I work with customers all day for the last 30 years and I know for a fact that this isn't how you treat your customers. Especially with all the competition out there. This isn't based on one interaction it's been multiple visits, and the energy is always the same: rude, dismissive, and unnecessarily demanding. On one occasion, I brought three Amazon returns inside a single box just to carry them. None of the items required packaging, but she immediately assumed there was only one item inside and kept repeating, "Put it back in the box." I politely explained that I had more items to remove, and that she could use the box if needed. Instead of listening, she continued to demand, "PUT IT BACK IN," in a tone that was completely uncalled for. Today was no better. I walked in to an empty store no greeting, no acknowledgment. She didn't address me until I said "hi," and even then, she ignored me for another minute. When I finally said I was there to return an Amazon package, she replied with, "I'll be with you in a moment," despite the store being completely empty. Her attitude is consistently rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. Customer service should never feel hostile, especially when the store isn't busy. Unfortunately, experiences like this are the norm here, not the exception.
