I always drop my returns in this store and it's very close to house. But this time I had an extra question about lost package by UPS (I've spent several days calling customer service and sending emails without results). Since I stopped in this branch to drop something I decided to ask if they might have any additional information on my lost package. The lady over the counter just jumped on me screaming they don't have any information and I shouldn't ask them this question. No class, no being polite, since I was talking to a different employee even. Even if this branch is just a franchise they still represent a big company having their signage above the main door UPS! Made finger printing reservation online. They don't have the requisite equipment. Having worked for multiple different UPS Store franchises, I know there is a simple toggle for what services are available on their website-they should disable this functionality until it is available. If there were negative stars to give as a rating I would. Sent a 2nd-day UPS letter to my granddaughters high school for her Senior day surprise. Expressed to the UPS store employee that it must arrive within 2 days. Now 4 days later the UPS envelope is still in transit and my sweet granddaughter will watch her classmates open Senior letters and she will be left out. UPS store never disclosed that there was not a guarantee, only "when you signed the screen it says there is no guarantee". who reads every line of a screen! The manager watched as I expressed my disappointment and frustration to another employee without even offering an apology . read more

This UPS store is close to home. I needed some documents notarized and my bank was not willing to help, so my friends, witnesses, met me here. The service was great! There were many pages to my documents, which I organized before going in to make it easier. We were in and out in about 15 minutes. They charge $10 per stamp so my total was $20, which wasn't bad. I saw a banner hanging with an advertisement that they custom make them. I inquired how long it would last outside and was told two years. I didn't realize UPS was in the banner making business, but now I know. You will also find various shipping products for purchase, which is convenient if you're in a hurry. I requested shipment via UPS, it is a UPS store. The employee mailed it via US Postal Service for $125 and it is lost. Double check their work. Don't trust them. Response to the owner: your employee chose USPS when I specifically said UPS. I even questioned why it wasn't in a UPS envelope. It isn't good business to blame me for your store's failings. Talk about old reliable right here. I've frequented this UPS Store twice for printing purposes and both times have been a home run. You know those nifty little menus I curate for Yelp Events? UPS is responsible for printing these! They do an excellent job of performing in a timely manner, while not racking up the bill. They offer other services i.e. shipping, mailing, packaging, etc. I'm definitely recommending this store to others and will continue to utilize their resources. read more

Went in Tuesday to ship out something for a baby shower in NY. Was greeted fairly quickly and was taken care of. Gave the man my dad's UPS business account number & filled out the packing slip. Paid for the packaging & the shipping would be billed to the account number I gave him. I told the man I needed the package to arrive Friday which would be 3 day select. He told me "even better, I can have it there Thursday!" Great! What great customer service.. I signed and went on my way. Fast forward to today (Thursday).. My package was delivered great! They charged my dads account over $100 MORE than it would have been for 3 day select... WHAT!?! I was told of no such extra charge (or any charge amount) whatsoever!! I would never pay $100 for shipping mason jars that cost me $10!!!! For that price they could do without them! I called and spoke to the store, telling them I felt I was taken advantage of and was immediately written off, with the man telling me if I "have a ups account then I know what the charge is".. And it "isn't their job to tell us how much it costs". Tried calling UPS corporate & they said they had done their job since the package was delivered as requested and if I had an issue to go through the store directly. Ups will no longer have my business or the business of my father's company. Scamming innocent people is not the way to run a business. Good riddance. read more

Lady with the Georgia peaches in your bag, check any expectation of Southern hospitality at the door. So stark is the contrast between the polite shoppers and smug service staff that at times you are left wondering what messed up alternate universe you walked into. The guy at the counter taped up my package so quickly I didn't have a chance to include the note I had written. He was a bit like the UPS's version of the Soup Nazi. At the end of the day, in the full spectrum of postal customer service levels - do I expect to be wowed? Not so much. Hence my mediocre rating. read more

These guys are awesome. I've had at least 4-5 different po boxes throughout my life for business reasons and this one blows them all away. Not even a contest. These guys are friendly & helpful every single day. The word "no" isn't in their vocabulary. They have a solution for everything. I once had a really grumpy mailbox that always made me wait & were rude- it just always frustrated my day. These guys do the opposite. They leave you in a better mood then when you arrived. Wow!!! Why all the hate for this store?!?! I think the guys are creative, friendly and very helpful! I needed to drop off a package, but my baby was crying and it was raining. Usually very nice employees here. But do realize you are working with UPS. When it comes down to it, it's the same company. I mailed a package before Christmas and they promised me 5 to 7 day delivery. My daughter left town unexpectedly the night of the seventh day and of course the package was attempted to be delivered the eighth ninth and 10th days. And then it was New Year's. I spend too much money mailing a package to have it automatically return to me. I am not going to mail it UPS again, that is ridiculous. No phone call, no notification except to the house that was empty. And UPS could not care less. Can't say much for the feedback toward customer dissatisfaction here. read more
