The woman that runs this office is BEYOND SNIDE AND RUDE. On 3 separate occasions, she has given a lecture as to how she doesn't tape boxes here at UPS nor offer this service of placing tape on the box. And I have told her that she is the ONLY personnel that has given this malarkey of a story and that in many cities I've visited if some of my packages are taped and others aren't. There is NO ISSUE posed with a simple act of taping a box closed. This woman is implementing her own personal store policy outside that of UPS! And once more she is passive-aggressively rude, not to mention the verbal insult that she threw my way as I left the store. This location is within walking distance of my old home but I will GLADLY patron/visit locations outside my area to avoid this individual. Repugnant! UPDATE!!! I went back to the store to request her name she refused...No verbal response or eye contact. I asked if there was an identifying employee number. This woman says she is calling 911. I said for what?!?! I told her you can't mistreat people this way!...you can't passively aggressively treat customers rudely, deny service! (Especially for pseudo policies!) ..she shuffles the gates closed and told me to leave threateningly it had NOT EVEN REACHED CLOSING TIME!!. For the past 4 years I have been coming to this store on a weekly basis without any issues. Some days the traffic is light and the owner always make it a point to greet me with a warm smile. On the heavier days she is busy multitasking but always manage to send a quick wave in between questions. As customers (in any business) we tend to become impatient after a few seconds and sometimes feel entitled to wanting to skip the line or rush the person ahead of us out the door. Some even have the mindset to make their own rules that are outside of store policy. When professionally confronted these customers want to throw a temper tantrum on call the staff racist which is clearly not the case. I have witnessed the impatience and rudeness being displayed first hand and my only conclusion is PRIVILEGE. As a paying customer our brain is imbedded with the old saying that "the customer is always right". Unfortunately we use that false sense of righteousness to disrespect the very people (store owner and employees) that are there to help and assist with our shipping and packaging needs. I do not usually post a lot of reviews unless I really feel passionate about a business or company. First, my family and I have been coming to this store for over four years to mail our packages all around the world. My husband and I are in the US Military and we have to ship out boxes frequently when it's deployment time. The staff working at USP store #4106 have always gone ABOVE and BEYOND to help us with our packages. Giving us the best advice with customs and what to put on the labels and making sure our boxes are packed, marked, and tracked properly. My husband is always so exited to receive all the packages that they help me ship to him. Coming into the store I'm already greeting by the friendliest and kindest women, Tarana. She welcomes you in and treats you like family. She really invests im her customers and treats everyone with respect and kindness. This is not your ordinary UPS store the staff that work there truly care about you and always go out of there way for you, they became like your family. My family and I are moving outside of the Kennesaw area but we will still drive the 40 mins out of our way just to come to this store that we love and trust. I have been a customer at this UPS Store for 14 years now. They are simply excellent - the very best! It's probably my favorite place to do business. Every time I walk in the door they are excited to see me, ask about my children and family, and are eager to help me ship my packages or help with whatever I need. I have my school carpool signs laminated every year there, too. I just bring in whatever I need shipped, most of the time I need packaging as well, and they take it from there. If there's ever something that I ask for and that they cannot accommodate, I am politely told why and I respect their rules and limitations. This location needs to seriously be investigated. There is a lady working here who seems to be racially biased and mentally ill. Calls are being intentionally dropped on black customers, not only that but in person customer service is WORSE from the voice tone including body language overall you will be profiled etc. After how i was treated this store should just put a sign up that says "AFRICAN AMERICANS/BLACKS NOT ALLOWED OR WELCOME HERE", because that's exactly how you will be treated. I have always had very positive experiences at this store, with the people treating me professionally and kindly and the service is remarkable (this is why I go to this store even though I live on the other side of town). I highly recommend this store, and urge readers to consider reading reviews of other stores to be read by those who have left bad reviews of this store and wonder if they have a chip on their shoulder. This location discriminates against black people and treats them very unfair or should i say less than a regular human being based on race. The woman supposedly in charge is a RACIST, she treated me so poorly that it makes me never want to enter another Ups store ever again. I asked for her name and i don't think she gave me the correct name. Any good reviews you see can't be real because i experienced the unprofessionalism first hand. I have been a UPS mail box holder at this location for over 6 years. The service that I receive every time that I come to the store is Totally Awesome. The staff calls me by name , they always ask about my family and how I am doing. It is more than just a business to them, they believe in family. I pass 3 UPS stores that are more convenient for me , but I would not be willing to take a chance on any other store just for the sake of not having to drive as far. I have been a customer of this UPS Store for the past 4 years. I mail packages primarily internationally, but also due some domestic business. I have had nothing but very pleasant experiences with this store. The owner (female) has always been very attentive, courteous and friendly whenever I am there. I've also had several occasions when my next day packages did not arrive as promised and she got my total costs refunded. I always use this UPS Store for my shipping, printing, and public notary services. They are always prompt and concise. There was an issue with my bank regarding a payment issue that my bank caused.
