I love the size of the new store and great customer service as of right now but the parking lot area is very small and tight!!!!

Place is a total joke. Went in there around 6:45 to pickup my order. Text messages and emails showing delivered today at 5:30 at the Germantown Rd location. First the extremely rude associate told me it was returned because it has been 5 days (false, it was delivered today) Second she said it must be at another location and for me to drive there and check (wrong, the email and tracking clearly stated the location I was at) and thirdly said it's not here!! I asked for her name so I could inform the manager tomorrow when I tried again to pick up the package and she said "You don't need my name" and stuck her head up. That's alright, I will leave reviews and complaints until this very rude, misinformed, sloppy, poor customer service associate apologies for this behavior. Every time I order a print through my Company, the order is not printed correctly or is incomplete. No one cares about doing quality work, even with minimum wage raised. I ordered (3) binders for (3) separate business accounts, with (3) different serial numbers and they were all mass printed with the same serial number. If my Company would just cancel our FedEx account and print internally, this problem could finally be fixed! I expected more from FedEx, especially from Memphis, TN! read more

I would recommend NOT coming to this location. The manager on duty (1:00PM 12/20/19) not only has an attitude (didn't bother speaking or acknowledging customers when they arrived) but he will demand that your package(s) be OPENED to determine if "stuffing" is needed at an additional $5. Sending back a package your company delivered should not be a hassle especially since it was delivered to me damaged. Go elsewhere with your business. read more

Hello, and I went into your store to ship some things back to Walmart. I was helped by a man named Jason & Paige. Jason was the most rude person I've ever had to help me. He was very disrespectful and talked in a thug manner,not proper English. I've always know fedex to be a professional company. He had a smirk on his face and was not helpful at all. I had some storage containers to start and he was not knowledgeable of how to ship the items back. I put the 2 smaller containers in the larger container and he said said nah, I ain't gone do dis and walked away mumbling. The black girl who would not give me her name (she had her hair in a tight bun) chimed in and started mumbling speaking in a thug manner saying she didn't have to give me her name and she didn't care if I called corporate and such. Paige came over and tried to be somewhat helpful while the girl who wouldn't give me her name and Jason were talking and laughing. I ended up not shipping my items from there because I was so upset!!!!! I've never been treated so badly at an establishment!! FedEx should require their employees to be professional. There are too many people who would love that job. They were telling me to leave the store amount all the thug talk they were saying to each other. They were laughing and smiling saying nothing would happen to them. They need to be punished severely. As I was leaving I was on the phone with customer service and I told them I'm sure they will have a change of heart and change their tune once I speak with the manager of the store and the corporate office and they told me I was threading them. It was like being ganged up on 3 against me. Like I said, I've never been treated like that in all of my 50 years. I asked for the manager and they told me he was out for 2 weeks. Normally I'm a fan of a mom and pop print shop. It's hard work and I value that type of a place. However, I was in a pickle, and couldn't get into my favorite place, so I had some flyers printed here and I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised and the service didn't feel impersonal. I liked it a bit more than Kinko's, and the people seemed to know their stuff. I'd recommend it in a pinch. read more

Extremely terrible customer service. Was yelled at from across the store by employee for attempting to ship something using my fathers discount(who has been an employee for 30 years) . As a legal dependent of a FedEx employee, I have used this service and discount countless times in the past. Employee told me that I was lying and this wasn't allowed, although other FedEx employees in line behind me stated this wasn't at all true. Go to UPS or another location unless you want to be yelled at across a store. read more

Management, please train your staff in customer service, black light skin lady with curly hair was ruin and impatient, she needs training very badly in customer service. I understand you all are desperate for employees, but when you get this type of employee please train them properly, they only make your location look bad, and train them to speak properly even if you have to write a script out for them to go by. Located right in front of The Farmer's Market on Germantown Pkwy, This location opens 24hrs with great/friendly service at that. I needed a package delivered by Fri on a Wed night and the receptionist helped answer all my questions and quoted me on several different ways to get my package to my destination. Their office services are terrible. Their computer data download speed is .21. That is POINT 21. As in decimal point 21. Not even a whole 1. I checked the speed on speedtest.net. I had 30 minutes to print , sign, and scan 2 signature pages of contract and submit it before the deadline passed. It took 38 minutes to print 2 pages!!! The whole contract was 7 pages and each was about 1.2mb each. Not only is the data speed slow but their browsers are obsolete. While attempting to use Firefox for icloud.com a warning popped up instructing to update the browser for proper function of the site. I eventually got outlook.com to work. Then when I finally was able to get it to print it printed blank pages!!! After 38 minutes and printing 39 pages, 2 of the pages were useful. I asked for help from an employee and she blamed the problems on the documents. They were standard image files. She could not have cared less. I showed her the download speed from speedtest.net and she said "I don't even know what that is." It was all MY fault. She did offer to give me a refund for the blank pages. After printing my receipt I was charged 33.34 for the 2 pages I needed to print. When I finished and went to the counter for the refund, it was obvious they had been talking about me because they all kept their heads down except for the one who said she would give me a refund. I addressed them all asking if they were aware of their horrible data and computer problems and they ignored me. They gave me a partial refund and the final cost was $13 to print 2 pages. I can't say that made me feel any better since I missed the contract deadline. I recommend staying away from here if you need any office work done. I'm sure they can make copies for you just fine, but then again, who can't? read more

So the employee I spoke to must've been having an off day and her off day made my experience there even worse. Let me preface this by saying I needed to send 9 pages of paper to Nashville. When the employee asked me what I wanted I told her exactly that. She then asked me for the address. I gave her the recipients's address. Then she asked for the recipients's address. When I told her that's what I gave her, she said "I asked you for the senders's address!" No, there was no mention of senders. After she entered in everything correctly, the comp froze so we had to move to another computer. No apology. She asked when I would like the arrival time to be. I asked her what the prices were. She said Fedex air Wed: $8 Tues: $25. I saw a coupon for ground shipping on yelp and asked how much ground shipping would be Arrival on Tues: $8. I was close to paying 3x as much for the same arrival day. Also employee didn't wear name tag. Had to take out a tape measure to measure paper. Needs to be retrained for customer service. The employees at FedEx print store were soooo helpful and knowledgeable in assisting me with printing my wedding invitations! When I entered I was immediately greeted with a welcome and a smile! I have only used this location for shipping and I do a lot of shipping. The employees here are always ready to help make sure my package is ready for proper shipping. They could be a little friendlier, not that they are mean or anything, but it always seems like they are in a bit of a hurry. I like better customer service than that. The place is nice, however, the staff is rude and in need of customer service training, not to mention the management, such as assistant manager, Daymon, is in need of the most training of all. Worst customer service I have ever had in my entire life. I had a very big package that had to make it to my parents house. It weighed about 90 pounds when we first tried to ship it. They said it wasn't packaged correctly which I understood but once we got it packaged the way they wanted it they said it was too heavy and refused to ship it. So after 3 days of work packaging, picking up, carrying this package all over the place in and out of the car 6 separate times we still had to ship this clock. Just save yourself some time and ship UPS. FedEx would not even help us unload and reload this package and left it up to a scrawny girl and a middle aged man to carry 160 pound clock in and out of FedEx. I nearly broke my middle finger trying to get the package back into the car and the package landed on it. It is not like the people inside were busy either because they were both free BOTH times we carried the package in and out. read more
