This is the closest UPS Store to me. After walking 2 miles to return a package I had to wait 30 min a day there was nowhere to sit down. Many other locations have seats. The WiFi here did not work. I was trying to mail a package with a QR code. I was told that I had to print it out for $6. I tried emailing it to them multiple times and the cashier complained and was rude. Blaming my phone for the problem. It was a terrible experience. Do not come here. read more

This UPS located at 1650-302 Margaret Street charges a fee - for a FREE return on Amazon packages. They require a so-called $3 "printing fee''. I had never heard of such a thing, and when I called to complain to UPS they hadn't either. This leads me to believe that this location is into some sort of scam. I would not use this UPS store and I can't imagine why it still remains open. Surely this must be a violation of their franchise agreement? The good news is that I went to The UPS store located on Dunn and the staff was lovely. I made a free Amazon return there also and guess what it really was free, no additional imaginary fees. Perhaps the Margaret Street store asked me for extra when they learned that I was a tourist? Amazon operating procedures are the same all over, except at this place. read more

We use this location regularly for shipping out products. Most of the time we pay and print from home so we mainly just do drop-off here. It offers a lot of services, it's clean and the staff here is helpful. The last pick-up time is 6:30pm from what the girl at the counter told me. This seems to be a busy location since it is located in the heart of Riverside and the Publix shopping area. Overall, parking can be difficult during certain hours, but luckily, I know all the secret parking places. Glad to have this location as an option. read more

My spouse was recently a patron at this store because her lawyers had drafted some legal documents that needed to be signed and notarized. This store refused to notarized er signature- which is well within the notary's right- but their refusal was on apparently on the grounds that they felt uncomfortable with the fact that the documents were "legal documents". I don't know about you but it seems like legal documents are the main types of documents that need a notary. Furthermore, a lady named Nancy (I'm assuming the Nancy is the owner or manager of this location) proceeded to ask what my wife felt were pretty invasive questions regarding the legal paperwork my wife was provided. This essentially forced my wife to recount personal details regarding a sensitive subject out loud to a room full of strangers. Again, Nancy may very well be within her right to refuse the notary service if Nancy chooses to do so ***but Nancy is not my wife's attorney- and I'm just taking an educated guess here - Nancy does not practice law herself*** and my wife felt like she was forced to litigate and defend herself when all she was trying to do was get paperwork authorized. Nancy seemed entirely oblivious to the fact that her actions made my wife a) feel like a bad person and b) openly recount a rather traumatic event in her life. This is a freaking UPS STORE! Why was my wife made to feel that way? Disgusting. My wife left this store in tears because she was mortified having to recount the very personal legal situation in a store full of strangers. I called the store to defend my wife. Nancy and the other employee there (wasn't given a name) proceeded to immediately call my wife a liar *to me* which, WOW y'all. I don't believe the customer is always right (I've worked in retail) but that sort of behavior and posture seems extremely rude. Who tries to convince a spouse that their significant other is a liar??? Crazy. Terrible idea. I've liked this store in past, but character and situational awareness matters. My wife was treated poorly and the lack of empathy and complete defensiveness by Nancy and the other employee was unacceptable. Furthermore I did not receive anything that even closely resembles an apology for how they treated my wife on the phone- then Nancy hung up on me! No sympathy, no kindness, just remarkably rude employees making my wife feel small and unheard. I will use FedEx locations for any of my needs moving forward. Truly disappointed. read more

Worst employee EVER! The girl with green/yellow hair was awful. First she yelled at one of the other employees about not helping us, but he clearly did! Then as soon as she finished she got right on her phone without asking if I needed help. Then skipped me when another customer came in. Great customer service. As I was in line, each employee took great care of people while getting the line to move quickly. I had to ship off a picture frame and was nervous due to it being fragile and it being for my first customer.. However, Sarah did amazing at boxing it up securely and gave me some good tips for next time! I will be back for my shipping needs. read more

For a fully staffed store I reckon they must have all been busy when I walked in or something. I wasn't greeted or offered any type of help until I reluctantly interacted with the staff first. It was also completely empty when I walked in might I add. When I was finally "helped" , the lady seemed a bit agitated/preoccupied. She "took" my order too only shoo me away to another cashier/worker further back in the store. She failed to give any direction to head to the other cashier. All around I had a poor experience interaction wise but thanks for the 4 envelopes. I wouldn't tell any of my friends to come here. The attitude of the employees here leaves much to be desired. The prices are rather high compared to the USPS for secure shipping. What sealed the deal on the 2 star rating was when the employee snottily advised us that OUTGOING faxes cost $1.50 per page because of the amount of ink used. I've been using these guys the past few days for mask mailing because the post office has been an absolute nightmare, and they've been nothing but kind and wonderful! Just wanted to give a shout-out to one of the employees here (younger gentleman, black polo). I came in 12:35ish on 11/19, and they were extremely busy. He called out for anyone doing just Amazon returns, so I walked over, got my first return done, no problem. He noticed I had another package, I said I didn't realize I had to print the label for this one, so I'll just come back after I've done so! He said it was no problem, he would print it for me. This gentleman was having computer difficulties, the store was extremely busy, and there were some not-so-patient guests waiting in line. He still went above to help me out (even with my "unpreparedness" as one of the not friendly other guests called out to me?) BASICALLY, I just wanted to thank him for his kindness and friendliness, even with long lines and technology fighting back. I wish I had gotten your name, you are a gem and I thank you! read more

This is my go-to place for all things postal. The staff is always greets you with a big smile and is happy to do all the tedious work of wrapping, boxing, labeling, and posting whatever you are sending out. I do wish they had longer hours, but it still beats the Post Office hands down in the customer service and convenience departments! Very rude service today. I was next in line when an employee cute off the cashier I was talking to and started to do his own shipping processing for a box he had in the back, he never said excuse me or apologized. Then I was charged 22 bucks for a small box that weighed less then a card. And did I mention the lady who cashed me out scowled at me the whole time. What a great way to mail out Xmas gifts. I'm done with UPS and their stores, I'll go elsewhere. read more
