Parking is a bit of a challenge, due to the nearby Starbucks and other businesses. They are pretty much always busy, but the line moves fast. So you may want to get there early if you don't want to wait. The staff is friendly and helpful. The place is always clean and tidy. I know they offer other services but I have only used them for packages. read more

I've used this location numerous times for different things and I've never had an issue. They aren't chatty Cathy's, but they get the job done and usually in a timely fashion and since I'm usually in a rush, so far I've found no reason to be offended. I agree the line can be long sometimes, but it generally moves fast. The parking lot is quite congested and the parking spaces seem narrow. Hopefully once construction is done maybe it will flow a little better. One can hold out hope. read more

If I could give this store zero stars I would. I shipped an item that has gone undelivered. I called UPS and they told me to go into the store and talk to them as I shipped with them. The employee was extremely rude asked me if I paid for insurance I said I was never asked about it, asked me if I paid for ground because they don't guarantee delivery and I said I told your person (who was standing right next to him) that I needed it there before the 6 and he picked a date earlier in the week and guaranteed it would get there by then. He told me it didn't matter what he said. Now I've never heard an employee say it doesn't matter what the other employee who shopped my packaged says. He kept showing me a screen that shows it's somewhere in California but the main ups screen has removed the date of delivery, the time frame in which it will be delivered but he kept arguing that our screens say the same thing which it doesn't. He got so angry and started yelling and then eventually got mad and walked off. When I asked for their supervisor or the owner the other employee just tried to give me corporate but the rude guy had already told me it didn't matter if I complained to corporate they are privately owned. When I asked for the owner or supervisors contact they refused to give it to me. Told me they don't know if their owner or supervisor ever comes into the store. How is there no way to file complaints on your super rude employees. The lack of disrespect is ridiculous, if you call the store line they never answer and the employee refused to give his name. That's why he has an entire photo. I picked you all thinking you would be better than usps but boy was I wrong. Guy even told me he could go back and forth all day because he's hourly and had to be there. read more

I love this UPS office. They're always so helpful and nice. I've never had any issues with my packages. Returns are quick and seamless too.

DONT DROP OFF TO THIS LOCATION. Shipped an iPhone 12pro ($1000) via ups drop off at this location and it was never scanned in, looking like I never dropped it off. I came back looking for the manager and he basically told me too bad, there was nothing they could do. WOW. I'm pretty sure someone stole my phone right out of the drop bin and now I'm on the hook for the $1000. Can't put a claim in because it was never scanned, I'm technically not the sender or receiver. The manager gave me some bs about the hub. He's probably the one who stole it. read more

This UPS store absolutely rocks. The clerks here put up with so much abuse from the customers. Those that are complaining are probably the ones that show up without their labels or torn boxes or don't want to pay for an envelope, etc. This place probably goes through miles and miles of tape every week and they never charge their customers. I'm one of those customers that shows up with a package ready in hand. The clerks are polite, conscientious, and do whatever they can to help. It's not their fault that customers expect instantaneous service when there's 12 people in line - 10 of which have unwrapped packages and no label information. I come to this location at least twice a week. The shop is always clean. And they're even open on Sundays for a few hours if you want to beat the drop off rush. For those that are complaining look inward. For those who want good service I highly suggest this UPS store. You reap what you sow. read more

Don't go to this store. I've been coming to this store many times until I met Gustavo Alfonzo is the owner, and he is a real A-hole. Brought two boxes of shoes that need to be taped together for return back to the seller due to the seller only provided me one return shipping label. Gustavo Alfonzo won't tape the two boxes together and asked me to go to different UPS store. Then I asked him to print the label so I can ship one box. He spent 15 mins to print a label, so I told I will go to different store, then he scream at me said who will pay for the printed label. I said I don't use it, so I walked out. I have a prepaid UPS business account. Everything is paid for! And the account will pick up any incidentals. I showed up to send off an item. I had a shipping label and this place wants to charge for a box. Even though my account will pay for this. It isn't a big deal until you tell me with a crap attitude on how I need a box and you are going to charge me out of pocket for one. I leave, come back with a box for my item to be shipped. The guy behind the counter made a huge deal that I failed to tape up the box. Tells me that they will tape it for me this time but that's it. Like really? He could have been decent and explained why he couldn't provide a box for me; why the attitude? There won't be a next time because this guy made a big deal over every little thing. I'll go to another UPS store because this one has lousy customer service and wants to try and make money off of prepaid accounts. And my company does pay for everything so we don't have to pay out of pocket. We usually go to the La Centerra UPS store and have never had that issue. They are a franchise; we used to use them all the time but moved. I realized that just because a location is closer doesn't mean it's good quality. read more

I've had nothing but good experiences here, and even when a situation occurred that slightly unconvinced me, they handled it like friendly and kind professionals. There is a young man who works the register most evenings - I can't recall his name but it starts with an "R". Anyhow, he is the sweetest human, always greeting me kindly and even behind his mask, you can tell he's smiling kindly. Last night, I called looking for print outs that I'd sent a week prior. There was a mixup and they didn't get printed. Carol picked up my call, apologized immediately for the mistake and printed my attachments that very moment. When I came to pick them up, she personally came out to hand them to me and apologize sincerely. I love the humans at this location. I shipped an UPS ground package containing home made food items for child out of state. It was lost. Investigation ticket was created and tickets says I need to wait 15 days for results. After the investigation ticket was created, I could not reach anyone in this office anymore. It is the machine answering every time I call. I believe this office somehow blocks my number. This office did well in destroying the trust I had built with UPS over recent years shipping to my out of state college student. read more

The people here are very hard to understand, made everything very confusing as I filled out 4-5 different labels before we finally got the correct one and now the package hasn't even been entered into the system as the tracking number isn't found. Extremely poor customer service. I called early afternoon asking when the notary would be available. They advised me he would be in at 4:30 pm and would stay until closing. Having to close on a house out of state, I needed to get documents signed and into the mail to meet a deadline. I should have looked at the reviews at this store and went to another location. After work, we raced to this location 20 min before closing only to advised that the notary had already left. Don't count on services at this location, as you will be wasting your time. read more

Horrible customer service. And yes again. trying to charge to put 12 inches of tape on the box. There was an envelope that he stapled instead of using 4" of tape saying that it was a courtesy. I called this location to confirm my fax had arrived, the man I spoke to confirmed it had arrived, we then confirmed my name and the company it was came from. I went at 6:00 pm yesterday to pick up the fax, no one could locate it. Rather than to apologize, they started asking me questions, are sure it was this location, did you give the our correct fax number? Which was an insult to my intelligence, BUT their actions quickly made me recall my last visit with these unprofessional people: I came in and requested 14 pages be faxed, the person that faxed them, accidentally destroyed one of the pages prior to it being faxed. He never said a word to me, returned my pages, I paid and left. Once in the car I noticed I only had 13 pages and went back. The person that did my faxing and destroyed a page, saw me walk back in, went to rest room and locked himself in it, really? When I asked to speak with him, several employees went and tried to talk him into unlocking the door, and coming of out the restroom. After no luck, I eventually left. Sounds like a 3rd grade class room. Once again, the same person who insulted my intelligence yesterday, started asking the same type of questions, are you sure it was 14 pages, did you drop one page, did you leave one page at home, really? Oh and by the way, those were my ExxonMobil Retirement/Pension papers. Very unprofessional, I blame myself for going back after the first incident. read more

Dropped off packages for UPS and USPS for returns. Made the mistake of not asking for a receipt.... My packages have never made it. These people are dishonest... do not trust!
