The only reason I'm not giving five stars is because the price of printing was recently raised to more than double per page, which honestly isn't great for business. This UPS store is dishonest and running a racket. If you bring a package to return, in the exact box it came in, they will search your box for tears and claim that it can't be used to return the item. They'll say the only option is to pay them for a bag or extra tape. Completely unacceptable, predatory service. People who live on the east side of Houston are forced to put up with it because there are no other UPS locations around. I'd rather throw my return in the trash than give them my money. read more

Yes, there were some who were quick to get rid of those precautions it are now questioning. thewe place and now as a city wer'erle questioning whether we had opened too quickly. That is because the Covid-19 numbers are increasing. The few stores that I have been in since the beginning of the pandemic are still offering protection for those people who need it. I also suffer from four auto-immune diseases and really rely on the company to keep me safe. I went to the this UPS location to mail 2 packages; each to a different location. The entire time that I was in the store a young lady, an employee was playing a comedy show on her phone, volume turned up well enough so that the entire store could hear. I was able to send one of the packages (within the US), but then asked to send a package to Canada and they couldn't do it??!! They couldn't do it because the person who could do it wasn't in the store at that time??!! What? Anyways, whoever runs this store needs to replace the children who work there with adults that want to run it like a proper business. Not bubblegum chewing, movie watching kids not willing to do their jobs... and be disruptive. read more

Came here to drop off some Amazon packages (yes, I'm an Amazon addict) and was a bit taken aback by the state of the store. There were packages everywhere, it was in complete disarray and my first thought was "will my package get lost in here?". However, as most of the reviewers have said, the young lady who was managing the store was extremely professional and polite. She took her time with each customer and never made anyone feel rushed. She seemed very capable and is the saving grace of this store. My packages arrived at their destination, so my fears were unfounded. There was a bit of a wait because she was the only person at the store and took her time with each customer, so my drop-off process which usually takes about 3 minutes, took about 8. All-in-all, not a bad store for last minute shipping and pick-up needs. read more

Horrible management. If you want to be judged off the way you look as a customer this is the place for you. Manager will judge whoever walks in and if he doesn't like your smell or the way you look he will force another worker to service you even if they are already busy. Most of the time makes up new rules or policies just so the customer can leave or so they won't be able to argue with him absolutely what's right. The place has roaches. He makes up prices off the top of his head. And is also very rude to certain employees (ones he doesn't like) and even tells them to take their breaks outside (including pregnant women) as if they are animals. The young lady behind the counter was very pleasant making the experience very good. I went in to have a document notarized at this location. I followed the Notary's direction on striking through a part of the form I had and unfortunately my form was rejected because of his incorrect information. I returned today after finding out my form had been rejected to have them redo the form at their cost since it wasn't my mistake that caused my document to be rejected. They refused and said I had to pay again for the notary. The fee isn't extensive however, it's the principle for me having to redo this form again at my cost. I would highly suggest you going to a different business for notary services since they have no idea what they are doing and will only cause you more of a hassle. read more

Went to drop off a iPhone at ups to send it to Apple they said it was going to be picked up that very day IT WASNT!! It was shipped off a week later and when they receive the phone they said it was water damage WHICH IT WAS NOT!! I was sending it in for screen repair not water damage!!! of all referrals, this one came by way of the public library, because they (ups store) provide notary services! i was pleasantly surprised by the very "warm greeting" as i entered this ups store, from the owner hugh putman, and his partner, "steve"and i was able to meet "bianca" at a return trip to the store, they help you with "everything you may need" along with suggestions that may even "save you some money" "all" of the staff are professional, courtesy, and their "customer service" ranks off the charts!, i made myself right at home on a little small table that's situated in the left hand corner as you enter the store, and i was able to get all projects accomplished! the atmosphere is one of an old small town post office/ice cream parlor, the customers you meet there are even "friendly" i've given you the pros!, now the only cons! is the parking can be a challenge because this strip mall is very small, but! you'll be able to get what you need taken care of.! hope this "helps someone" betty a.12/28/2018 read more
