Besides being right around the corner and always willing to come by when I have a problem, they always give me and my company fast, accurate, personal service. We ship by pallet several times a month, and WWEX has an automated system on the web that I can go to and fill in all the details. The bills of lading come immediately to my computer, and they always have a quote back to me in minutes.     Thursday, October 23, 2025, I went to the drive thru to drop off a package at Mail Pro in Owens…read moreCross Roads. I waited for about 5 minutes and no one came out. A pickup truck had pulled up behind me and he finally got out of his truck and went into the store and drove off a few minutes later. When I arrived no vehicles were parked in front of the store. I finally got out of my car and went inside where 3 employees were working the counter. People that had arrived after I had were being taken care of. I asked why no one was responding to drive thru. I was told they were too busy and they were not responding to drive thru. I said I had arrived there before some being taken care of in the store. They did not care. I said it doesn't take long to take a prepaid package. They still didn't care. I tossed my package on the counter by the manager but forgot to wait for the package to be scanned in. I have dropped off pre paid packages before and had no problem with it being shipped. I was upset at how I was being treated and disrespected. It appears this package is now lost and they can care less. I know I should have waited for a receipt, but my package was right next to the store manager. As far as I know it is still illegal to mishandle mail. I believe they should discontinue the drive thru if they cannot handle it. Adam, the owner, never responded to my request for telephone call to discuss the situation. I had left my number at the store he also owns that is next door to Mail pro.
