Sent my UPS packages from Vegas to this UPS store and they charged me $60 to pick up my 2 packages. Do not come here.

Honestly if I could give this place 0 stars I would. The workers are the rudest people I've ever met. Argue with customers over masks constantly and get mad that you're not standing in the correct spot while waiting when I'm clearly standing on the designated markings on the floor. The ladies have an attitude almost every time I go into the store which makes me not want to come back. read more

Rude. I took an Amazon return in but a young man scanned it then told me I needed to package it up. I pointed out that it was packaged up (in a clear plastic bag) the exact same way it arrived to me via UPS. Some female behind the desk rudely asked me where the package label was then, implying that I was lying. I told her I removed it per Amazon's instructions and she told me that there would be residue. It was a plastic bag and the label pulled off cleanly. You lost a repeat customer because that girl was so rude and there's absolutely no reason treat your customers that way. read more

Returning an item from Amazon. The queue went quickly service was fast and friendly. They have parking which on 19th ST is rare. The emphasis seems to be service which is very fast but not curt, but friendly and excellent. read more

The person that allegedly helped me wanted to argue with me regarding if I had dropped off at that location before due to me asking for a cheaper options to ship ground. She said that I absolutely had not shipped at her location at the price I told her I had--which I have a receipt for! She was beyond disrespectful and had the worst attitude. read more

Worst customer service ever. They refused to release my package because my ID didnt have the delivery address on it, yet the name matched (I just moved) . I verbally provided the delivery address as well as a full description of the item and they still refused to release the package. They were unwilling to work through this issue and then called the police to have me removed from the store. Go somewhere else. read more

I suggest you go elsewhere for your shipping. I needed to print a label to ship a package. To do that, you have to swipe your credit card first. Not only do you have to pay per page, which is expected, you also get charged for the time you spend trying to print. Non of their printing apps worked & when I asked for my money back, they refused & also refused to print my label themselves. Unbelievably poor customer service. I will never return to this location. read more

Just wanted to thank the ladies at this UPS store. Had an urgent print job and they were able to queue it up for me right away instead of waiting the typical 24hrs. I really appreciate the customer service! Have also used them a few times to return Amazon products and they're always very prompt in handling my returns. read more

This location has the lousiest customer service. They are very indifferent. I needed some papers notarized. I had to wait in a long line where there are signs everywhere about their notary services. Then, I was told their Notary was not working that day (Thursday(. He would be in the next day (Friday) from Noon-5:00. I showed up at 2:45 on Friday where I was informed, after standing in line again, that the Notary was "on a break". And, of course, there was no apology to accompany the statement or any indication of how long the break would last. Unbelievable. Other UPS Stores do not work like this. So, go to another location, if you can! And do not plan to use their Notary services unless you have a lot of time to waste. read more

So convenient and easy. We use this store for shipping, packaging, shredding, printing and copying. They are always helpful and courteous.

This place is a bit of a disaster. There are very few places that I actually dread going, but this is one of them. The staff is rude and only sometimes helpful. The lines are long and slow. They don't have much of a process if you only need to drop off a package - either requiring you to wait in line or just throw it into a random pile in the corner. Overall, just a poorly run place. I came here to return my amazon packages. I had the print label ready to be sent to their fax, but this lady pointed to the printer and skipped my turn!! She had such an attitude and once I completed printed out my form, she was walking around and eating. I was waiting for her to eat???? Worst store ever. I went in to drop off a package -not wearing a mask as the mask order has been lifted. A Hispanic woman ran from the back screaming at me to put a mask on-I told her I don't have to as the order lifted-said I was dropping off my packages and left. Evidently, She took my packages And created new labels and sent them to my old address that was in my UPS account. Now these packages have been lost and not delivered to where they need to be. She had no right at all to change the labels, this is against the law and I have filed a formal complaint read more

I have been using this location for both incoming and outgoing package service for several years, and get great service (I have a box here). Many of the negative reviews are whining about their mask policy. I always wear a mask inside the store, as everyone should, out of care and respect for the employees. U I was just in this store to mail some broken sunglasses in for repair. The young woman sales associate was very rude. She randomly rung me up for a total of $16 to ship a tiny sunglasses box to Illinois. When I asked why the price was so much, she said it was because of he packaging and bubble wrap she would use to box them. I old her they were already broken and she rudely said "I Know". I told her that I just need a bubble wrapped envelope to mail them in. She was nothing but rude from this point on not making any eye contact or saying thank you for coming in. I Would give this transaction a 1 star review but I don't want one employees awful attitude to affect this organization. I want to bring her a copy of the book "Legendary Service" to read. Update: I tried this location again today. Same awful customer service from the same woman behind the counter. This time needed to mail a certified letter and she only offered me a $10 option. I don't normally take time to write a review, I'm not writing the review about this UPS store, It's not there fault, I'm taking the time to write a review about the last 3 items I sold on eBay, That I shipped with UPS, Each shipment got damaged, At first I thought buyers were bsing to get the item for free, until the latest shipment, of a painting in a glass frame, that showed during tracking that it was damaged & being returned to me, That's when I realized , It wasn't the buyer's trying to get a free item, It was a normal pattern from the shipper, Of course they offer insurance to cover item & shipping, IF THERE INSPECTORS BELIEVE IT IS THERE FAULT, Same as buying aftermarket warranty on your car, They always deny, They sent a letter claiming the box didn't have the recommended 55lb per sq inch rating, I paid $10 at uphaul for a large box designed to ship a picture & frame with glass, also paid $7 for the Styrofoam corners to protect the frame, They don't even want to pay me the shipping back for destroying the item, much less total value, I spent $17 o n special shipping box along with $45 with UPS, They haven't returned the the expensive artwork to me yet, Maybe they are keeping it for training proposes, Problem is I don't think this was a driver mistake, This is the 3rd item in a row damaged using UPS, I think they haven't updated there distribution centers, They will throw fragile glass items on the same belt with an engine block, & send em to the trucks, They claim they have a free insurance plan to cover, It's just like the bs extended warranty plan you fall for the car, they always deny, I always thought FedEx would be the first to fall from Amazon Delivery, I see now it will be UPS. If at all possible, avoid shipping anything from this UPS store. The employees are not helpful in the slightest. They don't have access to email (what company doesn't have access to email?) so you have to bring your shipping label on a flash drive for them to print out. FedEx, on the other hand, will just scan the barcode off your phone. read more

This place was horrible. It was last Friday before Christmas. I had gifts to send to my daughter and grandchildren. Paid very high rate to guarantee shipment before Christmas. Lady behind counter was obviously interviewing for the USPS job where she would be rewarded with civil service tenure treating humanity with contempt. We answered her questions, paid and left after she bagged the shipment. Everything arrived on time....except the bracelet we wanted to go to our granddaughter. Called the store, they had it. Problem was they blamed us for it and would only ship it ground. Telling us we caused this twice. We picked it up. They never even said sorry or kiss our butts. Just handed it over. Shaking our heads we drove to FedEx on Washington. Should have gone there to begin. read more

Great store. Always busy, but the line moves very quickly because the employees are so efficient. They are very good about helping out with shipping solutions and make sure you get what you need to get your packages to the right destination. They don't print out labels for return packages here like the other ups stores. They instruct you to either log into your account for the return label and print it out yourself. Personally I don't log into any unknown computer with my information and they wouldn't accommodate by printing it behind the counter like every other UPS store. Putting this task back in the customer isn't competitive or showing good customer service. I ended up having to leave and go somewhere that could accommodate. read more

Very professional and helpful staff! I had two problems with shipping out some documents, neither of which were their fault, and they went out of their way to assist. First I sent some documents overnight to Austin, but soon after I left the store I realized in a panic I forgot to sign them. Called and explained the situation, and they pulled the envelope so it wouldn't go out until I returned to open it, sign the docs, and reseal. And when I got there they were very sweet about it, despite my boneheadedness causing them extra work. Then UPS did not deliver the envelope as scheduled, and the tracking website was no help. Called the store, and the manager managed to track down that the package had been left behind at a transit facility in San Antonio. Since it was not delivered in time, she refunded the money I paid for the delivery out of the store's account, because she said waiting for UPS to issue the refund might cause a substantial delay. The package ended up arriving one day late, but that was on UPS, not this store. Quite happy with their customer service all around. read more
