I have been going to the Jackson Heights UPS store for years and have always gotten amazing service. There is a young man who has been there the whole time who is always polite, efficient and accommodating. I don't who these negative reviews refer to but the main employee there is always wonderful and makes this shipping chore easy and pleasant. read more

No one ever picks up the phone here which is frustrating considering that they provide shipping services that may not be available online.

I knew I was just going to make it a few minutes before the closing time to drop off a box that had just come in with an item that was incorrect and I wouldn't be able to take it to return until the following Saturday. I rushed over there arriving a few minutes before 6 PM. There were three customers in line outside the store as no line is currently allowed inside. There were two different employees helping customers with packages at the counter. Normally, arriving before the store closed, I would assume they would serve me. But after waiting a few minutes the customer before me said that they had told her she was told she was the last person to be served and maybe I should ask. I went inside and checked and indeed I had to carry my large box all the way back to my apartment. I'm not even sure if my return will now be allowed because of the length of time before I can return next Sat. This is just unbelievably bad customer service. Especially irks me as I have been a regular customer for years, spending plenty of money there. But mainly, simply that I had arrived before their closing time. I love this store! The customer service is impeccable ALWAYS. There was one time where I was picking up a package that I wanted to try on before I left the store. The cashier let me use the store bathroom to try on the garment so that I could decide whether or not to ship the item back or to keep it. I'm extremely grateful to have this store in such close proximity to where I live. read more

The store locks its doors before closing time and won't let you drop off packages. This might be fine for a retail location, but a shipping store needs to stay open until the advertised closing time in order to be useful for dropping off packages. I even called ahead to confirm what time they close, but the doors were locked 10 minutes early. read more

People, measure your expectations. Printing, internet, and tape aren't free. If you have your own printer and tape, dropping off your Amazon return is free. (Duh!) This UPS store isn't fancy but it gets the job done. I've always had friendly service when I've gone. (Granted I get to go at off peak hours like 10-1pm.) If you need to print, ship, or return an Amazon package, this store has what you need. read more

Didn't wrap my package while I was there so I guess ill find out when my brother receives it if it survives and if i overpaid because they made me pay based on a hypothetical weight... pay and print for your shipping though ups.com. the shops quotes are no where near the website quotes and they'll end up charging you more than you should be charged. They'll upcharge you based on packaging that, well, they wait for you to leave before they can provide you with an accurate quote. So why did I continue with this shop, god damn polar vortex. read more

i stopped by today to drop off a return package and they print out the label for you.they were 2 hispanic staff behind the desk and a usps worker standing by the desk. however, today since their internet was down and they could not print out a label, i was getting to ready to leave when and i heard the usps person say why don't you guys close and leave if you can't print label and to that the staff near to the usps officer said the owner is chino and for them god is money. This happened while i getting ready to leave i think they did not know that i was asian due to glasses being foggy and i was wearing a mask. i left the store took few steps away from the store, however it did not sit right with me so i came back to the store and told that staff that he was being racist for say that owner is chino and for them money is god then why are you working looks like he also need money so for him money is not god. he should be thankful that he has a job while a lot of people are looking for a job during this hard time. read more

I dropped my package to this store on 3 weeks ago. after 3 week its still display location of package is same store. When i was trying to call on store number. No one answer my call. Tried 3 time but nobody pick my call. Then thought to call to UPS customer service and they said we are not responsible of your package and store is not under us. The service here is suck, never experienced it before and never go here again! If there is lower score I can judge, I prefer give them no star seriously! I return different items to Amazon for several times no matter in Ohio or in NYC. I never thought it's free if I used your printer. And it's three dollar for two paper. I don't care money at all. I dropped off a time sensitive letter Next Day Air Early AM at 10AM Weds, They never gave it to UPS it is now 3:30PM Thursday. I've been calling for an hour and nobody will answer the phone. UPS is of no help they just say it's a franchise you'll have to talk to the store. This may be the last time I use a UPS store period. read more

They forced me to pay $35 for packing only to put some bubble wrap in the box I originally packed in. BEWARE!!!

B&W self service copying costs twice as much here as the going rate. Obviously the owner has either failed to do pricing research, or simply doesn't want to serve basic copying needs. (Which seems a little strange since the in-store signage has a lot of information about printing needs, and a business that serves the basic copying needs of a business is far more likely to get bigger print jobs than one that doesn't) Staples on 93rd & Roosevelt costs 12 cents a page. It's worth walking the extra blocks. You can even print from Dropbox or Google Drive there. Vitalscript pharmacy on 37th Avenue (I believe between 84th & 83rd St., in the ground floor of The Georgian building) charges 5 cents a copy - no collating or staples, but sometimes you don't need that. UPS store in Sunnyside (46th St. & Queens Blvd.) is 15 cents a page. It used to be 15 cents a page here, but they jumped up to 25 cents a page some time over the winter. Additionally, this location doesn't include any of the standard services that comes with businesses offering self-service copies: USB drive, computer, etc. This is pretty low-tech expectations today, but you won't find that at this location. The prices here are more in line with what an internet cafe, international calling business, etc. might charge to make a copy of a document or print a web page or two, not what a business that actually wants medium to high volume B&W self-service customers would actually charge. read more

I ordered something online and the shipping co was UPS on July 1 UPS said 3- 5 day delivery for $10.Then UPS tells me the that there first starts on july 5 if it was purchased by you on July 1.That means that there 3 -5 day delivery starts 5 days after your purchase.I swear Ups is the worst. I could of walked and got the my own package faster. read more
