did nothing to palliate that the drivers that work with them bully their customers and they don't care that they block traffic for their purposes

It took two times to get them all processed. Both times, I dealt with a different young woman. They were both professional, informative, looked me in the eyes, and made me feel good about the experience. There are a lot of indifferent young people in the workplace now who cause nothing but grief when dealt with. But these two young women had a beautiful, old-fashioned work ethic. It was nice, indeed.
