    Wow! I urge you to ask how much something will cost beforehand. I guess it was my fault for thinking it wasn't going to cost over $61 to fax 20 pages. Just absurd and felt deceived really.

    Their was a very rude worker named Jadden I was wearing a skirt and he kept looking down every time I'd bend over to grab a package after a few minutes he came over from behind and helped me pickup a package in a very weird sexual manner

    twice in a span of one week they have a delay on my orders , would rather go with fed ex any day of the week and plan to do so

    The kennewick location was horribly understaffed and very crowded we were unable to get a single package in 15 minutes

    I can only speak for this location as an access point to pickup up UPS packages. I don't use their…read moreother services. If you're lucky enough, and they find your package in the back, you will likely continue to receive notifications from UPS that your package is waiting for you because half the time they will forget to ask you to sign for your package and it will appear that you've never picked it up. As I write this, I just received three messages in the last 24 hours reminding me to pick up a package (that I already have) or they're sending it back. The rest of the time, you'll receive a notification that your package is ready for pickup, which it truly is, but they will claim it's not there or that they know nothing about it. Doesn't matter that it has a UPS tracking number, they will not check that. You will have to return another day and insist that your package tracking says it's arrived and...oh my goodness! Indeed it REALLY is there and was actually there all along! I only send to here from Amazon if the package cannot be sent to the Amazon locker. However, in the last year, I've had issues with this location at least 6-8 times and that is over half the total times I've had parcels delivered there. I am not bothered by employees making mistakes but this repetitive issue is not "mistakes", this is unprofessional. I would like to use this location because it's conveniently located, but I at this rate, it's becoming not worth it.

Had you spoken with her you would have found out she was in fact the person who attempted the first hole punch job. When she couldn't complete it, she went next door to Mike. And since she was the one who brought the pages back to the register and boxed them it would have been her to inform me that she messed up my pages and instead of being transparent and letting me know what she did, she said NOTHING. Thank you again for getting back with me. Your store definitely needs to work on workmanship, transparency, honesty and good work ethic. Have a good day!
