I have been using the UPS Store here in Kingsburg for many years and have been very happy with the courteous services. That being said, it seems like the staff are always new people now, which is reflected by the quality of service. Yesterday they closed at 3:30 (Saturday after Christmas). The young man literally locked the door in my face promptly at 3:30. I was trying to drop off a prepaid label package and I could see the driver through the door. He told him he would be in trouble for scanning my package at that point, and the driver wouldn't take the package because it was not scanned. So I called the Visalia UPS Store and they were so nice! I did have to drive all the way down there but their holiday kindness was totally worth the drive! My 2nd day air package made it on their truck. read more

Employees at this location are polite but the options to help customers are very limited. They want to charge you five dollars plus a copy to print a UPS label out from Amazon for a simple return. That's ridiculous. For as many Amazon returns that they handle at this store they should make it more convenient for customers, such as having an air/Bluetooth printer available so somebody could just print a label right from their phone. Seems convenient. There are options to help customers 1)charge you five to $20 to use their computer to print out your label, or charge you five dollars for them to receive an email and print one piece of paper. read more

Summer, the staff onsite, Was extremely helpful with the last-minute printing request for a memorial service. Even though she was working alone on a Sunday she made the time to help us with our request and make a Very professional appearing program. She is a stellar example of a great employee and a very nice person. I would highly recommend this UPS store. read more

I'm bummed that Selma doesn't have it's own UPS Store, but I'm glad this one in Kingsburg is just a hop, skip, and a jump away. This UPS Store is very organized and is visually clean. It is also pretty easy to find. It is right next to Subway and Hibachi in the Walgreens shopping center. If you go during lunch hours parking might be a bit of a hassle because of all the eatery places it sits next to. I love that this store is open early and closes a bit late. The hours have helped me in some hectic schedules in the past. As for the customer service; not only is everyone very nice and courteous, but they are speedy as well. In the half dozen times I've been in the store, I have only had to wait once and it was for around 3 minutes. Usually I'm in and out of the store in a few moments. read more

This by far the best Ups store I have been to. Raf helped me with mail a package overnight it was expensive but he was able to get me a fair rate for shipping and packaging. The employees in the store seems very polite and professional. I didn't have to wait but 2 mimutes in line ( Yay) The store is very clean There is hands sanitizer to use if you needed Everyone wears a mask Plenty of social distancing There is plenty of parking I will definitely be returning. read more

I have a long history of using the UPS store. Generally, they have been courteous, prompt, professional and they have done their job well. With this said, I had a very disturbing experience last week when I was trying to print a large sign that I had sent the electronic file via email. In short, I relied upon the staff that their reworking of my electronic file was done correctly. I communicated repeatedly that I needed the spacing between the lines of text in both files exactly the same as it was in my files that were sent. I relied on their work to be so, they said that It looked so, I judged that it looked so but when printed, the second page had one line that needed to be moved one space to be the same as the first page. Without doing so the second page could not be used. Both the UPS store staff and I thought it was the same before printed but we both saw that it was wrong when printed. When I asked for a correction on the second page and a reprint, the UPS store staff was adamant that it would be full charge, $89.00 for a correction and reprint of the second page. I made it clear that I approved their work based on their representation that the spacing on both pages were identical. They disagreed. I asked for a compromise and would be willing to have the UPS store correct the one line by one space and then reprint for the cost of the second page and not the full price. I suggested a reduced price for the one page of $45.00. The staff would not consider any compromise, they blamed me for not accepting the work that I had approved when I clearly stated when approving the work that the spacing of both documents had to be the same in order for me to be able to use it. They would not consider a compromise on a correction and reprint of the second page that I could not use. I refused to take the product or pay for a product they produced, represented as correct, and that I judged as correct based on my eyesight as I relied upon but when the page on the screen was expanded 10x on the printed copy the difference was obvious. All I expected of the store was an attitude of compromise for the price on the reprinting but all I got was an attitude that all fault was mine when they did all the work and did not copy my original. No admission of fault to any degree was accepted by the UPS store. No meeting me half way on a compromise. The customer was not right. I am sorry for their attitude and will be weary to use them again for printing of large signs. read more

Horrible customer service and lack of common sense displayed by both employees and management. Policy is one thing but we all have the ability to use common sense and discretion. Our package was redirected to a ups store(not by us) for unknown reasons. I went to pick it up for my fiancé . I provided the tracking number, screen shots of the shipping history and proof of our address. This wasn't enough for them, so I had my fiancé send me a picture of her drivers license as well as FaceTimed her while I was there and she gave approval for me to pick up the package. We explained we just moved to our new residence then proceeded to show them USPS MAIL showing that we changed address. THEY STILL REFUSED TO RELASE THE PACKAGE TO ME. They continued to contend that their policy is she had to physically come there. Which IS NOT UPS POLICY. THE UPS POLICY IS AS FOLLOWED(taken directly from their website) If you need someone else to collect your package on your behalf, they'll need to bring a valid government-issued photo ID. Additionally s/he needs to present proof of connection to the address on the UPS label or to the named person (named person's valid ID or photocopy). Also accepted as proof of connection is an official notification (from the shipper or UPS) that provides the shipment/order details for the package (recipient name, shipper name, UPS Access Point location address and tracking number). Notifications can be printed out or provided on a smart phone. If your shipper provides a package release code for your delivery, your friend or family member can present their photo ID and the code to pick up your package.* I not only presented ALL OF THIS. But also went above and beyond to show proof. The employees here decided to have a power trip and hold our package. It is ridiculous and a stark contrast to everything we've experienced in this town. read more

I had to return some xFinity equipment. UPS store does it free and even packs it up for you. Store is clean, service is fast and good, employees friendly. The only down side (and I hesitate to bring it up) is parking is limited, you may have to park at Walgreens and walk over.... Overall great store read more

They charge a $2.00 "Work Order Computer Rental" fee to print out ONE page to complete an Amazon return. When I asked why I'm getting charged a computer rental fee and not a print fee, they said because I sent them an email, it was an "email service". They are trying to squeeze every penny from customers anywhere they can. read more

The customer service at this store is absolutely horrendous. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. They disallowed my fiancé to pick up my package on my behalf, and indicated it was "UPS Policy"; however, UPS's policy (as stated on their website) is below. We complied with all of UPS's ACTUAL policies, providing proof of address, the tracking number, a photo of MY ID and even went as far as FaceTiming with them to show proof of identification. Their response to my fiancé was, "Well, I don't know what to tell you! ‍". If you need to pick up a package, don't expect them to exercise any common sense and discernment-- go in yourself. The on line notary service appointment apparently doesn't communicate with the branch. We made an appointment on line but when we arrived we were informed that they didn't have record of our appointment. I showed them the confirmation email and was told they had no clue why the company uses that on line service when it doesn't communicate with the branch. We had to come back two our later. read more

I accidentally spilled some coffee on a very important report...20mins before my appointment with my client. I used my cell phone trying to look for a FedEx office, Staples...nothing within a 15 min drive...I'm screwed!! At the corner of my eye, I see the UPS store with a little sign that said, "we make copies"! This place saved me! I'm 25 years old and I still get anxiety about having to adult BUT I have never felt so confident about taking care of such a mundane task. All of the staff at this small-town UPS branch were pleasant and genuinely respectable individuals. Her level of courtesy, respect, and professionalism was absolutely unacceptable. She was the only employee working, that I am aware of. From the moment I walked in, to the moment I left, the experience was absolutely terrible. She was not just rude to me. There were other customers there as well who received this treatment. All I needed was a file printed & spiral binded. I was in the store for over an hour. Although the employees were very polite they were not knowledgeable about my requests and did not know how to use the equipment. The manager had come in on her day off and showed the employees how to complete the Binding & she had to leave. Unfortunately the employees still did not know how to do what she just showed them. This has by far been the most unprofessional visit to this store. I'm not sure if the employees are new but the amount of time it took to do this was absolutely ridiculous. I'm not sure what is going on with the UPS Store in Kingsburg, but I just received the most awful service of my life there. The two young girls working behind the counter were obtuse, inconsiderate, and straight-out ugly rude. I remember a time when customer service mattered in this world, but these two employees just lost their owner thousands of dollars in income, as I have spent numerous dollars at this particular UPS on printing services, but I will no longer be patronizing the Kingsburg UPS store because of how I was treated. It is very sad when employees who are just collecting a paycheck can lose thousands of dollars to the owner and probably much more since none of my designer colleagues will be giving them business either anymore. But does the employee care; most likely not. Beware of the Kingsburg UPS store these employees tried to overcharge me for services I never ordered and then promptly through my job in the trash right in front of me because I refuse to pay for services not ordered. I really hope the owner either fires these employees or trains them a great deal better for future clients, or I fear the store will close due to capricious whimsical dilettantes! read more

You belittled and maligned one of the most qualified, energetoc, caring and pleasant staffs at our UPS store, shame on you.
