I go to this store all the time. They are always very helpful and very courteous. Today I went in and a young girl helped me with sharpies and strapping tape, and gave me a quote on the best pricing possible. I've never had a bad experience here. The parking is really bad but that's not their fault. If you don't have time to stand in line at the post office, and those postal workers are usually rude anyway, I would recommend you go here. Customer Representative - Dave On Wednesday, October 9th I went to the above-referenced store because I was told I had a package returned after an attempted delivery. There should not have been any issues with the delivery. I was told that it was taken to an access point, at which I asked if a notice would have been left and I confirmed that one was not. I asked the customer service representative helping me if I could get a refund and use the amount to send the package to another address to ensure delivery. I was informed that was not policy. I told him that was fine, and could I please see the Shipment Details and I could go from there. He was printing pages out and I was waiting. At that time, I received another call from my attorney. I was speaking with him and only him. Dave - took it upon himself to assume I was speaking about him. I was not. I would never. He was helping me. He proceeded to scream at me. "You can't call me an idiot" and threw the printed pages out at me. I told him I was not talking about him at all. And I never said "idiot" during my conversation. I apologized if that was what he thought and he continued to scream at me that he did not care and launched himself at me and told me to get out. I was in such shock and started to get scared. I didn't know what else to say or do. So, I left. The store had other customers, so you can imagine how humiliated I was. This is completely inappropriate. This employee verbally and physically assaulted me. Lastly, the box I received back was crushed, torn and opened. I am still in complete shock. I would never insult a customer service representative. Do I have to give a star? 00000000 STARS. $2.75 FOR THEM TO PRINT A UPS SHIPPING LABEL! I feel that is pure greed. Other stores used to do this and finally realized it's not right. It took him less than 30 seconds to print. Mark and Leah are greedy! They have two stores. I understand they are not UPS but are doing biz under the UPS name, to print a ups label and pay that amount is insane. FedEx stores don't charge to print their labels and they ARE NOT FedEx like ups store is not ups. One of many reason FedEx is always better to use. In this case I had no other option. Jeep in mind I go into this store multiple times a week and ship 20 plus packages a week there. Loyalty means nothing. Lee and the assistant manager are easy to work with. This place used to be great. They even remodeled recently so I'm not sure what changed but my last experience was awful. The 2 girls who were working that day were both alarmingly rude and dismissive. I asked for help with an issue and got snapped at. I was shocked. At my request they got the owner on the phone and he tried to rectify the problem and I appreciated his help in the end (so one star for that) but both girls behavior the entire time I was in the store was appalling. It's also worth noting that there's an older gentlemen who has helped me here in the past who is awesome. Helps me package things and has even offered to carry boxes to my car. So one star for him too. The girls service and manners (or really lack thereof) was so off putting though that I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future. Update: The business owner here seems to be misinformed by his not so helpful 'associate' (big shocker there). I have no issue with paying to print labels but I was told by that same associate that it would be like $0.10, which was a lie. There's a $2 minimum the second you swipe your card, plus you are now charged by minute just to use the computer to pull up whatever you need printed, and then $0.65/page to print a black and white label which is grossly over charging. So that's a minimum of $2.65 to print 1 piece of paper. Reasonable? Nope. FedEx on Kruse charges $0.13 -0.16 which is just another reason I'm taking my business elsewhere. read more

Went in to inquire about document shredding. Gal asked me to fix my mask(it has slipped on my nose) she tells me to not look at her like that. And I said I don't know what your talking about. She said you can leave. I said, virtue mask shaming, this is great. Who are you? She said she was the manager, I said your doing a great job. As I walked out, she yelled that her son has asthma. I've been working all day needed to get my packages shipped in time for Christmas. It December 14...everyone is open late right? I came in at 6:06pm not realizing they were officially closed as they were helping other people and the door was opened. I was carrying a huge stack of boxes waiting to be next and the kid at the counter says "we can't help you. We're closed." While having dinner at Bridgeport, I got a call about a family crisis. I needed to send a fax pronto. A google search turned up this store nearby. Unfortunately the info I found had inaccurate business hours. I arrived and the store was closed but not yet locked. That's when the amazing service began. "What do you need?" First review I wrote was in frustration after I found out that some of the contents I shipped had been damaged and missing. After speaking with the owner, they seemed very concerned and are working to get the problem resolved. Solid customer service so far, we will see how everything turns out. The owner worked with us and gave us a reimbursement for our damaged items and a refund for shipping costs. Really nice customer service. I had a return package to send back to a large on-line retailer, yet the return process this time didn't allow a "bring to UPS store and they'll print off the label" option, and instead made me print it or email it to myself so I could print it. Staying at a hotel, I didn't have this option and so just showed up at this location. It was about 10 minutes before they closed, the UPS truck driver was parked there and waiting for final packages, and the manager went out of her way to help me with me wanting to get this parcel shipped but not having a label (or even some tape to close back the box). She let me email her store email address with the screenshot of the label, she printed it for me, and taped up my box and got it shipped off that night for no extra charge and with a smile. This type of customer service is rare these days, and made it a great experience for me that I will remember and trust others will have a good experience at this location as well. read more

BEWARE - UPS Store PO Box rip off. The price of my PO Box last year was $228 and $193.80 with a AAA 15% discount. I recently received the cost to renew my box and was surprised to see it was $252. That is a 30.5% price INCREASE, going from $193.82 to $252 or a 10.5% increase without the AAA discount. Ouch. When I asked for the AAA discount, it was not given after the first year. Other providers are approx. $40 cheaper. read more
