I could not find a piece of tape at home to tape up my box which wasn't much maybe 8inches of tape and the clerk gave me a hard time wanted me to buy tape to tape up my box... very rude and inconsiderate. One star is to good if a review. read more

If I could leave 0 stars I would, I called this location to ask if my package was here before leaving WORK & rushing to this location before they closed & I was being helped by a nice young lady I could hear the manager in the back ground asking her question while we were on the phone, she then puts me on a hold & he picks up the phone & starts asking me questions that has nothing to do with why I called . I only called to confirm I had a package dropped off he then told me he could not provide me any information over the phone I would have to come in .. long story short I drove all the way over to this location from chandler to find out that my package was NOT here if he would have just done his job this could have been prevented. My wife and I had some time sensitive documents and a CD with electronic copies of the documents to be sent to Mexico. We went into the UPS store with the documents and CDs in hand and asked for a box and overnight shipping, which cost a small fortune but we need it to happen so we paid without complaint. Two days later we discovered the package had never been delivered and there had been an issue with customs. It turns out that when we brought in the papers and CDs the staff had said they could be declared as documents and then packaged them up and shipped them off for us... in fact Mexican customs regulations require that the CDs should have been declared as merchandise, so through their error the package never got delivered and we spent weeks going back and forth with the store and store owner being horrible at returning our calls. Eventually I threw in the towel with the store and decided to work with my credit card company instead. I'm now in a second round of dispute with the credit card company because in the store's initial response to Amex they said that WE in fact had been the people who'd incorrectly done the customs declaration when shipping the "package" and conveniently excluded the fact that their staff had handled both the documents and CD itself when they packaged the items FOR us and advised us to declare the contents as "documents." Honestly, I'd expected much better results from UPS and their franchisees. The shipping charges are a drop in the bucket in terms of accounting but this has made me swear off this UPS store in particular and franchised UPS stores in general. Caveat emptor, when UPS staff and their agents make mistakes, you will be expected to foot the bill. read more

Long story short, DRIVE TO A FEDEX OFFICE INSTEAD. They don't allow you to email attachments for print and force you to pay to use their awful desktops. I used their ancient computer to self print an 11x17 jpeg on cardstock. The young white clerk filled the printer with standard paper even though I verbally asked for cardstock. Upon being charged for the first run of prints, I had to reprint after he loaded the printer with the proper cardstock paper. The manager then tells me I have to pay extra up front for the cardstock. At this point I've been running the clock paying per minute on their slow desktop while they walk around the store figuring out what cardstock is. By the end of it I have been overcharged $10 and the older African American manager is telling me I still owe them more. He didn't believe me, so he had me show HIM the settings on the computer that he didn't even know how to use. He offered to let me not pay for the additional cardstock like that was him compromising when in reality I was overcharged upon leaving regardless. Horrible customer service, completely inexperienced staff for any printing. What a joke. read more

The absolute worst store on the earth. Do not get a box here at any cost, do not mail packages from here either. Deena is a liar or insane, they never take responsibility for lost packages received or sent out. I have to write down my order numbers to assure I receive all packages. They allege they lost 2 packages within one month and refuse to take responsibility for them. I believe these packages were stolen by an employee here and I have filed a report. I recently had to have a poster printed for a class project. I had a very short window of time to get it done. I visited many different websites and even attempted another company which didn't work out. I finally decided to give UPS a try. I placed my order online. I did the confirmation check to make sure all borders fit correctly and I submitted my order. I was told that my order would be ready around 12:30pm. Not only was my order ready well before the quoted time. The store attempted to contact me to tell me about a problem that they saw with my project. I didn't answer so the created the project. I showed up around 9am and the project was amazing. There was a small border which I knew about so I was happy that they went forward with my print request. I was happy that I was able to get in and out and how nice, friendly and accommodating the entire staff was. Great Job and I will be back. read more

Do not go to this store. I went to drop off two amazon return packages and normally I walk in scan and I'm gone, Not this store. I was charged for printing the labels and was not told I was going to be charge until after she printed them. There were packages sitting behind the counter with no boxes no bags and they told me I had I had to buy one. While I was waiting for the "boss" another customer walked up with an Amazon return it was A tiny lip stick. The employee grabbed put it in a bag and put the label on it but I had to buy packaging for my return. The "boss" was rude and had no idea how to talk to customers. Instead of waving the printing fee just told the employee you have to tell them in the being and walked away. I would not recommend this store to anyone. read more

Came to this location since it's closer but i rather drive down to the 19th ave location. Terrible customer service. 11 people waiting to be helped and 3 staff working. Only the older African American man seemed to know how to do the job (rudely at that) while the other two ladies waited around for him to help them with each transaction(which he did but talked down at them and gave them attitude) The 19th ave location is better hands down. read more

Anup, is very rude. I went in to mail a 80.00 dollar box off and he was very dry and nasty with me. I called and spoke with the manager (woman) she apologized for his actions and said she will report it to the owner. The customer that was in there said he's like that all the time. The UPS Store on 51st Ave and baseline is perfect easy to do all my printing my shipping the notary's are fantastic customer service is outstanding never had any trouble I'm in and out in seconds and I love the UPS employees are very kind of respectful and I want to say thank you to Maricela Roseanne and Letty they are fantastic girls great customer service and I will be coming back as long as they're working their they will have me as their number one customer. Box was returned claiming my son refused, but the package was to be delivered to another UPS Store! Manager does not stand behind her staff when asking for explanation then claims they have nothing to do with UPS. Some of the associates should not be in the service industry . The day before I go to UPS store and they try to send fax and after 3 tries they tell me to come back in morning system must be down . I call the next morning and they tell me the system is fine come on down . They try to send fax again . The associate said the number for fax system was not working . I go down the street to the UPS store on 19th ave and the fax is sent with no problem . I would go somewhere else though; associates in this area are prolly trained poorly at the 19th ave store the associates starts reading legal document while fax is sending. read more

3/24/2018 at 4:15 P.M. This place is not a good location. I went in to make copies. The guy working the counter tells me that the computers are down that allow printing, but there is a working computer in the back. He let me know that he doesn't have the password. I asked him to check with his manager for the password. He called the manager and apparently she can won't give him the password but I can go on to ups.com and Order Up printing to be ready sometime next week, what's pretty much doesn't work since I'm trying to do printing for something that I need for Monday. My complaint is that there was an option for me to get printing done however it was too much of a hassle for the manager to allow the employee to make this happen. This is unacceptable. The employee working the counter was very polite and I made sure to let him know that I wasn't upset with him but I think that the policies that his manager has are shit. Oddly enough, I only need to use UPS approximately 1-2 times per year and every time presents an undesired result. In addition to this, the store is next door to a nail salon and the disgusting fumes almost knock you down when you enter the UPS store. read more

Definitely the worst customer service that I have ever experienced on multiple occasions but I'm stuck dealing with it for my Amazon returns since it's conveniently by my house. They now have a foolish policy that doesn't allow you to make debit or credit transactions under $2. All I needed to do was return a small item (I misplaced the original packaging) and needed a small envelope that was $1.20. When I found out that was the case I asked the employee what could we do and he told me that I could purchase something else... (like TAPE that everyone else seems to be forced into purchasing when visiting this store) or pay with cash so I went home and got all nickels and dimes since they are clearly trying to nickel and there customers to avoid debit/credit card transaction fees that I don't get charged when I buy a soda or snack from a vending machine with my debit card. It was the same associate that "kindly" stated Hello, what can I help you with today? Knowing damn well what I needed since I was just there 5 minutes prior. Something needs to change at this location and fast. It seems like the stupidity and the acceptable poor customer service starts from the top. read more

0 Stars I have been to this UPS store on many occasions, and have the same type of experience, each time, with that being rude employees and sub-par customer service. I again went to this store, out of my better judgment, because it is located only a few miles from my home, and again had to deal with rude customer service. The employee working this day was named, Edison, and when asked if I could have some materials bound, he was not sure how to complete this task. He informed me that he would call his manager, to find out how to complete the task. Once speaking with the manager, he proceeded to help another customer, while I was still waiting at the counter. I asked how long this would take, and he informed me that he is waiting for his manager to send him a video on how to complete the task, and kind of blew me off. I informed him that his customer service sucks, and asked for his name and to see the manager. This is when I couldn't believe what he tells me next, and that was his manager had not been in the store for the last 2 weeks. I asked for the corporate number, gathered my things and left. This type of service is unacceptable and needs to change. What is somewhat satisfying, is that I am not the only one who has had this type of service, from looking at the other reviews. I have had a box with them for over two years. I moved in June, and would only go up there when I had a package, which I would receive a text message when it arrived. Compared to the post office, their boxes are pretty pricy and the customer service isn't the reason why. So the one review is because my mother purchase me a ceiling fan and had or sent to me. The company left her name on the package, my mother is 75yrs old and stays in another town. The package was received and signed for on 8/16, I received no notification. Meanwhile I'm calling the company to see what had happen and that is how I got the tracking number sign date and name. Well I got to UPS, check my box and there is a letter dated 8/20 asking if I want to add my mom to my box??? I asked if they received the package they said yes, on the 20th. Well I advised them they signed for it on the 16th, after arguing with me about that they then said they couldn't release it to me because it wasn't my name. (I've got mail in my box with totally wrong names btw). So I asked why wasn't I contacted, they advised me they usually send it back. I was upset because they held on to the fan for 13 days and would not release the package to me and now they are sending it back. Even after speaking to the assistant manager all I heard was excuses of their computer was down on the 16th. For 17.00+ a month for a box, a little more customer service should have been given. I asked for the tracking number of the package that was sent back and they did not give it to me. The manager on duty was horrible as well. read more

Deena the store manager is a BITCH! Went in to get a paper notarized yet I signed the paper 1st. Upon 1st asking about the notary she stated if you signed the paper I can't do it. No, hello just that. So, I said okay well you have computers may I print another one. Yes, she then ran over the pricing. I got on the computer 2.50 min per use .50cent per min, yet I tried to print and it did not work. I asked for help yet and told her what happened yet she said we have a sign that is posted that this computer does not print pdf files. I am sorry if you can not read or choose not to read. Mind you the sign is off to the right and the print is small and since I do have sight problems I did not see the small print. Mind you I paid over 5.00 and got nothing. I asked for the owners name and she refused to give it to me stating they do not give out that information. What if I am disabled.... NEVER spend your money keep going. read more

There was only one person working the store on a busy Saturday morning. The person in front of me needed fingerprinting. Which took about 20 minutes for the girl to help her in the meantime the phone is ringing off the hook. By the time she got finished with the fingerprinting there were six people behind me and I had already been waiting a half an hour. Why do they only have one person working on a busy morning???? Abel is the best! Don't get me wrong in the past this location has been less than stellar but now that Abel is there, it's great! I was in there yesterday with 8 packages and I was completely unorganized. He took the time to go through each package, ensure I was receiving the cheapest rate and that I understood the cost. The store was quite busy and he didn't rush me or rush himself. STELLAR! There was also a lady that stayed longer than she needed to clear the line. this location has gotten much better! read more
