I visited 1/18/2025 & I literally walked in the door at 3:59 as they were getting ready to lock the door. The lady let me in and was so kind and helpful. I needed to fly out in the morning for an emergency trip and realized late in the afternoon- I had to return 2 Amazon items. She was very helpful and courteous even though I was late in arriving. I don't recall her name but she and the male employee working were busy and didn't show that they would like to wring my neck. This franchise is absolutely terrible. Yes, For those that don't know, The UPS Store is not the same as UPS. They are a franchise. I recently found this out, because they most certainly will not tell you. I went on the UPS website to figure out how much it was going to cost to ship a small package. It came out to $10.71. Perfectly fine with that. Since UPS drop off recently closed in Kennewick, I decided i'll go to the UPS store about 3-4 minutes away, and mail it there. I informed the guy I calculated the price online, and he just kind ignored me and went about his spiel for the package particulars. Then he asked me if I wanted the cheapest route. I told him again I already figured out the price on "THEIR" website for ground shipping. He then proceeds to tell me the price will be $27.63 to ship the same package! Almost 3 times the amount. I just said cancel everything, I'll ship it elsewhere. The employee wasn't rude or anything., and I don't necessarily blame him, They are more than likely trained to NOT tell people that they are NOT UPS. I blame their senior management and this franchise owner. That is beyond price gouging. It's highway robbery. To the owner of this franchise. Do Better.. Maybe be honest with customers, and do some actual research to make your pricing competitive instead of obfuscating the truth about being UPS, and trying to rip people off. read more

YOU will need to COUNT YOUR OWN COPIES, I know hard to believe in year 2021! YES, you'll need to count 105 copies if that what you used. apparently they don't have a way to count jobs in between each other. I think it just a setting Copies defaults to 8.5 x 14 size do you'll need to select. Once again, a setting. Most of these stores don't have WIFi. Staff is helpful and nice. Took in a computer to return to an online store. The retailer asked not to have the RMA written outside of the box (mostly so they can reuse the box). When I took it to the store, the initial employee was helpful. All of a sudden this lady with an attitude appeared. "What's in the box?" She barked. Then barked more orders at the other employee on what to do. Made her look a fool. Then expressed the RMA needed to be written. I stated the shipper doesn't want that. So she read me the riot act and told me she had to. After she did that she demanded I open the box since I had insurance on it as it was valued at 1200. She started ripping it apart and didn't listen to me as I told her it was in two boxes. So she saw the other box with a dumbfounded look and said. "eh it's ok.". The lady was very rude, condescending to me and the other employee, and made the whole experience atrocious. I will never go to this UPS store. And actually, I will use FEDEX for packages. Wow! As I read through the very few reviews I am So glad I never had to encounter those members of the staff which they were describing as horrible people. Just the other day I was in this shop and was helped by a young lady whom explained the options available to me and helped me understand how things work. She helped me get, what turned out to be the perfect box to package two garage door openers in for return. I've been here multiple times to mail packages for various reasons, and each time I leave I tell myself that I won't be going back here. This time I mean it! The customer service is non existent and I seem to have more knowledge of how to ship a package. The gal working looked very disheveled and was totally clueless to what was going on, not to mention her demeanor was overall rude. Very rude!! Both of the ladies in there were just plain rude. Most people who go into a business that advertise all the services they offer assume that those are what they'll get. These ladies seemed put out that I didn't know how to ship a box or what label I needed. I understand it's a busy time of year but the package I shipped didn't need anything special and I didn't have a deadline to have it out by. If I could rate a zero I would. First off our mistake missing the package unfortunately nature called at the wrong time. However the delivery driver left the instruction sheet blank. How are we suppose to know what action to take out of the several available options?Which fine it was late I assumed dude was tired. I spent two hours on the phone the next day between three numbers trying to figure out where my package was as I needed it asap. Then I was informed I would not be able to pick up my package by the time I needed it by because it was already out for redelivery. Awesome I don't have reliable transportation so even though it was late I wouldn't have to hunt it down. I'm assuming I was lied to so whoever I talked to could go about there day or the delivery person decided not to show up a second time because my package never arrived. I am angry you people have wasted valuable time. The accuracy and customer service leave much to be desired with this company. If given the option from now on I will look for alternate ways of delivery. read more

Had a mailbox at UPS store for quite a few years. Ever since store transitioned to new owner and management in 2016 the entire store went to heck. Have had my mailbox canceled twice even though was paid in full. They said it was a computer error, yet they still tried to charge me late fees for their computer error, even after they admitted mailbox was paid in full and I showed them the receipts. No Customer service and place is completely incompetent. If you are business looking for professional mailbox service, take your business someplace else. All they do is make excuses: Its the computer's fault, its the previous owners fault, its a new employees fault as they did it wrong. read more

I just have to say this store is absolutely my favorite store to go into. I go outta my way to get to this location because it is always clean and the staff has always been pleasant and helpful to me! I know that when I go in there my package is going to get to its destination safely and although I don't always like the price I am always satisfied that they package it correctly and it gets there without any damage! read more
