The worker here is extremely unprofessional and rude. I come in with a stroller to ship. The first thing the guy says is that I know this is a return and your box will be high. I say to him it's not and I'm shipping through Mercari meaning packaging and shipping is covered. He tells me I've been working here for a long time and I've never seen that so I know you have to pay for packing. I tell him I don't and give him the two labels. He pulls it up realizes he is wrong then starts to tell me something is wrong with his system so he can't ship it. Just lazy and unprofessional. I told him I will take it somewhere else. I don't care how long he has been there I for sure wouldn't want him to run my store. Imagine the business he runs off. Horrible!!! Typical Memphis based store supervisor. I came in to return 2 small packages. I walked up to the front and greeted the lady and she told me to stand back even though I was the only one there. Then she continued to gossip about me "being to close" to other employees in front of me and ignored me. She didn't even help me. Some other guy working there came to the front and helped because he could probably tell I was getting pissed. When I told him what I wanted to do he just blankly stared at me like I was dumb. So I had to ask him what he needed from me. He told me with a sarcastic tone. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Not sure why Uverse partners with this company. This is my second time to return equipment to a UPS store and each time I have been treated terrible. Before I could even state the reason for my visit, the clerk spoke up and cut me off by saying "I know what you are here for!". This is my favorite UPS store by far. Whenever I don't absolutely have to seek assistance from our dear old friend, the post office, I come here. Of course you know they can mail packages. They also have PO boxes. They can print business cards and signs, flyers, and even books. They can pack for you and guarantee the packing. They will even mail furniture, mowers, motorcycles, and probably even an airplane! They are great for eBay sellers. You know, each of these stores provide the same services, but they do not provide the same service. There is none of that "wait in line till it is your turn to approach the counter." They will acknowledge you as soon as you step in the door, find out what you need, and find a way to serve the whole line at once rather than the inefficient method of "one customer at a time please." Also, they don't mind lending their bathroom to a customer in need. Tammy is the greatest. These guys love their jobs and they have fun at work doing their job. I don't mean having fun goofing off, but they have fun serving their customers, because they care about what they do. You will have a great day after you leave, because they will put you in a great mood. I'll tell a funny story on myself. Usually, I'm so used to taking something to the register to pay for it, and then careful to take my purchase with me when I leave. So, I carried a package to be shipped, paid for the shipping, and tried to leave with my package! It just didn't seem natural to leave without taking something with me! Convenient enough to drive past everyday, but hidden enough to never notice it. Even when I try to concentrate to get to this place, I still drive past it accidentally. The folks are friendly and will even wrap stuff up in case you don't know how to package it (be aware they'll charge you for packaging). Self-serve printing is quick and black and white printing is cheaper than buying your own printer and ink. They also sell stamps. read more

I love UPS stores. So convenient! I am an Amazon fanatic so I have returns occasionally. I love that I just print off a label and bring it here. So easy! You can also ship via FedEx or USPS. Buy your stamps, get a PO Box. All the packing materials you could possibly need. I like the cute cards they keep in stock. They have a notary as well. Copy, fax, and more! One stop shop! read more

My grandmother shipped a package here for us after calling and asking if she could. They said yes, of course. We came to pick it up on the around the 20th. Said it wasn't there, couldn't find it. Came back to pick it up and they'd closed early. Finally came in today to pick it up and they found it and the woman who apparently is the owner told me it was 5$ a day storage fee, that it shouldn't be shipped there because we don't have PO box at that store and she doesn't get paid for receiving it and that if it had been there another couple of days she was going to donate it to charity. I'll be using FedEx from now on. I love getting chewed out while giving people money. read more

I used this location because it was close to my house. One of the women working there said things that were potentially offensive to customers in the store. It was unprofessional...I couldn't believe it. Disgraceful! The other woman helping me let one of my packages fall to the floor and didn't even apologize or ask if there was something breakable inside. I'll find another UPS store from now on. read more

I would like to report a horrible experience at one of your locations. I am a Amazon Prime shopper and I have had several returns and I always use the same location. I attempted to process a return this past Saturday and was quite surprised when I was told I had to pay $2 for each return label to be emailed and another fee to for printing the label. I have NEVER been charged for emailing the label but only for the print out. I asked the representative to contact the manager to verify this absurd change in a matter of days. The manager's name started with a "V" but I can't remember what it is now. I told her that was stupid and she told me I was stupid and began yelling at me over the phone so I picked up my packages and left the establishment because I felt threatened. I ordered several Christmas gifts on December 22nd. The vendor websites automatically selected the shipping company. Two shipments were through UPS and the other two shipments went through USPS. To my surprise USPS was more reliable, timely and less costly. UPS charged over $30 for next-day service for each shipment. My shipments were scheduled for December 23rd. On December 24th, I was notified by the vendor site that attempts to deliver my purchases had been made but due to the holiday closures, the shipment would be postponed until 12/28/2015. I was home all day with children and dogs that would readily alert me to anything/anyone that was within 40 feet of my front door and my car was in the driveway. My children were watching out the windows for hours for the UPS truck as if Santa Claus himself would be hopping out. There had not been any attempts to deliver to my home. No doorbell, no knock, no slip adhered to my front door. UPS customer service was not helpful and several people were rude. I asked if I could pickup the merchandise at the Brunswick location and they stated no. However, I contacted the vendors I ordered the Christmas gifts through and they refunded all shipping costs and I made them aware of the false advertising, poor services and price gouging by UPS to their customers. If UPS cannot meet the demand, they should not charge excessively and make false claims of their services. Had they originally stated delivery would be 4 days later than anticipated, then I would not be displeased with them. Very poor customer service and follow through from UPS on Brunswick Rd. in Lakeland, TN. Surprisingly, United States Postal Service exceeded all expectations. read more
