I've also been witness to the staff handling other customers, especially during the hectic holiday season, and am always so impressed with how calm and professional they stay even when being bombarded with less than patient customers. Fortunately, our little town is next to a mailbox and mail store. Unfortunately, the couple of times I have been here the customer service is much less than perfect. They had a couple people working but not one knew how to handle predictable issues. Although the representative was kind there were no efforts made to remedy the situation and avoid having to come back to the store. Each business has the responsibility to ensure employees are trained and capable of taking correct measures to provide the best customer service available to customers. Having them come back is a hassle and waste of time. It is no wonder we decide to handle more services online. There is a customer care crisis nation wide which needs to be resolved. I have used various mailbox services and this one is by far the one in need of management intervention. Stay away if you want to stay healthy during Covid, had to get something notarized, was there 15 + minutes, the service was fine but while there about 7 people + kids were there at the same time, quite a few without masks, the store is not very large, couldn't get out of there fast enough. The management should refuse to wait on people not wearing masks, if not for the customer Than than at least for the employees. read more

Excellent service. A lot of places that handle mail give you this vibe that they could careless but not this UPS store in particular. I once had a deadline I had to meet and they gave me suggestions on how to meet that deadline with a few mailing options. Today was my second time utilizing this location and was disappointed both times... The first time I came to pick up a package and without even checking, the rep told me it wasn't there. After sitting on hold on the phone with UPS for 10 mins they told me the package was there she then went to look. Sure enough it was there. This time I walk in the store no greeting, no eye contact, no acknowledgement. I normally don't do business in places that have the audacity to not acknowledge customers but this is the only UPS near me. Without speaking she eventually picked up my books off the counter and proceeded with the transaction. I hate rude people especially those who choose to work in customer service. I'd suggest Mail & More on Kings Bay Rd; at the very least, they act like they want your business. This staff just does enough to stay open. They barely look like they want to help you, and barely sound like they remotely care about the place. Lots of sighs and groans and whining. read more

This is the worst UPS store I've ever used, the 1st time they way over charged to ship 2 packages I should have known better, but I went back again for simple email print scan and email back out, they put charges on charges on charges worked the bill up to triple of another ups store for 4 pages the other store did 16 pages for 1/3 the price on the receipt she listed it as a fax instead of scan so it would ring up at 1 per page and then wanted to double it because I asked if she would send it to 2 email accounts. I now understand why there ratings are so low I'll never go back read more
