The order was a big one and--thanks to the UPS website being totally incompetent--it was only quoted it as a 6 hour job (it should have been a day or two). The store managed to get it done within an hour or so, despite it being a total pain in the butt, and I was pleased with the results. The manager seemed a bit exasperated with me (I get it), which was kind of a bummer. Other staff, however, were very nice. A pickup truck had pulled up behind me and he finally got out of his truck and went into the store and drove off a few minutes later. When I arrived no vehicles were parked in front of the store. I finally got out of my car and went inside where 3 employees were working the counter. People that had arrived after I had were being taken care of. I asked why no one was responding to drive thru. I was told they were too busy and they were not responding to drive thru. I said I had arrived there before some being taken care of in the store. They did not care. I said it doesn't take long to take a prepaid package. They still didn't care. I tossed my package on the counter by the manager but forgot to wait for the package to be scanned in. I have dropped off pre paid packages before and had no problem with it being shipped. I was upset at how I was being treated and disrespected. It appears this package is now lost and they can care less. I know I should have waited for a receipt, but my package was right next to the store manager. As far as I know it is still illegal to mishandle mail. I believe they should discontinue the drive thru if they cannot handle it. Adam, the owner, never responded to my request for telephone call to discuss the situation. I had left my number at the store he also owns that is next door to Mail pro.
